Chapter 17
Sisters Arc Finale

The Juggernaut flew straight into the battle. Flame looked at the space around him as he flew past the many soldiers.

"Yep, this is absolute chaos," he said as he saw the giant snake in the distance, and hundreds of Fantasmatics fighting against soldiers.

"Take this!" yelled Flame as he activated the defense system on the ship. Hundreds of the Juggernaut's weapons started blasting away the shadow monsters a he flew. Suddenly a giant Fantasmatic slashed the back of the Juggernaut.

"Oh crap," said Flame as he ejected from the ship. He was covered in fire, and he reappeared in his Arch Dragon form. Suddenly he was covered in blue fire.

"Infinity Dragon!" yelled Flame as he took on the form with the raining power left in the Flame Blade. While not as strong as the original, he was having an easy time destroying the Fantasmatics.

He flew past them, his fiery wings ripping them apart as he headed towards his friends' life energies. The Infinity Dragon... it was capable of more than he knew.

"Tale this!" yelled the Infinity Dragon as a large blast of blue fire blasted from his jaws, destroying everything ahead of it.

In the distance, Mystican saw the blue flames blasting away the enemy.

"Is that... Flame!?" yelled Mystican. The rest of the team turned to see the giant dragon fly right by them. It was then covered by fire and changed form. It took the form of Flame, but his eyes had turned a fiery blue, and two black dragon horns came from each side of his face. The sides of his face and his arms were covered in black scales, along with the tail and wings that formed on his back.

"Guys! I am back!" yelled Flame as he floated to were they were.

"Well, we are glad to see you dude!" yelled Genos, "You see, we are getting our butts handed to us over here."

Suddenly a thunder like sound spread across the space. The group turned to see the giant snake staring right at them.

"Flame..." said the Sisters, their voices joined into one, "We remember you now... You are going to suffer twice as much as everyone else."

"Well, that is nice to know," said Flame with smile in his face, "Because I can assure you one thing. You are going to be very disappointed when we win!"

"Umm... Flame. Pissing them off more is not a good idea..." said Frostbite, "Oh well. Either way they were going to try to kill us."

"Flame!" yelled Temporis as she suddenly hugged Flame, "You really made it!"

"Yep! And right now we are going to finally end this battle," said Flame.

"And how are we going to do that!?" yelled Beyonder as he and everyone else teleported out of the way of the incoming the dark energy blast from the Sisters.

"Push them into the Dark Space!" yelled Flame, "Use the power of the Soul Crystals to do it!"

"Soul Crystals? How did you know?" asked Temporis.

"I know a bunch of stuff! I'll explain how later!" yelled Flame.

"Incoming!" yelled Professor Mark as he moved his hands and suddenly a bright flash of light formed. A shield appeared between everyone else as the Sisters hit it. It immediately cracked, but still pushed them back.

"Flame, your plan... it is crazy, I can tell," said the Professor, "We shall help lead them to the barrier! You do whatever you have to do!"

"You shall not escape!" yelled the Sisters as they broke the shield apart. Hundreds of soldiers started attacking them. The space around them had started to shake, and ripples formed in space.

"So much power concentrated in one place, the space is around us is started to fall apart!" yelled Humatrix, "Everyone teleport to the barrier!"

In a blinding flash of light the team reappeared near the barrier. The Sisters soon followed, moving faster than anything ever seen before.

"No one stare at the barrier directly!" yelled Nighto, "There is a chance Melanchulus could be watching from the other side!"

The team teleported away just as the Sisters crashed right into the barrier. Then they turned around and crashed right into a large group of soldiers.

"Fantasmatics! They are still attacking!" yelled a Matrixian as he was surrounded by Fantasmatics.

"Beyonder! Kairu! Go and help him and then keep fighting!" yelled Humatrix, "Nighto, Mystican, Frostbite, and Genos, go aid the soldiers! Night Mist, provide support to the soldiers that have been wounded and drive off any more Fantasmatics, I shall help you. The Professor Mark, Flame, and Temporis, do whatever crazy plan you have."

