Here's the prologue.

Now it's gonna start in Inazuma and I haven't gotten that far in the game yet.

This is my fault, I get distracted easily and I halt my progress.

This is a problem I have with most open world games, I just like exploring.

So I have no idea how things work in Inazuma, all I know are the characters and surface level information, so I may get a few things wrong..

Plus we won't be here long.

But hey, I think I did pretty good.

Luckily, there's still a lot of story before I do chapters On Inazuma, gives me plenty of time to get there.

Also I know Raiden Shogun is just a title, but until her real name is said, I'll be referring to her as such.

Your bright pink eyes shot open as you regained consciousness.

Your body felt heavy, your vision was blurry and you were very confused.

Letting out a small groan, you rose to your knee and looked around you as your vision returned.

"I'm free?" You asked looking at your armored hand and flexed your fingers hearing an audible crack.

You then took a look around and saw you were standing in a crater.

"It seems me being released caused some destruction." You thought before rising onto your feet.

"How long was I sealed away?" You thought.

Many questions like that raced through your head as you attempted to wrap your head around the situation.

However, everything seemed to stop as something caught your eye...

A lone orange butterfly fluttering near you and it landed on your masked face making you raise a brow.

You have faced powerful godlike beings of immeasurable power, but for some reason...this butterfly...this little insect filled you with a deep sense of unease.

You were so disturbed you dared not even move and stood there completely frozen.

Then as quickly as it came, the butterfly fluttered off your face and flew off into the distance.

You let out a sigh of relief when suddenly on instinct you caught an arrow that was shot at you.

You glared in the direction the arrow came from and saw more arrows flying at you.

Quickly, you held your hand out and your lance appeared in your hand.

Then you performed a single strong swipe.

The swipe was so strong it created a powerful shockwave which blew the arrows back.

You then felt a presence behind you and swiftly turned around and aimed your lance directly at the person's throat.

That person turned out to be a woman, a bow and arrow in hand about to release an arrow into your face.

Sara Kujo:

Both you and her stared each other down for a good while in pure silence.

"You're certainly a fast one." Sara said calmly while you narrowed your eyes.

Suddenly, you vanished completely much to Sara's shock and confusion.

That shock and confusion only grew when she felt a sharp tip lightly poke the back of her head.

You were now behind her your lance aimed directly at the back of her skull ready to pierce it.

"Certainly faster than you." You boasted a bit irritated at having to fight so soon right after your seal had been broken.

Meanwhile Sara was still trying to comprehend what had just happened.

"H-how did...he get behind me?" She thought with wide eyes.

You were right in front of her, she had an arrow aimed directly at you and yet...you managed to move behind her before she could even notice.

"If you move, you die, if you speak, you die, if you do anything I don't tell you to, you die." You threatened pushing the tip of your lance a bit more into her head, not enough to kill her, just to emphasize your point. "Nod your head slowly if you understand."

Sara could tell you were serious from the tone in your voice, it was the voice of someone who doesn't make empty threats, the voice of who'd kill her on the spot right now if she stepped out of line.

So she did the only thing she could for now and slowly nodded her head.

"Good." You said relieved you wouldn't have to take a life yet. "Now drop your weapon and tell me, why did you attack me out of nowhere?"

Sara gulped a bit before dropping her bow onto the ground and explaining.

"Th-there was a s-sudden surge of energy and a beam of light pierced the sky so my Shogun sent me to scout ahead and inspect what may have caused it." She explained and you let out a sigh.

"Inspect...so inspect for you translates into "shoot millions of arrows into someone?" You asked narrowing your eyes. "How rude."

Sara wanted to say something, but remembered what you said earlier and held her tongue.

"Please explain why you thought attacking me was the right course of action?" You asked.

Sara hated this, she hated being so helpless.

Within a span of a few seconds you managed to intimidate her, disarm her and outclass her.

It was clear she couldn't win in a fight against you so all she could do now was wait until her Shogun arrived.

"You were in the center of the crater the beam had come from and in armor..." Sara stated and you suddenly interrupted.

"So you just assumed I was hostile?" You asked before sighing. "Once again...rude."

You really couldn't blame her though, if you saw a beam shoot into the sky and find an armored warrior in the center you'd probably assume they didn't have the best of intentions either.

But you'd at least try to talk to them before attacking, you know find out if they really are hostile.

Cause right now, you were more confused than anything and you wanted answers.

You'd also have to get them fast since Sara stated some kind of "Shogun" would be showing up soon and while you're sure you could beat them in a fight whoever they are, you were not in the mood for a fight right now.

"Okay, I'd like some information from you." You requested. "Where am I and what is this place?"

Sara was surprised by that question.

"You don't know where you are?" She asked.

"Did I say answer my question with another question?" You asked adding a bit more pressure to your lance immediately silencing her.

"Answer me woman!" You demanded hurriedly. "Where am I and what is this place!?"

Before Sara could answer you, both of you suddenly sensed a shift in atmosphere and looked up above.

