Sisters: Extinction

Chapter 1

My name is Damiron Adone. I am the first Infinisapien to have been born in during the Infiniverse's Dawn Era. That Dawn Era was when more universes appeared apart from the Primordial Universe. I am the one who named our species, and began the Infinisapien Kingdom amongst the endless amounts of beings in the Infiniverses. Our planet Regnonium is highly respected amongst the Infiniverse.

As the first, I took it upon myself to guide my species through all hardships. I fought for a long time, and many of my wounds have taken their toll on me. I am not as strong as I used to be. I may be the first, but certainly not the strongest. Strength in Infinisapiens is measure in how quickly we can adapt and in how large the increments. The average Infinisapien will adapt to block two-thirds of that which it has adapted to, and after that the adaption will be really slow. Terrible for an Infinisapien if the power keeps getting stronger faster than they can adapt. Our strongest warriors have instantaneous adaption that increases constantly and incomprehensible strength.

I used to be one of the strongest Infinisapien a long time ago, but it all changed a long time ago. There were three Infinisapiens sisters that I met in my young childhood. I fell in love with one of them in particular, Tempus Vitae. Soon in my young adult life I proposed to her, and she accepted. Probably one of the happiest moments in my life. But it changed. Right after our marriage, Tempus was murdered. She was lying on the floor on a puddle of a glowing blue substance. The blood of an Infinisapien. I turned to find Tempus' other two sisters. Their hands were covered in blood, and they tried to attack me. Thanks to Daryon, my royal guard, was I saved as he charged in bravely and knocked one out. I fought the other one, and eventually we captured both.

I was in grief, but I couldn't bear myself to execute them. I had grown up with them, and I had thought of them as my friends, but in their hateful jealousy they had committed a crime against their own kin. I banished them to the Infiniversal Council's Prison. Of course, that is where he got to them. Ira Duetus Anguis. The Snake Of Apocalypse, or as he is mostly known, Melanchulus. He cursed the sister's souls, gave them unfathomable power. They returned to Regnonium and brought on a war against the Infiniverse. The Council turned a blind eye to our suffering, along with countless beings that could have helped. We were aided by our only allies and friends. Omnispiens, Matrixians, Angelusapiens, and Deusapiens. Along with the Infinisapiens, we were known as the Manus Viventem Coalition. With our combined efforts we managed to bring down the sisters, but we lost a lot. The Exteverses had been razed over by the sister's might, and they had brought utter genocide in some regions. We sealed them using the power of life. This power came from an unfortunate Infinisapien child who was born on the day the sister's were defeated. We couldn't take the time to having a volunteer, so we used an the child to create the seal. The child was going to be kept protected, but proved far too stubborn to allow himself to be kept away. His name was Solaris Eridis, but he went by another name.

There came peace for a long time. There were few threats to the peace, but we managed to stop anything. Soon the Manus Vicentem Coalition was forgotten. Our brethren, the Matrixians and the Angelusapiens, have gone missing. We didn't worry too much, but we still missed our friends. When nothing happened for years, our worry went away. Among my people the story of the sisters became nothing but a legend.

But something unexpected happened. The seal broke. Solaris Eridis is dead, and the Sisters are now set free upon the Infiniverse once again.

This is my story. I am Damiron Adone, and this are the last hours of my life.

———

Music could be heard all around and voices singed merrily. It was a special occasion Infinisapien culture, in which the planets aligned. It only happened once ever few hundred years. There was no way any Infinisapien had missed it, and they were all here. They danced happily as they celebrated. The celebration lasted the whole day, from dawn to dusk. As happy as this day was, one of their kin had just died that day, and on their own birthday as well.

The Infinisapiens danced happily, not knowing of the evil that had resurfaced somewhere far away.

This somewhere was the Vault. The Vault is a massive stronghold that went deep underground. The Vault was where any dangerous beings or artifacts the Infinisapiens found were kept. Low level artifacts where kept at the top. But the deeper you descended into the vaults, the more dangerous things could be found. Guards patrolled this place all the time, and it had the most incredible security system that no one in all of history had been able to breach. A force field surrounded the Vault, it protected the Vault from the outside, and made sure any of the guards inside not to be able to teleport or change into a non-physical form in order to protect them from the many things kept inside the Vault. But that day no one was breaking into the Vault.

The guards ran away as the security system closed everything down, leaving some of them trapped in the lower levels of the Vault. Screams could be heard as gate were turned out. Guards were taken into the darkness as their screams could be heard as they tried to run away. Invisible forces toss them outside and crushed them against the walls. All Infinisapien guards, which there were billions of, died in a matter of minutes. The Warden, the one with the highest rank was in his office trying to activate all security systems, but it all failed. Suddenly he heard a knock at his door. A black tentacle broke through and unbelievable speeds and smashed right through the Warden's head, killing him. Two figures stepped out of the darkness and walked to the panels. The only security system still working was the force field. The two figures smiled, and reprogramed the force field.

