Landings are never safe here, in the moon land. I landed on the ground with a thud. Dusting myself, I said, "Rahul, where does the map want us to go now?" "Straight." He said, not even bothering to look up and talk. "May I take lead now?" Gautham said, spreading his arm for him to hand over the map. "Look ahead and see if you can find anything dangerous." Kelly said, getting up. "I guess we are safe now." I said, looking in front and trying to see if any obstacle is there. I spoke too soon because, just then, a high pitched voice started singing - or screaming... I wasn't sure. We all shut our ears and groaned. It stopped for a second. "Here, I have some cotton. Stuff them in your ears." Gautham said. "Why did you pack cotton?" I asked, taking a piece of cotton from him. "Ah, just in case Kelly starts singing," He said jokingly. "I don't -" Kelly started but she was interrupted with that horrible scream-singing voice again. We quickly stuffed the cotton in our ears and started walking. The cotton didn't keep all the noise out but it made things better. We walked in a horizontal line so it would be easier to communicate. I raised my hand for them to stop as I saw really big, metal wrecking balls and really huge blades going up and down and doors opening and closing. Gautham held out his hand and did a 'follow me' gesture. He ducked under a wrecking ball and luckily didn't get smashed. We followed him and got past all the wrecking balls. Now it's time to not get chopped with the blades. I used to play this game in my x-box so I thought it won't be any different. I gave my friends an 'I got this' look and looked at the pattern in which they were going up and down. It was an easy pattern. The blades alternatively go up and down. As soon as the first one came up, I went through it and waited for the rest of the four. The blade in front of me shut tight and after three seconds, went up again. As soon as it went up, I quickly went through and waited for my friends. Finally, when we got past the blades, We saw a few doors, going open and shut. But, the time they were open was only for a second and they didn't have a pattern. So here, the plan is to be alert and go through quickly as soon as the doors open. Kelly took lead in this. Rama, Rahul and Gautham followed and I went last. Just as I thought I made it through the last one, a sharp pain came on my back. I winced and looked back. The last door has cut a small part of my shirt and also scraped my skin. Luckily it wasn't very bad so Kelly said, "Now that the screaming is over, I guess we could sit down, light a fire and discuss what were going to do next and how much time we have." "Nithya, I have a bandage and some ointment so we are not moving further unless that wound gets better." Kelly said. I nodded because I was in no shape to argue. Rahul lit the fire and we all sat around it. I Put the bandage and the ointment myself and wore my jacket. "Hungry?" Rahul asked us as if it was not obvious. "Yes. I packed some energy drinks and chocolate with me. What about you?" I said looking at every one. We all took some of our food and started eating.

"Let's contact Chakree to find out how much more time we have." Rama said, chewing on his bread. Rahul took out his walkie-talkie and called Chakree. "Hello?" Chakree answered. "Hi. It's me, Rahul. Any idea how much time is left for us to stop them?"

"Hi! Hope you guys are doing fine. You have one week to stop them. Where have you reached till now?"

"We got through a few blades and sharp doors,"

"Okay, then. Good luck!" With that, he cut the phone.

"We have seven days before the aliens take over." He said, sipping his energy drink.

I wanted to sleep because i had no clue if i would find a place to rest after here, but with all that chocolate and energy drink, I could even run a marathon. I streched my hands to feel the warmth of the fire as i recalled the poem which the green, old grandma recited.

"Five kids of the same age
Shall repeat the history, every page,
Break out if a bomb guarded jail
The river of fire shall they sail
They shall succeed in their job
Of making the alien invasion drop
All this they start near the golden gate."

Till now, we are done with the golden gate, the bomb guarded jail and the fact that there are five of us of the same age. I wascurious to find out how the river of fire looked like. The first alien which we met, the oracle and also Chakree mentioned it.
