Job: Waiter

Mission: To serve at a restaurant

[I had this weird idea all of a sudden and I had to write it down. This makes no sense as well, but enjoy anyways!]

You were sitting in your room, watching your favorite anime, in this case BNHA, when all of a sudden, you feel light headed. You are thankfully already in bed, curled up, so you blacked out.

A few hours later...

You slowly open your eyes as you try to make any sense on what happened. You touched the ground. It feels hard and cold.
You felt your pockets. Your phone somehow got bought along. Thank God, you thought.
You slowly sat up, trying to remember what happened to you.

All you could remember was a light headed feeling. Oh. That's right. You must've fainted when you felt that.
You stood up slowly, checking if you have any injuries. Thankfully for you, you didn't.
You notice a blurry pink figure running towards you. As she got closer, you couldn't help but notice that she looked like Mina Ashido, one of the characters in your beloved anime.

She stopped right in front of you. Your certain that your hallucinating, so you punch yourself. It hurts. You aren't hallucinating.

"Y-yes? Is there anything I could help you with?" You asked.
"Well, I was walking to the campus, when I heard a loud thud. I turned a corner and saw you from a distance, and rushed here. Is everything okay?" She explained, looking worried.

That must be how you fell, you thought. But now, you are certain that you are in the world of BNHA, where your favorite characters and ships come true. You remembered. Your favorite ships.
Excitedly, you asked Mina if you could meet the class. Looking disappointed, she nodded and led the way back to campus.

You noticed her disappointment. You ponder if you should tell her about your situation. You decided against it, just in case she thinks your weird.
You looked at her again. She still looks disappointed. You quickly explained that you loved her as a hero-in-training, but most excited to see the rest of the class because of how funny they are.

Hearing this, Mina started to smile. She began to explain on how the class is so much fun. The 'lil secret games they play, everything. You wonder why she's telling you this. She laughed and told you it was because she enjoys talking to people.

Noticing that your near the U.A. campus, you said bye to her and continued walking, unsure of where you're going. But her yelling stopped you at your tracks.
"Wait!" You stop and looked at her. She rubbed her neck in an apologetic way.

"I just had. The. Best. Idea. Ever." You stare at her, curious in what she meant.
After the explanation, you agreed to her plan, hoping that it would work.

She wants you to be a waiter at the restaurant Todoroki and Yaoyorozu are visiting. Reading a lot more fanfiction than you should, you understood what her plan is.

Mina and you entered the cafe Yaoyorozu and Todoroki has reserved. A waiter approached the both of you.

"How many people, sir/ma'am?" The waiter asked. After seeming to notice Mina, she gasped.

"A-are you Mina Ashido, from U.A?" At Mina's nod, she shook Mina's hand vigorously.

"Such a pleasure to meet you! You know, my granddaughter loves you. She would talk about you all the time! You're such a big aspiration to her!" At the waiter's words, Mina's smile begin to grow wider.

"Thank you! Actually, I need help..." Mina asked sheepishly. You look at her with wide eyes. There's no way she's going to-

"Of course! Anything for my granddaughter's hero! How can we help?"

As it turns out, the waitress was the boss of the cafe. Well, ex boss you could say. Her son took over because she was getting to old. She just wanted to do this for one last time before she moves city for her medication problems. You pity on her and pat her back lightly,and whispered her good luck.

In turn, she patted your back and thanked you for coming into this cafe as there was a lack of waiters.

The waitress agreed to her plan and scurried over to tell her son. You and Mina waited anxiously as the waitress' fleeing body left your sight.

A few minutes later, she came out of the kitchen, saying that her son approved of the idea. you and Mina shared a grin.

In a few hour's time, you and Mina had remembered the restaurant's menu, know where your stations are at, and what to say once guests arrive. Your wearing a butler's outfit, with a tie in the middle. You fiddle with your tie nervously as you wait for Mina's return. She's gone out to find a wig to hide her wild, pink hair. To your relief, she came in a few minutes later. She quickly changed into her outfit.

You complimented her, saying she looks good. She complimented you back, saying the outfit really brings out your eye color. You aren't sure what she meant, but thanked her anyway.

You walked towards the entrance of the cafe, waiting nervously for your guests' of honor to arrive. Mina walked towards the other entrance of the cafe.

You look at the clock. 6.50. p.m, it read. You fear that they wouldn't be coming at all. Your fears were thrown out of the window, however, when you see the couple approaching the cafe.

"Welcome! How many people?" You ask. Maybe a bit too strong, as you took in their shocked expressions.

"Um, we reserved under the name 'Todoroki'. " Todoroki replied. You're shaking, even though neither of them noticed.

"O-of course. Please wait." You walked behind the registry, flipping through the book with the title 'reserved'. ah. You found them. Table 22. One of the tables your serving. Perfect.

