Ash's POV

I looked down at the piece of paper in my hands.

"Negative." I smirked.

"Alpha." The doctor pulled me put of my thoughts. "I picked pocketed the girl and grabbed the results she had."

"And?"

"I looked them over. You didn't read the entire file that she had."

"What's your point?"

"She had a different papers for a different person saying that each one was positive." He handed me the file.

I snatched it out of his hands and read the papers. Each one had a person that looked like me but there was still subtle differences.

Some had the same hair while others had different colored eyes like me.

But look alikes weren't the only people there. Alphas.

Alphas from different packs around the area all Mateless.

She must have found out about werewolves.

Guess she's not a dumb human after all.

That bitch has an obsession.

She's crazy.

"Thank you doc. I'll take care of her." The doctor nodded and left.

I walked back into the room after hiding he papers behind my back. Mandy was on her phone until she heard me come in.

"What did you talk about?" She asked with a smile.

I wanted to slap her across the face so bad.

I held out the test results paper that proved that the baby wasn't mine. I held it in front of her face.

She instantly paled, almost like a ghost.

She was afraid. Good.

"A-Ash, I can explain." She stuttered but I cut her off before she could sat anything else.

I held up the file containing all the papers on my look-alikes.

"You psycho bitch." I sneered. "Look alikes!? Alphas!? What do you know Mandy!?"

Her pale expression faded only slightly when she spoke. "I had a werewolf mate."

"That doesn't tell me anything!"

"He explained everything to the first day we met! We even slept together. But as soon as I heard the word alpha I knew that had to be you. He explained how he was the beta of another pack. He explained how the Luna was the alpha female. How she got all the power and attention. I wanted that power and attention! You and me had a thing. I thought I was going to be your Luna. But no! That bitch Avery came in and ruined everything!"

I growled. "Don't call her a bitch!"

She continued your rant. "After I found out that there was a chance that I might be your Luna I rejected my mate. For you. So we can rule the pack together. Until I found out that I was pregnant with my mates baby. I had two choices, go back to a mate that follows every command that gets thrown at him and never stands up for himself or fake test results and make it look like that baby was yours and be Luna. Get rid of Avery for good. And be your mate. I love you."

"And the other people?"

"At first I thought look alikes would be the perfect substitute if you wouldn't want me. Then I thought there are not alphas out there so maybe one might take me in if I feed them some sob story. I broken arrives at the door step of an alphas house asking him for help. Easy right?" She smirked.

"You're insane. You're crazy." I growled.

"Maybe." She admitted. "But I'm a crazy pregnant woman with a werewolf baby growing inside her."

I grabbed her forearm roughly and dragged her out of the pack hospital with the files in my hands along with the test results.

I shoved her in the back seat of the car. Once I got in the drivers seat and locked the doors and drove off.

I avoided all cars and speed limits. Mandy looked terrified.

I got back to the pack house and slammed on the brakes.

I opened Mandy's door and forced her out.

I took a hold of her fore arm again and dragged her down into the cells of the pack house.

The smell of blood and rotting flesh hit my nose but I ignored it.

I noticed some if the captured rogues give Mandy lustful looked but I couldn't care less.

I opened and empty cell door and pushed Mandy inside.

She fell to the ground with a hand over her stomach.

I shut the cell door and loomed at her with an emotionless face being careful not to touch the silver bars.

"Why am I in here?" She asked clearly terrified.

"You have committed a crime against the werewolf world." I stated.

She looked at me confused. "What the hell does that mean!?"

"You have rejected a beta and tried to steal another mate by using false evidence. Lying to an Alpha about carrying his pup is a crime." I held up the file. "And this is evidence against you."

"What's going to happen to me?" She cried.

"The council will decide what to do with you."

I left the the basement ignoring her cries.

Now I have to explain this to Avy.

I walked up to the room where she locked herself in.

I knocked on the door softly. "Avy? Are you there?"

I tried opening the door again and oddly enough it was unlocked.

I walked in. "Avy."

No one was in the room.

"Avy!" I called out to her beginning to freak out.

The window was open.

I caught a glimpse out side of the window into the forest. Avy.

She noticed me and ran into the woods.

I quickly ran out the door and shifted running after her.

She can't run away from me!

Avery's POV

I heard the sound of Ash's car fading in the distance. And the noise outside the room had gone silent.

I forced myself up from the ground and looked around.

Of all the rooms I decide to lock myself in, I choose Ash's room!?

What's wrong with me!?

More tears fell down my face at the memory of what happened just a few minutes ago.

Mandy had told me that Ash got her pregnant.

It killed me. Just the thought of it.

I can't hold Ash back. I'm just a burden to him and his future child.

I have to leave.

He deserves a happy life with his baby.

I don't want to leave but I have to choice.

Yes you do, just let Ash explain himself.

There's nothing to explain. Ash is going to be a father and that's that.

I am his mate I can't leave.

But Mandy is carrying his child.

After what had seemed like hours arguing with myself I hear the roar of Ash's car approaching.

I have to leave.

I opened the window and paled when I looked down.

That's a big jump.

You can do this.

You can't do this.

You have to leave.

You have to stay.

I closed my eyes for a brief moment. I don't realize what I was doing until I hit the hard ground.

I groaned in pain when a sharp pain erupted in my ankle. I think I re-injured it.

I shook off the feeling and began walking towards the forest.

I turned around to get one last look at the house but I only froze when I saw someone at the window.

Ash.

We locked eyes until I tore my gaze away and ran into the forest.
