On May 7th, 2000 a baby girl was born at Father Time's castle. Her mother and father loved her so, but had no idea of what to name her; they decided to watch her, to see what she liked. They finally found out, after a few hours, she liked Amethysts very much so, and also loved the color purple. By then, they had decided to name her after the purple jewel, Amethyst.

On her 9th birthday, father and mother time got Amethyst a pink magical clock that had the word "friendship" across the top. She hung it up in her room and loved it sooo much! The next day she decided to play around with the clock, so she took it off her wall, and started messing around with it. Then she saw a big red button on the back that said "press me," so she pressed it, and shiny purple, pink sparkles came out. It was such a sight for young Amethyst, but little did she know she had gained friendship/love powers!

On Amethysts 16th birthday, she went out for a walk. She was having such a lovely time on this beautiful day. Then she encountered this kitty in the tree, but something weird happened, the kitty talked to her! She could hear the kitty saying: "get me down from here; I want to be friends with that dog!" Amethyst was so amazed, she was speechless. She didn't know what to do and time stopped for some odd reason, she magically went back in time to when the dog was chasing the cat. She heard and saw what was happening between the two. She had no idea what was going on! Then she thought: "What if, I can do what the cat said to me earlier, and then go back to present day?" That would be really amazing, she thought really hard about it and it worked! She went back to present day, magically, and the cat was happy to be friends with the dog. Amethyst had to tell her mother and father all about this weird day! So she went home to see what they could tell her.

At home, she told her father everything that happened today! Her father was speechless, so he went back in time. He then saw that pink clock from Amethysts 9th birthday. He had figured out that that button on the back was what gave Amethyst the magical powers! He went back to present day and told Amethyst. She looked at him for a second, and then said: "Oh I remember now," in an amazed voice. She was too excited about her powers to hear anything else her father told her. Then she shook her head, and the last thing she heard from her father was: "Amethyst, you have the power of love/friendship time travel." Amethyst went back to her room and immediately told her friends of this amazing gift she had received! They were all amazed too.

The next day, Amethyst decided to make a promise to herself. This was the promise she made: "I promise to help everyone find the love/friendship they need to live, with my friendship and time powers." And that she did, she loved helping the ones in need of friendship/love spirit. She named herself Ms. Amethyst, the superhero. Her father and mother were so proud of their super daughter, but also worried!