"Alright! Let's go!" yelled Genos as he and the other teleported away. Everyone teleported away as they joined the fight.

The giant snake kept teleporting away, destroying anything living with dark energy.

"Alright, we need to get their attention!" yelled Flame, "After that Temporis must use her power with the Soul Crystal. Professor, help get their attention, while I help accessing her power."

"Hmm... you seem to have everything though through, impressive," said the Professor, "I shall put my trust in you. Do not fail."

"Not an option! Now go!" yelled Flame. He then transformed into his Infinity Dragon form as more Fantasmatics started heading their way.

"Temporis! Help me fight them off!" yelled Flame as he and Temporis began battling off the incoming troops.

The Professor flew towards the giant snake, and he suddenly began to increase in size until he towered among everyone else. He then changed shape into what looked like a giant Infinity Dragon.

"Hmph... poor disguise, but we shall kill you nonetheless," said the Sisters, "Come at us!"

"Time to pay for your crimes!" yelled the Professor as he charged in, hundreds of copies of himself surrounding the snake. The began striking it as the Professor tried to overpower it.

"Well then, when you die, we shall rip out your throat," said the Sisters, "Then let's see who will pay."

"Genos! Some help here!" yelled Mystican who was in his Divine Transcendence form, "Combine your powers with mine!"

"Alright! Let's go!" yelled Genos as his arms turned into cannons, and started blasting a ray of both angel and demon energy. Mystican joined in and from his palms to rays of light, one golden and one dark, joined Genos' ray. The attacks combined and the two started using the single ray of energy to destroy Fantasmatics.

"Frostbite!" yelled Nighto, "Turn into something big! That can conduct energy!"

"Alright!" yelled Frostbite as he crossed his arms and in a flash of green light he transformed into a large being made of crystal, "Chroma Big!"

"Focus you energy into Frostbite!" yelled Nighto to Mystican and Genos, "He will amplify it!"

The two focused their ray towards Frostbite, and Nighto swung Lustskull, and a blast of dark energy blasted forward towards Frostbite.

"Alright! I got this!" yelled Frostbite as he absorbed the ray. He glowed different colors, and suddenly hundreds of blasts of energy flew out in different directions, destroying thousands of Fantasmatics at a time.

"Alright! Let's keep doing that!" yelled Mystican as they kept firing even more power.

"Yeah! Let's kick their asses!" yelled Genos.

"Language!" yelled Mystican.

"Really even now!?" yelled Genos, "Fine! Let's kick their rear ends!"

"Is that better? I can't tell," said Frostbite as he added cosmic energy into the blast.

"Just keep er' going!" yelled Nighto, "Blast them all away!"

He then used his right hand to shoot a dark energy blast while he used his sword to cut down the incoming way of Fantasmatics.

"I got the ones on the right!" yelled Beyonder as he blasted a large amount of cosmic energy.

"I got the ones on the left!" yelled Kairu swinging his sword as he blasted other Fantasmatics with blasts of energy.

"You are an amazing fighter!" yelled Beyonder as he punched a Fantasmatic away, "Don't let them get into your mind!"

"Got it!" yelled Kairu as he dashed forward, being so quick that it appear that there was more than one Kairu as he cut down wave after wave of Fantasmatics. The shadow monsters began rushing in more and more, hundreds of them.

"Oh crap... Combine cosmic energies!" yelled Beyonder.

"Alright! Take this!" yelled Kairu as he focused a large amount of cosmic energy into his body, and Beyonder did the same. They began to glow as the charge build up inside them to incredible amounts.

"Now! Let them have it!" yelled Beyonder as his eyes glowed silver. The two then released a giant blast of cosmic power. The Fantasmatics were immediately destroyed by their power.

"That was awesome!" yelled Kairu, "We should do that again!"

"Maybe if you join the League, we could do it again!" said Beyonder.

"Hmm, maybe I will. If the others agree with it as well," said Kairu.

