"You're serious Zara?" I ask and she nods while Darian sighs.
"This is just great," Darian groans and I elbow her in the ribs glaring at her.
"What are we supposed to do now?" Zara asks and Owen nods when people come out into the open, and its Dylan and Valentina.
Instantly a growl erupts from my throat and Darian steps in front of me before I lunge.
"Dakota I've been so worried about you!" Dylan announces but I pay no attention. Instead I'm glaring at Valentina.
"What is she doing here?" I ask still growling, and she smirks at me like she's glad that I'm pissed off.
"Encantada de verte de nuevo, Dakota," Valentina chuckles and I slightly smile understanding completely what she said.
"Oh que bueno que vengas a verme Val," I smirk and she looks at me caught off guard surprised.
"How did you?" She asks and I chuckle.
"I taught myself while I was away from you," I spit out and she glares.
"So are we taking them with us?" Dylan asks and Owen shrugs.
"We can't force them, its their choice if they want to go or not," Owen says.
"Well I'm not going, I refuse," I growl standing my ground with Darian by my side.
"The only reason you aren't going is because of me," Valentina laughs.
"I'm going..I won't be without my mate. Who knows what could happen to Owen. So I'm going, I'm sorry Dakota," Zara says as they get ready to leave, and I look at my best friend with worried eyes and broken heart.
"Beuna suerte para ti," Valentina blows a kiss sarcastically as she and everyone else starts walking away.
"So you're leaving!? Leaving your best friend by herself, over a fucking boy!?!" I yell having her turn back around and look at me with tears in her eyes.
"I'm sorry," Zara mouths as tears well up in my eyes and I growl.
"I HATE YOU!!" I yell as loud as I can making Zara shudder and the tears to slide down her cheeks as I breathe heavily.
"Let's go Zara, forget her," I hear Owen say faintly as he grabs her, pulling my best friend away from me. Slowly but surely my tears slide down my cheeks and I'm dropping to the ground crying.
"Dakota...," Darian whispers as she leans down beside me, rubbing my back softly.
"What did I do wrong..? Why did she leave me for him..?" I cry as Darian shushs me and pulls me in for a hug.
"I don't know Dakota, but she's not worth your time anymore," Darian says as I squeeze her and cry harder.