The people down at the festival where shocked to see as a force field appeared in the sky, covering the whole planet. People tried to teleport through, phase through the shield. People were worried, and had no idea what to do. They ran in panic as they tried everything to dispel the shield.

The two figures came out of the Vault and gazed upon Statium Regnum, the capital of the Infinisapien world. Then one of them spoke.

"What do you say? Can we see who kills the most faster?" said one of them.

"Of course sis, I bet I can get them most," yelled the other one.

The two of them charged into the city, and bloodshed followed.

———

"You highness!" yelled a voice as they entered into King Damiron Adone's office at the top the palace. The man was Daryion, captain of the Royal guard.

"Daryion, old friend, I know what is happening," said King Adone.

"We must escape! Take you somewhere safe!" said Daryon.

"Unfortunately there is no such place. The force field above our world has locked us inside.

"Communications are down your highness," said Elenor, my advisor.

"Go friends, you have done your duties for many years. I thank you Daryon and Elenor, but our time is up," said King Adone, "I would never give up on a battle, but today we face the Sisters. And they already murdered the whole planet."

Daryon and Elenor looked out the window to see then whole kingdom. Infinisapien blood was everywhere, and ashes flowed in the wind. Corpses laid on the streets. Men, women, children, none were spared from the horrible fate that had befallen them. The festival had ended, and what followed was genocide as Infinisapien after Infinisapien died. The king could feel the presence of all his subjects. Their life energy to be exact. And now all that remained was the people in the palace.

"But... it hasn't even been an hour," said Elenor, tears streaming down her eyes.

"Go to you families. They already live here in the palace," said King Adone.

"But your highness, we can't leave you here," said Daryion.

"Nonsense. I order you two to go. Those are my orders," said King Adone as he sat down on his chair, facing the window.

"Y-yes King Adone," said Elenor as she and Daryon bowed. They left the King's office and went to see their families.

King' Adone was left alone, watching as his kingdom fall, his subjects were slain, and the city was burned. All in a matter of minutes. Rain was pouring down, the festival's cheerful cheers had stopped long ago, and now all that was left was the sound of the rain hitting the window. The candle in the office had long since gone out, and the only light in the room came from the window.

Kind Adone looked at a painting on the wall of his office. On the painting showed a King Adone that looked stronger and younger than what he looks now today, but of course his older look was just a preference. Next to him was a beautiful woman, smiling as the two joined arms. It was his wedding day. It was now many lifetimes ago.

King Adone remained sitting down where he was, looking at the picture. He felt Daryon's and Elenor's life force disappear, until he was the last one left. Steps could be hear walking down the hallway to his office.

Soon the door swung open and came into two figures. Two girls came in. Their eyes were dark red, their hair was white. They wore suits made of a jagged black metal. Their hands had claws that glowed blue with Infinisapien blood.

"Hello Adone. Long time no see," said one of then. They walked over to his table. The king stood up and faced them.

"You have slaughtered your own people without mercy. You have committed crimes against the Infiniverse," said the king looking completely calm.

"We know what we did. Us three are the last ones in existence," said one of the sisters.

"Exitus and Exitium, those were once your names. But no more," said the king, "I am the last Infinisapien. You two, I don't know what you are."

"You hurt us with your cruel, cruel words," said Exitus dramatically as she smiled.

"Et maledictus eris supes vos!" yelled the King. He then felt himself being hit and sent across the room. He crashed into the wall and fell to the ground. There was a large slash on his chest, and he bled profusely and would not heal. He looked up to see Exitus and Exitium looking down at him. They smiled maliciously.

"Adone, your time as king is done," said Exitus.

"It's not really a kingdom with just one person," said Exitium.

"You have done atrocious things. And now you wiped out you own people. The blood of your sister is still in on your hands," said the King. Exitium kicked him in the chest, and the king doubled over in pain.

"Curses on you both. Believe me, you will... be stopped," said King Adone. His eyes closed and his body went limp as King Adone's life force diminished.

"I ... join... my people," said the king as he drew his last breath before dying. His crown rolled on the floor. Exitus crushed the crown with her foot.

"With this we are free to do as we please," said Exitus.

"Let's go. We can finally spread the holy one's doctrine," said Extium, "Our lord Ira Duetus Anguis will be very pleased with us."

Exitus looked out the window and smile.

"Yes... very pleased."