"No problem, they took me in," said Beyonder, "Wait. Get ready! More are coming!"

"Well then, let's do it again!" yelled Kairu.

"Now you are talking!" said Beyonder, "Let's go!"

"Alright! Take them out!" yelled Humatrix as he slashed apart the incoming enemies.

"They don't seem so bad," said Night Mist, who the Fantasmatics instead of attacking her, "They don't look evil."

"Well... of course. You are part Fantasmatic," said Humatrix.

"That's right!" said Night Mist, "Please stop attacking."

The Fantasmatics looked at each other, as if deciding something.

"No.... no freaking way..." said Humatrix. Suddenly the Fantasmatics around them stopped attacking and went forward to fight the giant snake in the distance along with other soldiers.

"They seemed nice..." said Night Mist. Humatrix just stared at her, scratching his head.

"Alright, now I have seen everything," he said.

"We can't keep avoiding her attacks!" yelled Flame as dodged another slash from the Sisters tail as Professor Mark kept trying to keep her occupied.

"Flame! When are you going to begin you plan!" yelled Temporis as she teleported around, dodging the blasts of dark energy flying everywhere.

"In a bit! I just need to mentally prepare for it!" yelled Flame, but then muttered something, "And beg for forgiveness...."

"What was the last part?" asked Temporis.

"Nothing," said Flame, but in fact he remembered the last thing Overdrive told him before he left. On how to access the power of the Soul Crystal....

"I have an answer, but you are not going to like it," said Overdrive.

"Really?" said Flame, "It can't be that bad."

"Well, it kinda is..." said Overdrive, "Temporis' powers are activated by emotions. The need to protect something, anger, sadness, and others."

"So I just gotta anger her?" asked Flame.

"Not anger her. Anger won't bring out their true power," said Overdrive, "I know you. And you are probably too dense to realize it."

"Realize what?" asked Flame.

"You see... Temporis likes you," said Overdrive.

"W-what!? No freaking way!" yelled Flame.

"I kept watch over everything. I noticed that, and I knew she was going to be the one that could do it. Beat the Sisters," said Overdrive.

"Oh crap... I have a girlfriend already!" yelled Flame, "I have Twist!"

"You can't tell her that Flame!" yelled Overdrive, "Not now anyways. You probably are going to get very angry by what I am going to tell you."

"What is your plan?" asked Flame worried.

"To save everyone, and defeat the Sisters, we are going to need the full power of the Soul Crystal energy within her," said Overdrive, "You are going to make her love you even more!"

"And how in hell am I going to do that!?" retorted Flame.

"Kiss her you fool! That is the ultimate sign of love!" yelled Overdrive, "When you do that, she will be overjoyed and the Soul Crystal will blast the Sisters!"

"But Overdrive..." said Flame, "Temporis..."

"Once this happens, the Soul Crystal within her shall collapse, and take her along with it," said Overdrive, "But you must do it."

"What the hell!? I can't do that!" yelled Flame.

"Flame? You zoned out for a bit!" said Temporis as she grabbed him as she dodged another blast of dark energy.

Professor Mark was suddenly tossed aside as he crashed into a planet. He returned to his normal size as he fell unconscious.

"Flame... I couldn't hold them off..." said the Professor as he passed out.

"Oh crap," said Flame as he saw the Sisters reading to kill him. He swung his two blades as he created a giant blast of blue fire towards the Sisters. The giant fire crashed into them, to no effect. But it did catch their attention.

"You seem impatient to be killed," said the Sisters, their voices joined into one. They used their tail to smash away all the soldiers around them.

"Uh... I think I made them angrier," said Flame. He looked around, and saw that a third of the soldiers were still alive.

"Flame!" yelled Humatrix as he and the rest of the team teleported next to him.

"Good, we are all here..." said Flame, "Crap, you are all here..."

"This is the perfect position, the Sisters are in between us and the Dark Space, we can push them back," said Beyonder.

