Chapter 33
"Good Morning sleepy head!" Alexis chuckled as she pulled back the curtains. I grumbled and put my pillow over my head.
"Five more minutes!" I muttered, the pillow muffling me.
She pulled the pillow off my head. "Come on! You're getting married!"
I shot up in bed. "Oh my gosh! I forgot for a second!"
She shook her head laughing at me. "You forgot about your own wedding that you announced yesterday?"
"Don't blame me! Blame the baby for giving me baby brain!" I pouted, looking down at my slight baby bump.
Alexis just laughed and pushed me in the direction of the bathroom. "I've laid out everything you should use on the counter!" She shouted from behind the closed door.
I looked at the counter and my eyes widened at all the products. There was the typical stuff like shampoo, conditioner, vanilla body wash as well as the products I like to call 'deep clean stuff'. There was body scrub, feet scrub, shaving foam, a razor, face scrub, face masks, eye masks, lip masks, body cream, face cream, eye cream, foot cream, hand cream. This shower was going to take me a while.
I got into the shower and used every single product I had been supplied with and by the time I finished, I had to admit I was smoother than a baby butt. I also plucked my eyebrows while my skin was warm, sprayed some perfume, body spray and put on some roll on. The whole shower took me at least an hour and I could hear Zia running around in the bedroom complaining she was bored. I wrapped a bath robe around myself and stepped out of the bedroom.
"Annabelle!" Zia grinned, running into me and hugging my legs, causing an oomph to leave my lips.
"Zia! Careful darling, she is pregnant!" Alexis scolded her.
Zia looked at me with big, wide eyes. "You're having a baby?"
I chuckled and nodded. "Yes, but its a secret," I put my finger to her lips.
She giggled. "Okay! I won't tell anyone!"
Alexis pulled me over to the vanity and sat me down. "You already have a pregnant glow going on so I don't want to put too much makeup on you. I'll use a light coverage foundation and I'll focus on enhancing your natural beauty" She grinned at me in the mirror.
I nodded. She clipped my hair out of the way and set to work on my makeup. She put on a light layer of foundation and concealer, just to cover any dark circles and smooth my skin. She made my nose and cheeks rosy with a pink blush, added a highlighter to the tops of my cheeks to make them shiny and also added a dab to my nose. She did a summer eye look with some soft pinks and a winged eyeliner.
I looked in the mirror and smiled. I looked lovely and I wasn't wearing much makeup like she promised.
She then set to work on my hair. She curled it and did a braid around the crown of my head. The rest of my hair flowed over my shoulders, majestically.
"I look so pretty! Thank you so much!" I hugged her and I sniffled a bit, my eyes filling with tears.
Alexis pulled back and look at me. "No! Don't get emotional, you'll smudge my masterpiece!"
I sniffled, bloting my tears with a tissue. "I'm sorry, it's just hormones"
She chuckled. "I must say you're handling things a lot better than I was when I was pregnant with this devil" She rubbed Zia's head. "She was making my cry all the time. I think Zed was getting pretty annoyed with my emotional ass"
My eyes widened. "Is Casey going to hate me for being emotional?" Tears gathered in my eyes again.
Alexis eyes widened and she held my shoulders "No! Of course not! He will always love you no matter what! Come on let's think about better things. Such as your dress!"
She changed the subject and dragged me towards my wedding dress. I unzipped the dress bag it was in and smiled when I saw the beautiful satin wedding gown that I had picked not long after we got engaged.
"I thought I'd never get to wear this with how long it took us to plan the wedding," I chuckled.
The dress was my dream dress. It was a stunning ivory, satin material with a long train and beautiful button details on the back. The back of the dress buttoned to the middle of my back and then it was open from there to the top. The dress had slight sleeves that reached my elbow with scalloped details at the end which mirrored the bottom of the train. I didn't go for a veil because I didn't want anything to distact from the stunning dress.
Alexis helped me into the dress and I slipped my feet into some lovely ivory heels which had a stap around the ankle and a chunky heel. I wasn't one for stilettos. I definitely didn't want to risk falling over on my wedding day and while pregnant. Speaking of being pregnant, the dress had done a wonderful job at concealing my small baby bump thanks to all the fabric.
I stood in front of the floor length mirror, I smiled as I took myself in. I looked exactly how I wanted to on my wedding day. Alexis looked at my reflection too and I could see tears gathering in her eyes.
"I feel like a proud mama" she sobbed, pulling me into a tight hug.
I chuckled, trying to stop myself from crying. "Thank you, Alex"
She shook her head and pulled herself together. "Ready to see your husband?" She grinned.
I nodded, smiling.
"Then let's go get married!" She giggled, grabbing mine and Zia's hands and tugging us out of the room.

