Avery's POV

I woke up next to a bare chest and an arm wrapped around my waist.

I looked up and saw Ash sleeping soundly with a few strands of hair covering his face.

I looked down and saw that I was completely naked.

Not exactly how I thought my first time would be.

I tried to scoot away from Ash but his grip only got tighter.

I groaned and layed my head on the pillow.

I was too sore to get up or even complain about him.

I started up at the ceiling and waited who knows how long.

I felt Ash stir beside me before nuzzling his face in my neck.

"Ash let me go." I spoke.

"No." He mumbled into my neck. "Where are you going?"

"I'm just going to the bathroom, to take a warm shower."

"Take a bath. It will help with the soreness." He finally released.

I got up from the bed, ignoring the pain in between my legs.

"I'm loving the view." Ash spoke.

I could practically hear the smirk in his voice.

I ignored him and entered the bathroom.

I ran a warm bath and waited for the tub to fill up. I also put in some bubble bath soap.

Once the tub was filled I stepped in and let the hot water relax my soreness.

I closed my eyes and opened them again when I head a knock of the door.

"Can I come in, Avy?" I heard Ash's voice from the other side of the door.

"Yeah." I answered.

He opened the door and looked at me with a smile.

"Hey." He kissed my forehead.

I noticed he was fully dressed.

"Where are you going?" I asked.

"I have to go to a meeting but I'll be back soon." He kissed my lips. "I love you."

"I love you too." I said as he exited the bathroom.

Once I was done with the bath I stepped out of the bathroom and got dressed in a sweater and leggings.

I layed down on Ash's bed and turned on the TV.

I didn't pay much attention to it.

I just kept thinking about how I just had my first time with Ash.

Of course I was happy about it but I still felt.... scared.

'Melissa?' I mind linked her.

'Yeah?' She answered back. She sounded a little distracted.

'C-can you meet me in Ash's room please?'

'Sure I'll be there in a little bit.'

'OK.'

I paid attention to the room and realized it was still a mess. Oops.

Better clean this up before Melissa gets here.

Melissa's POV

I entered the cell where my mate was being held.

'I wish you would stop being a coward and just ask Avery if Toby could join the pack.' Raine complained in my head.

I ignored her and turned to the guards the were still in his cell.

"Leave." I commanded.

They nodded and left the cells.

I pulled out the key in my pocket and unlocked Toby's chains.

As soon as they were off he grabbed my face and placed his lips on mine.

I puked away and smiled.

"I missed you." He whispered.

"We saw each other yesterday." I pointed out.

"Well yes but I would love you see you right when I wake up."

"I know but I haven't found the right time to talk to my Luna yet."

"I understand that you guys are worried about Logan. But I'm also worried about my sister."

I grabbed his face with my hands. "We are going to free your sister. I promise."

"Just promise me you'll tell your Luna the next time you see her. Please." He begged.

I sighed. "I promise the next time I see her I'll tell her."

He smiled and pulled me into another kiss.

I pulled away when Avery mind linked me.

'Melissa?'I heard her voice.

'Yeah?' I was distracted by Toby planted kisses on my neck.

'C-can you meet me in Ash's room please?' She asked.

'Sure I'll be there in a little bit.' I answered.

'OK.'

I turned my attention back to Toby who was staring at me.

"What?" I asked. "Do I have something on my face?"

"You're Luna just mind linked you didn't she?" He smirked.

I groaned. "Yes."

"Are you going to tell her?" He asked nervously.

"I promised I would. And I am. I do t break my promises."

"Everybody says that."

"Well I'm your mate so I can't lie to you."

He let out a small chuckle and kissed my lips softly.

"Be back soon."

"I will." I smiled. "What's your sisters name?"

"Kylee Anderson." He smiled.

I kissed his lips once more before leaving.

I put the chains around him again loosely so the silver wasn't hurting him as much.

I left the cells and went towards Ash's room.

I knocked on the door and entered.

Avery was sitting and the bed looming at her hands.

"Are you ok?" I asked.

She looked at me and shook her head. "No."

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"I.... slept with Ash." She loomed down at her hands blushing.

"Did he hurt you? Do you regret it?"

"No. No I don't regret a thing. I loved it in fact."

"Then what's wrong? My Luna just mated with the Alpha didn't this be a good thing?" I asked.

"I-I'm scared." She admitted.

"Of what?"

"Ash has slept with many other girls before me and..." Her voice cracked. "I'm worried that now that he has slept with me that he'll just true me away like all the other girls."

Tears ran down her face. I pulled her into a hug.

"Avery, Ash wouldn't do that to you. You're his mate. He won't hurt you."

"But what if he does?" She cried she pulled away.

"Then he'll have to deal with me, his mom, and a whole pack of werewolves." I chuckled.

She laughed with me while wiping away her tears. "I guess your right."

"Now that we are on the subject of mates, I have to tell you something."

"The rogue that we caught is your mate." She smiled.

My mouth dropped. "How did you know!?"

She shrugged. "It was a lucky guess."

"Well now that we are on that topic. Can he be a part of the pack?" I asked.

"Melissa you know I would let him but Ash I never going to go for it. He's working to Logan."

"No he's not. He's being forced to."

"How?" Her eyebrows creased.

"Logan has his sister. If he don't do what he says then he'll kill his sister."

She signed and stayed silent for a few moments.

"I say we just take a walk and clear our mind for a few minutes." She suggested.

I nodded as I got up from the bed.

I'm guess she mind linked Ash since we have two guards behind as we walked.

"You guys stay a little father away." I commanded as we entered the woods.

"Why?" One asked.

"We are talking about periods." I lied.

Their eyes widened as they stood farther back.

"Periods?" Avery laughed.

"Hey if can't get I hug to leave always mention periods."

We giggled before hearing the sound of someone screaming. We stopped laughing and loomed at the direction of the scream

"Help me!" A girl around our age saw us and ran towards us. "Thank the Moon Goddess. A Luna and a warrior."

She was covered in blood and tears she was also a rogue.

"Who are you? What's your name? Where did you come from?" Avery asked her worriedly.

"My name is Kylee Anderson." She cried. "I just escape from Logan. Please you have to help me!"

My eyes widened.

Toby's sister.