"But we need the power of the Soul Crystals!" said Temporis, "I still can't use them."

"You can Temporis! We are all here with you!" said Flame.

"A-All right! It has all come down to this!" said Temporis, "I'll avenge everyone!"

Her arms turned into crystal as her power began to charge up. A white glow spread across the space. Brighter than a star, the light produced was incredible.

"Another seal!?" yelled the Sisters, "There is no way it will work again! We have grown far stronger!"

"I'll protect Flame, and everyone else," said Temporis, "And this time, you two shall not return. Ever."

"Alright Temporis! Give them what for!" yelled Mystican.

"I trust you Temporis," said Flame, "Give it all you got!"

"Thank you Flame," said Temporis, "Thanks to you, I am not alone. Even if dad and mom, and Rubrum are gone..."

"Tempors..." said Flame as he prepared himself.

"Thank you Flame," said Temporis as she suddenly leaned in.

"What?" said Flame, but was interrupted as Temporis kissed him....

"Wha..." exclaimed the team as they saw this.

"Thank you Flame..." said Temporis as she began to glow, "I love you..."

She was suddenly covered by a white loght that grew in size. A giant tower made of crystal formed, towering above anything else im the Infiniverse. A massive tower, larger than a Multiverse towered over the Sisters and everyone else.

"What is this!?" yelled the Sisters, "What have you done human!?"

Temporis voice emanated from the Soul Crystal.

"You two have committed crimes against the Infiniversal, and it's people," said Temporis' voice, "You have murdered an uncountable amount of people, and committed other atrocities. And for that, this is your punishment."

"D-Don't think you can beat us!" yelled the giant snake, "Lord Melanchulus! Lend us your power!"

The Sisters opened their jaws, and a giant blast of dark energy blasted from their mouth.

The giant crystal then glowed as a blinding ray of light emerged from it. The light covering the entire Infiniverse as it pushed everything away. The Alpha League was sent flying far away. The ray of light met with the darkness, and immediately destroyed the dark ray.

From the distance Flame looked at the giant Soul Crystal.

"Temporis!" yelled Flame, "No!"

The Giant Soul Crystal blasted the Sisters with a ray of light so powerful, it began to push them towards the Barrier.

"No! It can't end like this!" yelled the Sisters as their scales began to rip off. Their glowing red eyes expressed fear as they slowly were eaten up by the Dark Space as their tail crossed the barrier.

"NOT LIKE THIS!" they yelled as the ray of light finally pushed them all the way into the dark space. A blinding light spread across the Infiniverse. When it died down, nothing was left of the Sisters. Everyone looked at what remained. The giant Soul Crystal tower.

"No way... Temporis!" yelled Flame as he teleported next to the giant crystal tower. The rest of the team were behind him. They all looked up at the tower, which had lost it's white glow. The crystal turned opaque, and suddenly cracks began to form. Suddenly the Soul Crystal collapsed and turned to dust.

"Temporis..." muttered Flame, suddenly he heard a whisper coming from nowhere.

"Thank you Flame... I love you," said the voice as it faded away.

It was Temporis' voice...

"It is over," said Nighto as he looked around. The aftermath of the war.

Hundreds of dead soldiers floated across space. Destroyed universes caught in the crossfire. Destruction covered the land.

"It can't be," said Flame as he looked at the dust left behind.

"Flame, she is gone," said Humatrix as he put his hand on his shoulder.

"Let's go Humatrix," said Beyonder, "Give him a minute..."

The team floated off, leaving Flame alone with the remains of the tower. The tower that used to be Temporis...

"The battle is over," said Professor Mark as he and the rest team flew in the repaired Juggernaut.

"The repairs of the base was finished while we were away," said the Professor, "I recommend that you all rest. Especially you Flame. You went through a lot."

The team reached the base, which was floating in the middle of space. They exited and entered the base. It looked just as before. The team went to the living room, to discuss what happened, all but Flame who walked towards the training room.

