"If you ask me, Alpha William shouldn't of ran after Val," Kane says and I sigh running hand through my now dry frizzy hair.
"I just don't understand what I did wrong," I admit and Kane rubs my back while we sit on one of the many couches in the family room.
"You didn't do anything wrong Dakota, you were standing up for your mate. To be honest Val needs to leave Alpha William alone," Kane says as I sit up and she stops rubbing my back.
"But Valentina won't leave Will alone. She has a crush on him and it's not going to go away," I admit.
"I'm sorry I'm not really helping," Kane chuckles and I smile softly at her.
"It's fine. Just sitting and talking with me is helping," I say and Kane smiles back at me.
"Hey what are you girls doing?" I hear Junior ask as we turn around and look to see him standing behind the couch.
"We're just hanging out and talking," Kane admits and I shrug.
"Ah do you mind if I join in? I'm bored and have nothing to do," Junior admits when we both nod in agreement, and he jumps over the couch and sits beside Kane.
"So what's happening?" Junior asks knowing somethings going on.
"Short story, Alpha William ran after Val after she and Dakota got into a fight," Kane says before I get to answer Junior.
"Your kidding?!" Junior gasps and I shake my head no.
"No, Dakota filled me in with everything that happened and that's what we've been talking about for the past two hours," Kane admits when Junior looks at both of us like we're crazy.
"He hasn't come back?" Junior asks and Kane sighs.
"No he hasn't come back, and I'm worried somethings happened," I admit and Junior sighs shaking his head.
"This probably won't end well," Junior admits and I furrow my eyebrows.
"Why's that?" I ask and Junior looks at me with a dead stare he's never gave me before.
"She's a complete bitch if you really want to know. She will do anything, and I mean fucking anything to get rid of you. She will kill you if she has to, so watch your back while you're here. I don't trust her at all," Junior admits when I instantly see William and Valentina entering the family room.
"Junior. Kane," William says as they get up and both bow.
"Alpha. Welcome back," They both say as I stand up and face William ignoring Valentina completely.
"May you excuse us?" William says as Junior and Kane stand back up and leave the room, leaving me William, and Valentina alone together.
"Dakota," William says and I growl.
"Don't. I don't want to hear any excuse from you. I don't want to talk to you for the matter of right now. I want to be left alone," I warn and Valentina gasps at what I just said.
"No dejes que te hable así!" Valentina growls when William holds her back from trying to pounce on me.
"Déjame manejarlo Val," William says and I scoff glaring at him.
"Have fun with Valentina, because I'm done. I'm leaving and you can't stop me," I admit as I spin on my heel my back towards William as I head to the front door and open it, heading outside getting ready to change when I sense William rushing after me.
"Dakota wait!" William yells when I growl turning around to face him.
"Don't! You don't have the fucking right to say my name or talk to me!" I warn earning a whimper from him.
"What did I do?" William asks as I roll my eyes.
"Nothing. You didn't do anything. Just leave me alone William. I want to be left alone. Don't come get me, don't talk to me, don't message me, don't do nothing just stay the hell away from me," I admit as I strip from my clothes and quickly change running off into the forest and back to my house so I can go home and be broken hearted.