Storm clouds had gathered above you and you raised a brow while Sara let out a gasp as the sound of footsteps could also be heard.

"She is here?" Sara said and you realized that this was most likely that "Shogun"

"Damn it." You thought as someone approached the edge of the crater.

When they could finally be seen, you saw it was another female with purple as her main color.

Raiden Shogun:

Both you and Raiden had a brief stare down.

You made sure to lightly prod Sara's head with your lance to remind her she hasn't been forgotten while you observed the new arrival.

"My Shogun...you're here..." Sara said only for you to deliver a harsh blow to the back of her head with the hilt of your lance knocking her out.

"You spoke when I told you not to." You sighed before looking back up at the Shogun.

You could tell by her aura and the way she looked at you that she'd actually be harder to reason with than Sara and sighed.

"Are we going to fight now?" You asked.

In a flash the Raiden vanished and you immediately raised your free arm and blocked a strike from her.

She had a spear which struck your metal wrist guard preventing you from taking damage.

You quickly slashed at her with your lance, now it wasn't at your full speed as you did not want kill anybody right now.

This gave her enough time to jump back, but you managed to deliver a cut to her cheek.

As Raiden landed a few feet away from you she hissed as she felt her cheeks sting from the cut.

You knew it would be futile, but you at least had to try and talk things out.

"Look, I know how this looks, but I promise, I don't want any trouble." You urged hoping she'd listen to reason.

"You blast a crater directly on our land, assault a follower of mine and expect me to believe that?" Raiden asked wiping the blood off her cheek.

"Hey, this woman attacked me, I was merely defending myself!" You stated gesturing to the unconscious Sara with your lance.

"If what you say is true then you'll come quietly." Raiden demanded getting into a fighting stance.

"I'm afraid I can't do that." You replied shaking your head. "I have a feeling if I go with you I'll face something quite harsh...most likely execution."

Raiden glared at you after that statement before sighing.

"How could you tell?" She asked.

"You don't seem like a very nice person." You stated simply and that offended the Shogun quite a bit...even though it was true.

"So you aren't stupid." She said before vanishing in a burst of lightning.

Immediately you ducked avoiding the strike from Raiden who attempted an attack from behind.

You then immediately sweeped her leg from under her much to her shock.

You then quickly rose onto your feet and stomped on her stomach to keep her down.

The moment your foot impacted her stomach Raiden coughed up a bit of blood.

"Forgive me, I held back as much as I could." You stated apologetically.

"That was you...holding back!?" Raiden asked still clenching her teeth from the pain of the stomp.

"Now can we please talk?" You asked hopefully.

You got a response in the form Raiden sending a blast of lightning directly into your face.

Luckily you were fast enough to see it coming and jumped back, but this also made you remove your foot from Raiden's stomach allowing her to stand up again.

Both of you glared at each other and you sighed once more and said:

As you said this, your eyes glowed a bright pink and that made the Shogun very uneasy for a brief second.

She still felt some pain from the stomp and according to you, that was you holding back.

If what you said was true, then she'd have to be on her guard

As you readied your lance to strike, Raiden took a deep breath as the hilt of a sword formed between her cleavage.

Seeing that reminded you of...something and you blushed under your helmet.

(A/N: I don't know if this sword has a name, and even if it does I will be calling it by a name I think we can all agree is more fitting don't you think...The Booba Blade...this is gonna destroy any and all tension in scenes, just read and you'll see I'm right)

You felt an incredible surge of energy erupt from the Shogun the moment she summoned her Booba Blade.

"So she was holding back too?" You thought spinning your lance. "She's still nowhere near my level."

"Come!" Raiden demanded pointing her Booba Blade at you.

"Why did you say that?" You thought feeling very uncomfortable but not showing it.

"Very well, be prepared for what I will do next will surely leave you dazed and confused." You warned in an over-the-top Knightley voice.

Raiden got into a battle stance and prepared herself for anything you might do.

You took a deep breath before pointing your lance at something behind her.

"LOOK, IT'S A GIANT STORM CLOUD WITH ONE EYE AND SPIKES!" You yelled.

Very much confused The Shogun slowly turned around and asked:

"What the Fuck are you talking about?"

She turned and saw nothing there.

Raiden Right now:

She finally realized what she said and turned to glare at the spot you were only to see you have disappeared leaving behind nothing but a few white feathers on the ground.

Yep, you had peaced out of there.

"I cannot believe I fucking fell for that!" Raiden thought furiously.

"I cannot believe she fucking fell for that!" You thought as you flew away at extreme speeds.

Now you were by no means scared of that woman, you were sure you could beat her in a fight, but she appeared to be someone of high authority.

Beating up someone of high authority would most likely cause an uproar among the people she had authority over and pile that on top of the fact that you did not want to fight...

Yeah running was your only option at this point.

"Maybe the next person I meet will be more reasonable." You thought hopefully as you needed answers.
