Gosh he is just so sexy! Zander baby!

Zander POV

The past few days since that crazy night in Emma’s office have been busy. Brant and I haven’t seen her at all. With the new members who arrived yesterday from England. We didn’t know they were coming over; the plan was for me to go over and bring them here, but they showed up out of the blue and since they had, she has been busy with getting the houses built and set up for them. The new members are put in the pack mansion for now though so at least they have a place to stay. I just wish they would have at least called to let us know ahead of time but what’s done is done.

Brant and I have been getting along rather well since that night also. I have no idea what came over me but when I entered Emma’s office and saw him thrusting into her like there was no tomorrow my wolf pretty much demanded me to mount him and claim him as ours but I didn’t mark him, not yet much to my wolf’s dismay.
I want us to be closer not just with sex but closer as in emotionally and form a strong bond and in order to do that, we need to spend time together, so I have a plan. I am going to get him and go help build one of the houses after breakfast.
“Alpha King Zander, good morning.” An omega greeted me as I walked down the stairs to the dining room.

“Good morning Harold, no need for the King greeting, just Zander is fine. How are you this morning? How is the baby doing?” I asked him and his face lite up like a child on Christmas.

“Very well thank you! How did you know? We just found out yesterday.” He asked shily.

“I can sense those things, congratulations. You and Mark will make wonderful parents to the little tyke. Take it easy alright, don’t need anything happening to either of you.” I said while patting his shoulder and he smiled.

“I will, Mark wanted to wrap me in bubble wrap since we found out, but I am not walking around with bubble wrap around me. I may be an omega, but I have been in this pack since birth, so I have trained to fight and I’m not weak. Mark arrived when the battle for Alpha of the pack against Alpha Emma, when our Alpha wanted to merge packs with us and we met when he arrived so he doesn’t really know how I was raised but he is finding out as time goes. I do understand though how he feels, if it were him, I would feel the same way. Next time it is going to be him, I hate throwing up every day, that’s one reason why we went to the pack doctor. Been sick for weeks and didn’t know. Found out I’m two months along.”

“That’s wonderful. Mark is able to carry as well?”

“Yes, he is an omega as well so yup. I told him next time it’s him since we both can carry, and we switch it up in bed, but it just so happened I was the one who got pregnant this time around. I don’t mind it though; pregnancy is a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us.”

“That’s great. I’m very happy for you. Go eat some breakfast and if you happen to see Brant, would you let him know I am looking for him, please?”

“Of-course. Have a wonderful day Zander!” He said as he smiled and waved to me as I walked away. I waved and smiled back and greeted people as I passed them.

I went into the dining room to see my beautiful mate sitting and talking with Tony and Aaron with paperwork on the table next to their plates. I grab a plate and put some food on it and sit in the empty chair on her other side and she looked over at me and gave me a bright smile.

“Good morning Emma. I haven’t seen you in a few days. How are you?” I asked her and gave her a small kiss on the lips, and she kissed me back.

“Hi love, I’m alright tired but alright. Busy though. I slept on the couch last night, I was to tired to make it up the stairs to my bed. We are going over what we still need to do for the new members. I hope after this things calm down because I need a break.” She said and honestly she looks beyond exhausted, she has dark circles under her eyes and she is looking a little thin and her skin and hair aren’t looking as healthy as before.

“Yes you do. Are you feeling alright sweetheart?” I asked because I am worried about her.

“Yea I feel fine, don’t worry about me I’ll be fine.  Once all this is done though I’m locking myself in my suite for a weekend and relaxing.”

“Well alright but if you don’t feel right please take a break, ok? I don’t want you to over work yourself to the point of you passing out.”

“Don’t worry Zander, I’m looking out for her while your not able to.” Tony said with a soft smile at me.

“Thanks Tony, I appreciate that. I’m going to be out helping with a house so that’s where Brant and I will be. If you need us for anything, link us alright. I don’t care if it’s for a bottle of water or an apple, let us know.”

“I will, I promise love.” She said and gave me a soft slow sweet kiss and stood up grabbing the paperwork.

“Ok have fun with Brant, we have some meetings with the new members, Alpha’s and their Betas. See you later love.” She said and her Tony and Aaron left the dining room out of one door and Brant comes in the other and grabs a plate and puts food on it and sits next to me.

“Good morning. You just missed Emma. She has some meetings and she isn’t looking to well Brant. We need to keep an eye out for her because I have a feeling she is going to work herself to hard and it’s going to catch up to her.”

“Good morning to you as well and trust me, I know. She was like this when we all first got here. The invite you sent was the only time I seen her leave the pack grounds. She doesn’t believe in slowing down and always has to be doing something. I know there are a lot of members and she has a lot to do but she needs to let us help, I offered many times but she says she’s got it and shoos me away. At least she doesn’t go out and build any of the houses and she let’s others do that instead.”

“Yea. I just worry you know, can’t help it. I love her and will always worry. Hey were going to be working together today, I want us to spend time together and get to know one another since we share a mate and after the other night, I feel we jumped a few steps but I don’t regret a single second of it. That was my first time with a man and with a woman so it was incredible and amazing. I would very much like to get to know you better and have more incredible experiences with you like that in the near future.” I said in his ear and kissed right under it making him shiver slightly.

“That sounds great Zander, I agree with you and cant wait to get to know you on a deeper level.” He said and we finished our food and made our way outside walking toward the new construction of houses.

“Wait you said first time with a woman, you mean you and Emma hasn’t made love till that night?” He asked suddenly.

“No. She wanted to wait till we met and talked. We kissed and made out but we didn’t fully mate till that night. I honestly wasn’t planning on it happening on her couch in her office either but it was amazing either way. Next time though it’s not going to be on a couch in her office. I want it to be special and make it worth it for her.”

“I get it, our times together were amazing. Rock mated with her in wolf form, he was on cloud nine for days after that. They mated a few times that night in the forest. I think that’s when she got pregnant,  he knotted her wolf so it’s possible. I still and will always feel mostly responsible about the loss of our pup. She told me it wasn’t all my fault basically so that took some of the guilt but I still feel it. I think about the pup all the time,  wondering what it would have looked like, boy or girl, grown with a family. I know we will have a chance at more but still, it hurts.” He looked at me with tears falling on his cheeks so I took him in my arms as he sobbed silently standing in the middle of pack members, rubbing his back gently and trying to calm him down but he needs this so I will hold him for as long as it takes, as I said about Emma in always being there for her, I will always be there for Brant.