He stood there alone, in the empty room. He opened up the holographic menu, and typed in something. Immediately the inside of the room changed shape, until it had recreated what looked like the Infinisapien capital where he had been with Temporis. The giant palace towering above.

Flame sat down in the plaza in front of the palace. There in the middle was a tower of Temporis, like the one from before. Tears formed on Flames eyes as they ran down.

"Temporis... I am sorry," said Flame, "I could never tell you the truth..."

"Will he be fine?" asked Nighto.

"He will need time," said the Professor, "Anyways, I cannot stay here. I must depart."

"What? We just arrived! We need you here!" said Humatrix.

"You don't. And I can not stay here. I have business elsewhere. But I shall see you again friends," said Professor Mark as he began to walk to the exit, "Good bye, Alpha League."

"Good bye, Professor," said the League as they left behind.

Somewhere In The Infiniverse...

"So it has truly happened, twice," said a voice in the dark of what looked like a broken down laboratory.

"You... you have tortured her twice..." said the voice, "This time. I shall avenge her, Sir Stephen, and this time he won't be there to stop me..."

"So they have truly weakened," said a woman, who laid in an empty cell, behind a glowing force field, "The time is almost perfect. I said I would have my revenge... and the time is approaching..."

The woman looked at the force field.

"Solaris... I promised to kill everything you ever cared about. And now, it shall be easier for me to do so..."

She then began laughing maniacally, a grin spread across her face.

"I'll kill them!" she yelled, "Kill them! Kill them! Kill them all!"

"So it truly has happened then. Two Thralls Of Melanchulus have fallen?" said an old man who sat on a seat next to a large round table.

"Unexpectedly, but it has," said a man wearing a white coat. He had spiky purple hair, and yellow slit eyes hidden behind glasses.

"Well, our plans will have to change a bit, wouldn't you say?" said the old man, "Malthurax?"

"Of course..." said the large monster seated on a large seat, "The Infiniverse is about to go into a glorious era. An era belonging to Lord Melanchulus."

In The Great Library Of Knowledge...

The sound of welding was heard around the library. There Professor Mark worked, behind him in the distance a giant arc stood.

"From what Flame told us... maybe we could..." he said to himself, "It will take some time to build. But when it is done... Well. We shall see then..."

"Can it be!? Is it truly done!?" said scientist wearing a black lab coat.

"Finally! A model that actually works!" said another.

"Which division is it from?" asked another.

"Division N. Subject 43," said a scientist who had a hologram in front of him.

"Well, then get ready to train her. Soon we shall deploy her," said the scientist in the black coat, "Finally, we have created a better version."

"Yes. We shall test her soon. Her final test will hopefully be her destroying her. The original I mean," said another scientist.

"Of course. Well, see to it," said the man in the black coat, "Finally. He couldn't keep this weapon safe anymore, huh..."

"So half the Infiniversal Councils troops are dead!?" said a large being covered in a black suit of futuristic armor.

"Yes. They died fighting two Thralls Of Melanchulus. Finally, an opening to attack," said a smaller being in similar attire.

"Well, finally. Time to rage war. Against the Infiniverse..." said the large being, "So... exiting. Prepare the troops."

"Yes, master," said the small being, "The Infiniversal War... such an incredible event."

"Incredible indeed," said the large being, "Let's see how long they hope to keep the peace..."

"Silverblade. Do you feel that?" said a woman in a white dress. A pair of white feathered wings were on her back.

"Yes. Everything is in potential danger," said Silverblade, his red coat billowing in the wind, "Hmm... Things have taken a turn for the worst. Nature in a state of unrest."

"We shall deal with it soon," said the woman with wings.

"Yes. Also, why call did you call me Silverblade?" asked Silverblade as he turned to the woman, "You always call me by my first name..."

"Honestly, I don't know," said the woman, "Anyways. Let's get some rest. Shall we?"

"Yeah," said Silverblade following her, but then he turned to the sunset in the distance of the land, "Hopefully, everything will be fine. Even if for a little longer..."