"Right this way, sir." You led them towards their table.

As you walked back towards your registry to take the menus, when two other figures entered the restaurant. Why, it was nobody but Kirishima and Bakugou! Your eyes widen in surprise as you struggle to keep your composure. Out of the corner of your eye, you see Mina greeting another pair. Midoriya and Uraraka. Huh. All your favorite ships are coming to this cafe. You hope that they won't notice each other or Mina get caught.

"Table for two?" Kirishima nodded, and thankfully, there was a table far, far away from Todoroki's and Yaoyorozu's table, but still within your station. You sigh in relief and thanked the heavens before leading the two men to their table.

Quickly scurrying back, you take the menus and hand them to the 2 couples.You dash in the kitchen and found the old lady. You quickly explained the situation to her. Not long after, Mina came in to explain the same situation. You both made eye contact. You are glad, on one hand, but alarmed on the other.

After a 5 minute discussion, you decide to just go with the flow and hope that at least one of them chose a platter in the 'couple' section.

You scurried out of the kitchen and saw Kirishima raising his hand. Huh. That was fast, you thought as you scurry to their table.

" Just a smoothie for two, please."Kirishima asked in a red face. Bakugou's face too, is red, although not as.

Yes! You praise the heavens once more before jotting down the order.

"Anything else?" You ask.

"Sparkling Pear Punch and... what do you want Bakugou?" Kirishima asked.

"Dunno. Whatever your ass want." Bakugou muttered, looking very hard at a wall.

"Um, I guess a Cherry-Infused Dr. Pepper Punch for him." Kirishima ordered.

"Alright sir." You wanted to say something else, but you could think of nothing quirky to say. So, you hesitantly say, "E-enjoy your date!"

You scurried out of that table as fast as possible. behind, you hear blasts. You should rethink about your life choices sometimes, you pessimistically thought.

You taped the order onto the 'order line' and scurried out again. This time, it's Yaoyorozu that raised her hand.You look around for a while. Seems like there's nobody else coming in. Looks like it's a private restaurant for three of them. Or so you thought. Just as you turned your heel to go to Yaoyorozu's table, Kaminari and Jirou walked in.

'N-nani?' You thought as you walked them to one of your stations and bought them menus. By now, Kirishima seemed to have noticed Kaminari. You failed your mission. That thought stabbed you right in the heart. Still, you ignore them as if you don't know who they are. You head towards Todoroki and Yaoyorozu's table. They ordered a Buffalo Chicken Bowl with some french fries on the side. As for drinks, they both asked for a glass of water. Very quiet and awkward, you thought. You winked at them, turning both faces red. Success!

Now, it's Jirou's turn to order. She asked for the 'Breakfast for Dinner' set. She and Kaminari quietly fought as they decided over their drinks. In the end, they decided they both would get Schizandra tea. You giggled. This is something that would totally happen for the couple. You decide to go for a cheery 'Hope you enjoy!' .

You head to the kitchen and pasted the orders. As you pass by, you cam see Tokoyami and Ojiro's names on each of their own orders. This is getting bigger and bigger! You excitedly come to pick up the food for Kirishima and Bakugou.

Everyone enjoyed their meal and embarrassing photos were taken, with the cafe got more publicity, which is always good.

At the end if the day, you realize three things:
-Midoriya and Ochako seem to be the cute, innocent couple. They would turn crimson every few seconds.
-Tokotsuyu and TodoMomo are the quiet couples. They would talk in a rush tone and giggle quietly when his or her significant other made a joke.
-Kiribaku, KamiJirou and Toru x Ojiro are the loud ones. They would yell at each other then calm down.

How all of them chose the same cafe to eat at at the same time is beyond your imagination. You're just glad things hadn't gone bad, as Bakugou and Midoriya are in the same restaurant.

At the end of the day, you and Mina collapsed on the floor of the kitchen, tired.

"Man, I only expected TodoMomo. Not my entire class ship! I just wish Toru was here to see it!" Mina wailed, sinking into the floor more.

You tell her that it was worthed in the end, because you and her got very cute pics. As you stood up to go to who-knows-where, your head suddenly felt light headed again. You could only hear faint sounds of Mina yelling as you drifted of once again...

When you woke up, you felt the surface beneath you. Warm. And soft. You slowly sat up, hoping you weren't placed in another universe again. To your immense relief, your on your bed. Was that all a dream? As you pulled your phone out of your pocket to check the time, you hear some rustling from your pocket. You pull out cash from your work shift and a note from Mina, along with the cute pictures printed. Maybe it wasn't a dream after all. Your still in your butler uniform. You quickly changed into something comfier. You thought of burning it so your parents wouldn't think that you stole. You decide not to. One, your too lazy and two, you would like to cherish the moments. Maybe some day again, you'll appear to the BNHA fandom again. But, who knows. who knows...
