What  the hell did  they just say? Both of my parents were not normal as they had seemed they some how manged to fool everyone including me their own daughter.  They just told me my family history turns out  my mother came form a long line of  hunters that hunted monsters more specifically  werewolves  as for my father turns out he is a werewolf well a hybrid  werewolf  mixed with a coyote.

How had all this happen you ask well I was simply cleaning out my out room and decided to clean the attic so I did when I got up there a certain shiney object caught my eye. I sat the box of stuff that was in my hands aside bending down to take a look at the box in front of me.

The shiny object turned out to be a amulet that was the book cover of a old book. The book was covered in dust and cobwebs I dusted off the book and opened it to find a family tree of my father's side but instead of pictures of people there were pictures of wolves.I didn't  understand why then I flipped to another page to my mother's side to find humans at the top it was our family name hunters in bold letters I didn't understand that either.

I ran downstairs with the book in my arms I went to the kitchen  where my parents were dad was reading the newspaper  mom was cleaning as usual. "Mom,dad I found a book that has a amulet on it inside it shows our family tree. Why dose it have wolves on dad's side of the family tree?" I asked my parents mom froze up dad eyes widen I just looked at them like I hadn't just discovered my family's secret history. "Sit down." My father said taking the book from my hands as I sat down I looked up at my parents "What?What's wrong?" I asked

"Honey it's time for her to learn the truth about her family." My mother told my father who was thinking but gave in with a sigh "Layla ... your a hybrid of clans of wolves and dogs and coyotes." My father said with a blank expression on his face I laughed "Dad!Mom! That was hilarious but really why is the book like this?" I asked wiping the tears that formed in my eyes from laughing to to hard. My parents looked at eachother then back at me my eyes widen as I realized that  they were not joking that this wasn't a prank. "W-w-what? Your serious?" I asked still shocked from receiving the news they both nodded their heads. So that is how I ended up where I am right now at the kitchen table as my parents started to explain everything to me what they were, what type of breed dad was, what mom was, how they met,how they got together ,what happen with clans  when they got married.

Turns out dad was alpha of the Moonshine pack and mom was the daughter of a famous well known werewolf hunter their love started and ended a war between both of their kinds. "Well I guess since you know the truth I think it's time we send you to wolf camp for the next couple weeks or month or so. Don't you think so darling?" Dad said mother only nodded her head in  agreement. "At the end of camp there will be a ball for you to find mates now go get packed" my mother   said as she ushered me to my room to  pack.
