The Alphas Teen Mate (2)
Once everyone finally showed up we started the bonfire while I just hung out with Darian.
"This party is a bust," Darian groans in disappointment.
"Why is that?" I ask and she sighs.
"Because every single guy here keeps hitting on me," Darian admits and I chuckle patting her back.
"Get used to it, because you're hot," I admit as I walk away from her towards the fire joining Zara and Fallen.
"What's up with Darian?" Fallen asks.
"Oh nothing," I admit.
"Dakota look!" Zara whispers pointing at a guy I've never seen before standing by the lake.
"Stop pointing!" I whisper swatting her hand down.
"He's cute!" Fallen admits whispering as well.
"You should go talk to him Dakota!" Zara admits and Fallen nods agreeing.
"Uh heck no. I don't need boys in my life right now," I admit and they both chuckle.
"Zaya get over here!" Zara calls to her sister as she makes her way over to us.
"What do you need?" Zaya asks.
"You see that guy over there?" Zara asks.
"Yeah why?" Zaya asks and Zara grins.
"Should Dakota go talk to him or no?" Zara asks and I slap myself.
"Hell yes. Girl you need a guy in your life," Zaya says before pushing me and nodding at me to go talk to him.
"Need anyone to talk to?" I ask when he looks at me with his sharp bright blue eyes.
"No I'm good," He admits and turns back to look at the lake.
"You sure because you look a little lonely," I say as I stand beside him looking at the lake.
"I'm fine just waiting on my friends to stop being assholes," He says as we look over his friends making fools out of themselves.
"They invited you?" I ask.
"Yeah even when I didn't want to come," He admits.
"I'm Dakota Western by the way," I say and he smiles.
"William Hart," William says.
"Well it's nice to meet you William," I admit.
"Nice to meet you too," William says and then sips at his drink.
"You need a ride to go home?" I ask.
"Yeah because I don't think they'll be leaving anytime soon, and I've got to get home to take care of my sister," William admits.
"Alright let's go then. I've just to get my keys from inside the house," I say.
"I'll be waiting," William says I head to the house grabbing my keys for my Jeep Wrangler.
Once I get outside to my jeep William is already standing by it.
"I knew this would be yours," William says smiling at me.
"How?" I ask unlocking it.
"I just knew," William says as we get into it and I start it up.
"You want one yet?" I ask and William chuckles.
"I want one, but don't have enough money," William says I put it into drive as I drive down the pathway out to the road.
"Which way?" I ask.
"Right," William says as I take a right and take off down the road hoping I don't get pulled over.
"Do you always drive like this?" William asks making me chuckle.
"Yeah to be honest," I admit.
"What other vehicles do you have?" William asks.
"Why do you want to know?" I ask.
"Just because," William says and I sigh.
"Fine I give in but only this once," I admit.
"Tell me," William begs.
"I've got this jeep, a Ram truck, a Kawasaki motorcycle, and a 1967 Chevrolet Impala, but I hardly even drive it," I admit stopping at a red light turning to look at William seeing his eyes all lit up.
"You have a 1967 Chevrolet Impala?" William asks.
"Uh yeah," I admit and William smiles.
"You've got to show me it sometime," William says.
"Alright I will," I chuckle as I start driving again once the light turns green.
"We're almost to my place," William says.
"So I have a question," I admit.
"Ask away," William says as I swallow hard.
"How old are you and also do you want to join me and my family for dinner tomorrow night?" I ask quickly keeping my eyes straight on the road.
"I'm twenty one and sure I'd love to come for dinner tomorrow night," William says and I sigh.
"Sorry for the weird questions," I admit and he chuckles.
"I'm used to it," William says.
"Is this your house?" I ask pulling up in the driveway parking.
"Yeah this is it. How'd you know?" William asks.
"Just guessed," I admit as he unbuckles and gets out.
"You want to come in?" William asks.
"I can't I have to get back," I admit and he smiles at me.
"No worries. Just be sure to come pick me up tomorrow," William says.
"Wait how am I suppose to get into contact with you?" I ask.
"My phone number is in the glovebox. See you tomorrow," William says shutting the door and heading into his house.
"You were literally a nervous wreck asking a guy out!" Rao says laughing at me when I put the jeep back into reverse backing out of the driveway, putting it back into drive speeding down the road back to the cabin.
"And you're really annoying so shut it Rao," I growl in frustration.
"You're lucky I don't have a human body or I would've slapped you by now," Rao admits. I slowly speed up some more and that's when I see blue and red lights flashing behind me.
"Great thanks Rao!" I yell growling as I pull over to the side parking. I roll down my window when the police officer steps up to it.
"Do you know how fast you were going?" The officer asks.
"No sir I don't," I admit.
"License and registration please," He says as I grab both and hand them to him.
"Dakota western, age seventeen driving at sixty five miles per hour down a road which clearly says thirty five," He says eyeing me.
"You can call my parents or arrest me," I admit when he sighs handing me back my license and registration.
"Won't need to do that, you just need to learn to follow the rules alright?" He says and I nod.
"Yes sir this won't happen again," I admit and he smiles.
"Good, I don't want to have to arrest you for killing someone in an accident," He admits.
"Thank you officer," I smile.
"Drive safe. Now go on get out of here," He says as I change the gear back to drive following the speed limit driving back to the cabin.
