A/N: Wassup y'all! Sorry this update is a little late, my writing has been a little slow this week. But I'm back now and I'm ready to role, and I hope ur all ready as well because this is gonna be one hell of a ride. So, let's get to it.

Beca didn't even need to call Tony and let him know she was on the way, he was already waiting for her at the top of the Avengers tower. She crawled up and saw him standing there on the landing pad, dressed up in his nice grey suit, and hopped up to walk up to and meet him. "I guess you heard?" she asked as she walked up to him.

"I figured you would want to make a comeback for this, and it seemed like you would probably need some backup" he stated knowingly and determinedly.

"Yea well, don't think I'm too happy about this" she noted. "I'm supposed to be taking care of my wife"

"And I'm supposed to be having dinner on Romania with mine" he added before removing his sunglasses. "I say we show these guys what happens when you screw up our family plans" he stated even more determinedly, receiving a bro-shake from the brunette in agreement.

"Doctor Octavius?" Pieter asked as he walked up to the mad scientist leaning on the rail of the overhead pass in their hideout. "Da spider was nowhere to be seen last night?" he duely informed.

"That's alright, that was slightly expected" he assured. "Last night was mostly just the announcement, today should be the real deal" he noted. "Just make sure you and the Sandman are ready to go by then" he instructed and the villain nodded.

"Trust me sa, we will be"

It was late afternoon now and Beca and Tony had been searching and waiting the whole day for whatever their new adversaries were to arrive. They had stopped a bunch of other crimes from happening along the way, but there was nothing out of the ordinary happening thus far. "So, you don't have any clue as to who or what caused that last night?" Tony asked on the comm device.

"I was gonna ask you the same thing" Beca answered. "And unless ur pal goldilocks got greedy and found the god of sand or something, no I don't" she added notably, causing her iron suited partner to giggle.

"That's pretty clever, I gotta remember that" Tony laughed. "But sadly, what I saw on t.v. was new, even for me" he answered.

"That makes two of us" Beca concluded. But then, something came on the police radio that the communication device in beca's suit was connected to.

"All units, all units, we have an armored truck hijacking and robbery in progress. The truck is currently headed down seventh and Glenview"

"Tony, did you get that?!" Beca hastily checked.

"Yea I got it! I'll meet you there!" he noted and Spidey jumped off the ledge she was crouching on and began swinging away.

Luckily, that address was just right around the corner from where she was. She could even already hear the sounds of smashing cars and screeching tires. She swung around the buildings and saw the armored vehicle speeding around. She also noticed that there was a hole in the roof of the truck, a perfect point of entry. She swung faster and closer and finally dropped right in, doing a classic superhero landing and noticing a man wearing khaki jeans and green striped shirt.

"You probably heard this before, but I hope you don't mi-" she stopped when she stood and saw his face, not believing who it was.

"Bumper?!"

"Hey Mitchell" he smiled. "Oh I'm sorry, I should call you Spidey, shouldn't I?" he corrected with a smug, sinister grin on him.

Words could not describe how shocked she was right now. First, Bumper, who hasn't seen in a long while, was back and a criminal? And second, he knew she was Spider-Woman? How could and when did all of this happen? "Wha-what the hell are you doing?!"

"Oh I guess you could say I'm now answering to a higher calling" he shrugged before he started swinging at the hero, who easily swayed and ducked the swinging hooks. She then countered with a straight punch to the gut, which felt more like punching through sand and resulted in her hand getting stuck in his gut, dramatically increasing her shock. "Oh, and I now prefer to be called Sandman" he noted before his right fist became a giant fist of sand and sent the brunette crashing through the doors and flying outta the truck.

The doors of the truck were knocked off along with her, one of em hitting the street with Spidey on it. She shot webs at the truck so that it would pull her along with it, using the door to slide along the street like she was water skiing. She continued to slide on the street, as well as on the sides of cars when needed, while the Sandman rose from the hole in the top of the truck with the bags of money in each hand. Spidey then moved in for the attack, shooting another web to pull herself up and into a kick. However, she was once again stuck in the Sandman's gut. Only this time, it was her entire waist and her lower abdomen that was caught, not a good place to be in.