There was a white carpet laid down in the woods with candles and tea lights lining the sides. Fairy lights hung from the trees and I noticed some of them had pictures of me and Casey attached to them. My heart fluttered as I glanced at the many lovely memories we had already made. I saw one that we took when we told Jace and Kyla I was pregnant. My hand went to my stomach and I smiled. "You already have so much love even though you haven't been born" I whispered to my baby.
I was strolling down the candle lit path on my own, knowing that when I reached the end of it, my bridesmaids Alexis, Noah, Jessica and Kyla would be stood waiting for me as well as my father who would be walking me down the aisle.
When I reached the end of the path, tears filled my eyes as I took in the area of the ceremony. There was chairs covered in white cotton that were tied with fairy lights at the back. The white carpet led down an aisle with all of our friends, family and the pack seated in rows either side and at the end stood my fiancé. He was stood under this beautiful wooden arch that was draped in a peach coloured fabric , the same colour as my bridesmaids dresses, and there was flower bouquets tied to the the corners as well as fairy lights which were wrapped around the whole thing.
I switched my lily bouquet to my left hand and linked arms with my father. Tears gathered in his eyes.
"I'm so happy for you and I'm so very proud" he smiled as he pressed a sweet kiss to my cheek.
I leaned my head on his shoulder. "Thank you, Dad."
Zia walked ahead of us, she was the cutest flower girl. She threw pink rose petals everywhere and threw some at me. She also threw some at some pack members faces causing them to giggle to themselves.
As we strode towards Casey, I took him in. He looked lovely, as ever, in the most stunning suit I'd ever seen him in. He was wearing a peach tie to match the whole peach and white theme we had as well as a smart white suit and black shoes. His hair was slicked back, neatly with hair gel and he looked incredible.
He threw me a dazzling smile and I felt my knees go weak. I couldn't believe this amazing man was about to be my husband.
We reached the archway and everyone went to their seats. I stood facing Casey, Zed began the ceremony.
"Good evening everyone! We are gathered here today to witness our Luna and Alpha say their vows. Luna Annabelle, Alpha Casey, you stated that you wanted to say your own vows. Casey, we will start with you" Zed grinned.
Casey smiled, trying to force his tears away. "My beautiful Annabelle" he began. "I have loved you since the first day I met you. Back then you were scared and fragile but now you have grown into the strongest Luna I have ever known. You are the most amazing person in this world and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you and any future children we may have."
My hand instinctively went to my stomach and he gave me another of his knee weakening smiles.
"I adore you more than anything on this Earth. Please accept this ring as a sign of my love and as a promise to protect and love you in sickness and in health" Casey finished, pushing his ring onto my finger.
I grinned as I looked at the ring. It had two wolves howling at the moon engraved onto the simple silver band that sparkled with the moon light.
"My Casey," I started my vows. "Before I met you, I was sure I was doomed to live my life as a rogue, fighting everyday to live. When I met you my fears melted away as I knew from that moment, I'd never let anything or anyone take me away from you. I've loved you since then, even if I took me a while to admit it" Everyone chuckled at that.
"You've given me safety and security and most importantly love. You have loved me no matter what life has thrown at us and for that I thank you and I promise to do the same. Please accept this ring as a token of my love, support and promise to love you until the day we part, and even past that. This is truly the happiest day of my life because I know that I have finally found my home"
I pushed the ring onto his finger and I looked up to his eyes. A rogue tear managed to escape and ran down his face, causing me to break my composure and few tears rolled down my own cheeks. He caught my tears with his finger, chuckling and telling me not to cry on the happiest day of our life.
"Alpha Casey" Zed gained our attention again. "Do you promise to love and cherish your Luna until the day she dies?"
Casey smiled. "I do"
"Luna Annabelle, do you promise to love and cherish your alpha until the day he dies?"
"And beyond that. I do" I grinned.
Zed clapped his hands together, grinning. "Then I am proud to announce you both as husband and wife! You may now kiss!"
Casey grabbed my waist with his hands and pulled me into a deep and passionate kiss. The pack roared in delight, clapping and cheering.
When we pulled away we turned to the pack. Casey looked at me and I nodded my head. It was time they knew.
"While we have everyone's attention, we would like to make an announcement" Casey called out.
The pack settled into their seats again, looking at us intently. Casey and I shared one last look of assurance.
"There will soon be another addition to the alpha family" Casey grinned.
"I'm pregnant!" I cried, my eyes now unable to hold back my tears.
The pack roared again and bounced around in joy. Casey hugged me, his hand settling on my stomach where our child was now growing.
My family and his gathered around us and congratulated us, pulling us both into a big hug.
I looked around my pack and held my growning tummy in content. One word settled in my brain.
Home.
