After the whole incident, X knew that the effects are taking place. Zero started to act more better. After the dinner, X cleared up the dishes, and then Then X got a transmission from Ciel. "X! -Static- Where are you!", Ciel shouted. "Oh Thank god you guys came!", X said. Ciel then said that she needed to know where X was. X told her what had happened and X then felt rejoiced. Then Zero entered the Kitchen. "Ok. Thanks. Bye!", X said as he ended the transmission. "Who was that?", Zero asked. "No one", X said. Then the door there was a knock. X went and opened it to see Ciel and backup. "We can't let Zero see us", Ciel said as she and the backup broke up. X went according to Ciel's plan during the transmission. He got Zero to go to a trap and know he followed Ciel who got a call saying that they got Zero. Then they saw Zero stuck in a net with a magical Angel barrier. Zero was suffering from the holy effects. X got the pill from Ciel and Zero swallowed it. Few minutes later, he was out cold. Then Zero became conscious once again as the wings, the black coat of paint, and the devil effects were worn off. Then Zero was on the ground. X ran into Zero's arms.

"I missed you", X said crying into Zero's chest. Zero smiled and hugged X. "I missed you too X".
He knew what had happened and then Everyone smiled and returned to heaven. X and Zero entered the royal palace as God was waiting for them at the Throne room. He got up and said, "Zero. Your sacrifice has not been in vain. We are now at the verge of returning peace once again to all 2 realms". Zero smiled and bowed and said, "It was nothing your majesty". God laughed a bit and said, "High commander X. You risked your life to save Zero. For that, I shall reward you. I want you to go and take a vacation. Go on X. You deserve it", God said. X smiled, bowed and said, "Thank you very much your majesty!". X was so happy now. Zero grabbed X's hand. "Come on! I heard there is a new restaurant that just opened!". X giggled and said, "Alright". X looked back at God and said, "I am forever in your debt". Then X looked back at Zero and said, "Last one there pays!", He said as he started to run down the hall. "What!? Hey no fair! You took a head start!", Zero said running after him. God chuckled and said, "Looks like those two will be forever together. Now, I wonder what's for dinner?".
-With X and Zero-
"Hahaha! I beat you!", X said. "No fair!", Zero said. "Fine. We split it 50-50", X said. "Fine", Zero said. After the two ordered and ate, X looked at the bill. "I have enough for my share. You?". Zero said, "Yeah". Then the two left and they started to tell jokes on the way home. "Yo mama so fat that she broke the stairway to heaven!", Zero said. "Yo mama is so stupid that she starved to death at a supermarket!", X said. The two laughed, smiled, hugged, kissed. They were inseparable. They then settle down, had a family. But one thing in particular did not change. Life will always have surprises. Be prepared for them.