Bumper just laughed as he evily stared down at the defender, but quickly paid for it when Spidey landed left and right punches to the face, knocking off pieces of sand as she did. Sandman retaliated by grabbing her by the head, pulling her outta his gut and slamming her face down on the truck. Spidey bounced and rolled off the concrete road before quickly shooting webs at the skyscrapers and pulling herself up before a car could hit her. Since the truck turned a corner, Spidey decided to circle around to get to the front of it so she could get right back to it. This fight with Bumper wasn't going well so far, but she needed to keep at it and find a way as best as she could.

She swung around a little shortcut and saw the armored vehicle heading right for her. She and the truck drew closer and closer to each other with Sandman still standing on the top before Beca ordered Karen to activate rapid fire and started firing multiple bullet webs at her assailant. The impact of the rounds left multiple holes and sandy dents and scars on the villain. She continued to fire off as she was swung in closer, this time with her aim towards his head, thinking that might be her best bet.

But once she was close enough, Sandman stopped her dead in her tracks by turning his left hand into a giant block, causing her to smack right into it and falling back on the truck. He then followed his assault by turning his right hand into a giant hammer and slamming it down. You wouldn't think a hammer made out of sand could hurt, but it did, a lot. The hits were even hard enough to dent the armored roof of the truck as they came crashing down on the web slinger. That was until something blasted the hammer away.

Bumper faced up to see Iron Man hovering in and firing his blasters, which proved to be very useful against sand. He blasted off the remainder of his right arm and a hole the his chest before Sandman extended his other arm and sent the avenger crashing into one of the buildings. Beca seized the moment of distraction and took out his legs, causing him to fall into the hole and latch on with his one arm. That was until Spidey kicked his head into a pile of sand and sent him collapsing inside. "Tony? You ok?!" she called into the comm.

"I'm alright! I'm catching back up with you!" he called back.

"Ok, I got-woah!" the truck was suddenly halted at a forceful, alarming rate, causing the vigilante to go flying, crashing and rolling onto the street. She regained her composure and realized she was at Times Square, one of her classic battlefields. She then leaned back up and saw a hooded figure raising the truck up with rays of light and electricity shooting outta his hands. He lowered the truck back down before Spidey jumped back to her feet and shot a web at his arm. However, as soon as it touched his arm, electricity shot right through the web and sent her crashing into a cop car.

"W-web..ooter.....sustai-"

"Karen? Karen?" Beca asked, but it seems a bunch of the stuff in her suit got really messed up, including one of her web shooters.

"Get da money and get outta here! I handle dis!" the hooded figure ordered Bumper, who was now fully restored to his full, normal state.

Beca recognized that accent from somewhere, but she didn't know what. She didn't have time to figure it out though, because the sparkly assailant now had his attention back to her. He shot electricity at the ground, which was completely wet and a total deathtrap. Beca's spidey senses flared up in warning as she back flipped over the car, that was now sent flying up. Beca's senses slowed everything down all at once, allowing her to see and feel everything around her.

Not only was there a car about to crash into all of the people on the stairs, but she also noticed that electricity was running up the rails and about to strike at a business man and a woman and her baby. She pressed the bottom button of her still intact web shooter to fire multiple strings of web at once, catching the car and sending it flying back. She then back flipped again, shot another large web to catch in one hand, fired another and used both to pull at the civilians wrist before they could get shocked. She executed a perfect landing at the top on the stairs while the people made a break for it, astonished by the hero's performance.

The electric villain then began hovering up with streaks of electricity running in and out of his body. Spidey jumping to the air before shooting a web to swing past the lightning and kick her assailant into the giant screen on the center building. But he did not hit the screen before zapping her straight through a glass walls of a bus stop. As she tried to recover from the brutal hit, the villain who was stuck in the screen had regained his own composure before long. He took two of the exposed wires on either side of him and pressed them right up against his chest, taking in all of the power in Times Square before unleashing a wave of energy that caused complete chaos.

