As I stand in the forest watching my house I whimper knowing mom and Darian won't invite back in with open arms.
"I see Darian!" Rao announces when I look and see her washing the Chevrolet Impala.
"I need to do something to catch her attention!" I admit and Rao sighs.
"How about growling only so she can hear you?" Rao adds.
"Good idea," I say as I softly growl and instantly Darian spins around seeing me in the forest watching her.
"Change back now Dakota," Darian warns when I change back and stand there naked.
"I'm sorry," I whimper as Darian grabs a towel and walks towards me. When she gets to me she wraps the towel around my body and sighs.
"It's okay Dakota. I'm sorry I was harsh to you," Darian apologizes.
"No don't be sorry, I made the mistake of leaving my baby sister," I admit as we walk back to the house together.
"So what made you come back home?" Darian asks as I look through my closet for an outfit to change into.
"A girl. Williams second in command. Valentina is her name and she has a crush on him," I admit when Darian growls.
"Do I need to kick her ass?" Darian asks and I chuckle turning around.
"You sound just like Zara, and no you don't have to kick her ass," I admit and Darian rubs the back of her neck out of embarrassment.
"Yeah I've kind of been hanging out with Zara a lot since you left with that girl," Darian admits when I pull an outfit out of the closet and quickly get dressed.

"That's understandable, and I'm sorry again for leaving you Darian," I apologize sitting down on my bed beside her.
"It's okay Dakota. Just next time when you go and see William. Take me the fuck with you so I can kick his ass," Darian admits making me roll my eyes.
"Fine, I will take you the next time if there will be a next time," I admit as I stand up and head over to my dresser leaning against it, tears welling up in my eyes.
"Oh Dakota please don't cry," Darian whimpers as she stands up and quickly pulls me in for a hug.
"I'm sorry, I usually don't cry," I admit and Darian chuckles while tightly holding me.
"I know, that's because I live with you," Darian says as she lets go of me and pulls back smiling.
"Thank you for letting me come back," I sigh and Darian lightly smacks my arm.
"Of course I'd let you come back. You're my sister, my blood, and family out of all," Darian says and I smile softly back at her.
"Right," I chuckle making Darian chuckle along with me.
"Now lets go out today and have some fun. I've been bored and I need something fun to do," Darian admits and I smile nodding.
"That sounds like a great idea. How about we also take the Chevrolet Impala out for a spin?" I ask and Darian smiles widely her eyes shining.
"Really?!" Darian announces excitedly and I chuckle.
"Yes Dari I'm serious. Now let's go!" I announce as we quickly head downstairs and out the front door back
towards the now shiny clean Impala.

As we get inside closing the doors behind us, the keys are already in the ignition waiting to be turned to turn the engine on.
"Just turn the key already!" Darian says as I quickly turn the key hearing the rough engine roar to life.
"Welcome back baby," I whisper running my fingers against the steering wheel smiling.
"Let's go!!" Darian announces as I pull out of park and reverse out of the driveway onto the road.
"Where to?" I ask shifting back into drive and heading down the road.
"To the mall!" Darian says and I smile driving to the mall as we blast music singing along to it.
