-In the prison cell-

Darwin and I were seperated from each other for Penny's security measures. My cell was filthy, there was a bunker, a sink and a toilet that I am definitely not going to use. There was a  boy cat by the corner who hasn't said a word ever since I came in.

I was chained up to the ground having no way to escape.

"Dinner time! Hope you like it." Penny said with a evil smirk on her face as she pushes a tray of moss and water to my cell.

"Why didn't you just send  someone to bring it for me?" I asked.

"I like the face of misery." Penny replied. "Also I came to give you an offer."

"What do you want?" I asked.

"I know what you're looking for kitty cat." She said as she brought out the Inter-Dimensional transporter.

I looked at it in shock. I mean how did she even know that I wanted.

"Let's make a deal. You tell me Anais secret location then you can have the ITD."

"Never!" I shouted in her face.

"Then rot here for all I care." She said angrily as she left.

I sounded so cool like all these action movies maybe I will stop being a coward and change it into Gumball the Mighty.

I decided to eat the food that was brought to me at least it is better than Anais' rations. As soon as I turned I saw that my plate was cleaned off.

I turned over to the corner and I saw the wierd dude, he was still in his normal sitting position. I looked at him in confusion. He was wearing a green hoodie , so I couldn't really see his face.

I thought of how Darwin was doing.

-Darwin's cell-

Darwin was hand wrestling a big giant man with tattoos and with some people cheering.

"Given up yet chump." Darwin said as he looked him in the eye.

The big man was sweating nervously and then suddenly failed and then the prisoner's cheered saying "DARWIN!" Repeatedly.

-Back to me-

It was night now so I decided to take a nap.

At midnight my eyes opened slightly. I don't know what I saw but the kid that was at the corner walked through the cell bars and still I couldn't see his face but he just left and I fell back to sleep.

I woke up the next morning and I was in shock. The guy was still sitting by the corner and I felt so unsafe after what happened last night.

"Wake up! Sleepy heads,time for sports!" A shapeshifter guard shouted as she was unlocking all the cells.

It got to mine and she told me to come out.

"Hey, what about him?" I said as I pointed to the corner.

She looked in confusion and said. "Dude, no one is there."

I didn't understand I was clearly looking at him.

"Stop wasting my time and come out." She said in a hurry.

We came to the basket ball court and then we saw Penny bouncing a basketball.

"There's been a change of plans." She said as she stopped bouncing the ball holding it in her hand. "The winnig team is set free but the losing team DIES!" She said creepily.

"What game are we playing?" I ask curiously.

"Dragon ball." She replies.

"The teams are Darwin, Gumball, Carmy and Frisco." She said. "Team B is that loser, failure, the weirdo and ME."

"The games begin in five hours get ready." She said before she left. "Oh and Gumball goodluck."

I looked in confusion she was only looking out for me. I looked around and saw my teamates. It was a good thing Darwin was here. Carmy is a cute looking ponytail pink cat. She looked like she had a sweet heart.

Frisco is kind of a emo kind of guy with purple hair covering his eyes with a kitten t-shirt and  some short shorts.

We gathered around each other and started to discuss. "First of all, what is Dragon ball?"

They looked at me weirdly except for Darwin.

"Don't worry his not from around here."

"Dragon ball is a game where you will race around town carrying a very delicate orb riding a dragon." Carmy explained. "If the orb drops or you die your out. You have to get it to a giant bowl in a matter of time, you got it."

"That sounded much harder than I thought." I said with anxiety lacing my voice.

"You will get some suit of armor, well to keep you alive at least." Darwin said.

"Let's take partners to train defense with." Darwin said before he could choose, Carmy said quickly.

"I am with GUMBALL."

"Why?" Darwin asked.

"Emm....because we are both cats and you guys are fish and dog. That is the only reason definetly nothing else." She says awkwardly.

We put our hands on top of eachother and say 'GO TEAM!" as we all seperate.

-The other team-

"Ms. Penny shouldn't we be training?"

"Don't worry I have other plans." She says as she smiles evily.