Everywhere there was signs, billboards, screens and many other things collapsing onto the streets, leaving nothing but destruction and dozens of screaming people. As the carnage began to calm, the villain began to hover back down while Spidey regained her stance and replaced the busted web shooter with a backup one. Then, Iron Man suddenly swooped back in and blasted the powerful villain into the ground. "Hey, sorry I'm late kid" he apologized as Spidey came limping up to him.

"You mean for the second time today?" Beca asked arguably. "Are you just getting slow or what?"

"Well, at least I-" he was cut off by the electric sounds that came from the villain as he rose back up from the dent in the ground.

"Hey sparkles! Don't you know Twilight is over now?!" Beca mocked, but then the attacker's hoodie burned off, revealing some type of a dark suit with the lightning logo all over it. Also, his skin was all blue and glowy and lighty and such. But then, it all faded and his skin turned to normal, giving Beca a clear, recognizable look at his face. "Pieter Krammer?!" she asked in utter disbelief.

"Not anymore" he shook his head with an evil grin. "Now, I am Electro"

Right after he said that, Beca and Tony's attention was caught by more screams and thudding sounds behind them. It was Sandman again, only this time, he was much much larger and covered in a lot more sand then usual. "Holy shit" Beca and Tony simultaneously sighed as they watched the sandy giant rise higher and higher right before their eyes.

"Well this is definitely different then what I'm used to" Tony noted. "And a little more interesting too"

"So, now that this has potentially gotten a hell of a lot worse, what's the plan?" Beca wondered, not too thrilled about what a hell of a night this is turning out to be.

"You get the lighthouse, I'll get the sandcastle" he stated.

"You sure?" Beca checked with a raised eyebrow.

"Not really, but it seems like our best bet" he shrugged.

"Ah what the hell, I guess ur right" Beca sighed as she turned her attention to Pieter/Electro.

Tony lifted off towards the giant as Spidey took charge against the energizer. The Sandman swung at the avenger, but a thing that size wasn't fast enough to catch a flying machine. Iron Man sped around to the back of the Sandman's head and fired a rocket that made a nice impact and caused burning sand to fall outta his mouth. Meanwhile, Beca gave chase to Electro, who was practically light hopping his way around Times Square. Until he backfired and smacked, or zapped, right into Beca, sending her bouncing off another building and striking her again to send her rolling across the street.

Before he could capitalize on his attack, Beca shot a web at a fire hydrant to pull her to the side before he could zoom back in. Then, now that he was grounded, Beca quickly shot a second web at the fire hydrant and pulled with all her strength before tearing it off, dropping back so it wouldn't hit her and letting it smack right into Electro right as he was about to make his next move. Beca now had the advantage and seized the opportunity to go over to the exposed hydrant, a fountain of water bursting from it, and using her foot and hands to send the water right into the German's direction. It seemed to do well in weakening him, he was unable to fight back against the charging stream consuming him.

"You looked like you needed a good shower anyway, hygiene is very important" Beca mockingly stated as she continued her healthy assault.

Meanwhile, Tony continued his own assault on the Sandman, flying around to avoid the swings and blasting away all of the sand. Little by little, piece by piece, the Sandman was being blasted apart. Until finally, he retaliated by turning into a wave of sand flowing through the air, like a sandstorm taking out the two Avengers and saving his partner in the process. The two sinister villains flew away in a cloud of sand while the two heroes tried to figure out just what the hell happened.

"Hey, hey kid!" Tony shouted and coughed as he went to his partner's aid. "You ok?!" he rushed as fast as he could and checked up on her. Spidey coughed and gagged as he helped her. "Come on kid, let's go" he grabbed and took off, taking her to a rooftop away from Times Square and having a seat with her on the edge. "You ok kid?" he removed his helmet and checked one more time, this time for an answer.

Beca removed her mask, causing a massive amount of sand to spill out, shook her head, blew and spat out sand before answering. "Well, a large portion of my body is numb, I have sand in my ass, I just suffered a brutal and embarrassing beatdown with you and feel like absolute hell, but beyond all that I'm good. How are you feeling?" she stated in tiresome and sarcasm before removing one of her boots, causing more sand to pour out before spitting again.
