TRIGGER WARNING: THREATS
PROCEED.
"Guys, come here," the black haired woman asked, beckoning her husband and their friends over to the window. They all crowded around the glass, trying to see into the alley outside.
"Is that Tsukuyomi?"
"It's gotta be! But who's the woman?"
"That's Detective (L/N), remember? The one that was kidnapped by Tomura Shigaraki?"
"Yeah, I remember seeing that on the news! Do you think they're dancing to our music?" One of them asked, glancing back to the speaker behind the group.
"I think so. They're really cute together!"
"Let me get my phone, hold on."
"Wait, don't." One wife said, catching her friends arm as he tried to walk away. "The detective was already in that scandal with Deku, she doesn't need anyone else messing around in her personal business."
"She's right," her husband supported her, "we should act like we never saw them."
"I wonder what they're talk about out there," the other wife pondered, her attention never leaving the couple outside.
"Probably something intensely romantic," the other said, leaning back and gasping as she put the back of her palm to her head in a comical way.
"Probably, just look at how they're looking at each other."
"I wonder what they're saying."

"I like your tie." Tokoyami stated, looking at it with interest. It was a powder blue color with little cartoon lemons scattered about.
"Thanks, it's one of my favorites in my collection."
"Collection?"
"Yeah, it's kind of embarrassing really. I have this huge collection of ties, a lot of them are from hero collections actually." I chuckled dryly, slightly embarrassed by my confession.
Our feet continued to move in sync, my left hand on his shoulder and his right on my lower back. Our other hands were held up at Tokoyami's head level, swaying up and down as we stepped.
Tokoyami looked up at me, making eye contact.
It's kind of cute that she collects things!
Dark Shadow, I'm begging you, shut up.
"I understand that, collecting things. It's quite interesting actually." The hero chose to say instead.
Buzzkill.
"Do you collect anything?" I asked, amused at Dark Shadow's commentary.
"I suppose books. Candles perhaps. But Dark Shadow collects jewelry." He explained.
"Jewelry?"
"He likes the way it looks." Tokoyami sighed as if he were tired of Dark Shadow's antics. I'm sure he is at this point.
The way they shine!
Shut. Up.
"That's endearing actually. I quite like that."
"It sort of embarrassing when people come over and they see this huge, full jewelry box, knowing that I'm single and don't like wearing jewelry. It can become a hassle."
"Well, everyone needs their thing don't they?"
We went silent after that, just staring at each other as we swayed to the music. The song had changed now, something a bit slower, but we kept up with the pace.
"(Y/N), the day you escaped Tomura..." the hero in front of me trailed off, looking to the side. I glanced behind him again.
"What about it?"
"Outside the League's headquarters, on the road." He elaborated, looking down, his beak lightly grazing my tie as he did so.
"Ah."
WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?
"That."
Stop! How will this even work? He has a beak!
"Yes, that. I was wondering... well..." he looked up at me again, eyes slightly narrowed in a show of confidence. "I was wondering what it meant to you."
"Oh."
Not quite what I was expecting. But I'll take it.
"Well I'll be honest Toko," I started, pushing slightly on my partner's shoulder, causing him to turn back, "I wasn't exactly in my right mind at the time." I raised my arm up and he spun under it, coming back to his place in front of me. "I'm not sure either of us were.
"After all, I had just escaped my kidnapper who also had gotten me expelled from my dream high school and had been stalking me for ten years and you had just witnessed said escape in which I threw myself off of a seventy-five story building. I wouldn't say either of us were in our right minds exactly." I started laughing softly and Tokoyami chuckled along with me.
We feel back into silence and Tokoyami swung me out, spinning me under his arm. I came back and put my hand back on his shoulder.
"What did it mean to you?"
Tokoyami looked up at me and then back down to my tie.
"You don't have to answer," I assured him, "but my advice is to figure out what it meant to you." I spun us both around, leaning forward to dip him down. "And then act on those feelings." We stared at each other for a moment, Tokoyami's eyes blown wide in surprise. I smiled, before pulling us both back up.
"Or don't. Depending on what you find out."

The two couples watching from the doorway tried hard to hold in their squeals of glee as the detective dipped the hero down, his eyes widening in surprise.
"Oh my god, she dipped him!" One husband said, squeezing his wife's shoulder.
"I wish she would dip me like that," the other wife stated, staring at the pair as they continued to dance.
"Same," her husband muttered.

The villain growled, glancing down at the hero and the detective before turning his eyes back to the screen of his laptop.
"Would you talk a little louder, I'm trying to get an incriminating audio recording here." He sighed, watching as the feed of sound from his ear stayed straight, no mountains to indicate any rises or falls in volume.
He groaned under his breath, sizing his ear down and hitting the side of his head.
"I hate my quirk sometimes, I swear to god," he mumbled, letting his quirk kick in again, his hearing spiking.
That's when he heard it.
"I was wondering what it meant to you."
He bit his lip in frustration, ready to scream as they both lowered their voices again.
Deciding to bite the bullet he copied the audio link into an email, sending it with the textโ
'This is all I could get. They're talking too low. I'll see if I can get more.'
The response came within seconds.
'He's talking about my secret, she told him my secret. I'll see what it means to her when I fucking blow her brains out. I swear I'll make sure nothing ever means anything to her again, I'll kill her I'll stab her make sure hr fucing guts are on the floor and scattered on the walls she'll never breath again I swear to god I'll'
The villain's eyes widened as he stared at the message.
He's gone mad. He's obsessing over this woman, I doubt she's even talking about him right now.
Another email came to his inbox.
'Delete that, I didn't mean to send it. Let me know if you hear more.'

Fun Fact: Tokoyami still decorates like he did at U.A.
I have got to stop getting story ideas I-
I have an idea for a Sero x reader called Splat, a Kenma x reader called POGGERS and then the Todoroki x reader x Momo fic (which I finally started) called Bit of a Stretch. And that's just the new ones๐งโโ๏ธ
Reminder: It doesn't matter if you look too "masculine" or too "feminine." It really doesn't matter as long you feel good! Besides, you look great, you've got nothing to worry about! I love you all๐๐
Over and out.
