"Should we head home or to the cabin?" Darian asks while Dylan types away on her phone, and I quickly look into the rearview mirror before changing lanes.
"I don't know where to go Darian. What if Zaya is at the cabin?" I ask and Darian groans crossing her arms over her chest.
"Your right, we probably don't want to go there," Darian admits when Dylan looks up from her phone butting in.
"Why not?" Dylan asks and I sigh.
"Well to be very honest, Zaya is Zara's older sister, and she's a real bitch," I admit and Dylan nods.
"Ohh. Ok that's fine I'll text Will and ask if we can hang with him," Dylan admits as she continues on typing on her phone.
"What are we suppose to do Dakota?" Darian asks keeping her eyes straight on the road like me.
"I don't know, but we can't take her near Zaya, or who knows what the fuck she might do to Dylan," I admit as I stop at a stoplight eyeing Darian for a quick minute then I turn back to the road in front of me.
"Yay!" Dylan announces as she looks up from her phone looking at us.
"What's up?" Darian asks a smile beaming on Dylan's face.
"Will said we can hang with him and Owen for the rest of the day, until you guys take him back to your house for dinner," Dylan admits and I smile.
"Cool, now you'll have to remind me of where you guys live again," I admit making Dylan chuckle.
"To be honest you just keep going straight and it's the house on the right at the end of the road," Dylan admits when I immediately remember.
"This is like two blocks from the cabin," I admit and Darian rolls her eyes.
"You're so weird Dakota," Darian admits when we reach the house, and I pull into the driveway, parking, and then shutting the jeep off.
"Finally freedom!" Dylan announces as she hops out of the jeep heading inside.
"You coming Dakota?" Darian asks halfway out her door.
"Yeah sorry, I was spacing," I admit as I get out with Darian, closing my door, and looking over to see Owen, and William working in the backyard.
"Dakota?" Darian asks and I look over at her.
"Go ahead inside, I'll be in a few," I admit as I turn my back on her walking to the backyard. I'm super quiet as I walk towards them when instantly William looks up smiling.
"I see you made it," William says as he stops and wipes his hands off before walking over to me and pulling me in for a hug.
"I've good sense of direction. I knew exactly where I was going," I admit and William rolls his eyes when he pulls back from me.
"You had my sisters help didn't you?" William asks and I sigh.
"Yeah I did because I kind of forgot," I admit.
"Good to see you again Dakota," Owen says as he walks over to us, joining our conversation.
"Hi Owen," I smile.
"He smells a lot like a wolf," Rao admits growling.
"Wolf," I mumble when William looks at me with a serious look.
"What did you say?" William asks when I start backing up from him.
"Stay back!" I warn when Owen chuckles.
"What's going on with you Dakota?" Owen asks when my gaze flips over to him quickly glaring at him. That's when William lunges towards me and I dodge my gaze landing back on him.
"How'd you do that?" William asks.
"He's a wolf!" Rao announces when he lunges again and I roll on the ground under him as I quickly get back up from the ground, putting my fists up.
"Dakota don't do this," William says when I growl showing my canines to him.
"Show me yours!" I yell demanding him.
"Dakota," William says and I growl squeezing my fists harder making blood seep from the palms of my hands.
"I won't tell you again! Now!" I warn when he slowly opens his mouth showing me his canines.
"William what are you doing?!" Owen yells.
"Stay where you are!" William demands when Owen whimpers.
"Yes Alpha," Owen says and my eyes gape open staring right at him.
"Oh my god. We need to get Darian and get out of here!" Rao yells.
"You should've told me the truth!" I yell growling when another comes out of the house with Darian passed out in his arms.
"Dakota calm down and we can talk about this," William says and I growl feeling Rao push at the edge of my skin wanting to break free, but I hold her back.
"What did you do to her?" I ask letting my canines sink back down, my human teeth returning.
"Riaz just gave her a sleeping pill. That's all I promise," William admits anger boiling throughout my body while all I can do is glare at him.
"You can set her down on the ground, and we can talk out here, because I am not moving from this spot," I admit and William nods at my decision.
"That's fine with me. Riaz put Darian down will you?" William says as Riaz sets her slowly down on the ground while she sleeps peacefully.
"Now you'll tell me everything, and if you leave a single detail out, I'll fucking kill you," I warn when he sighs and Owen growls.
"I promise not to leave anything out Dakota," William admits while I stand there staring at him, as I cross my arms over my chest waiting to hear the whole story.
