Takes place after guardians of the galaxy vol.3
     Rocket was leading his team into a new mission and it was his last,as he decided to appoint kraglin as the new leader of the guardians of the galaxy. After all,he was getting quite old by then. He has lived a long life,considering he doesn't have a long lifespan. As he led the team into battle,they fought off the enemies as hard as they can. Eventually,due to old age, Rocket was feeling weak,heavily injured by an enemy,slashing rocket with the necroblade,a sword that has the ability to kill anyone.
    Back at the Bowie,the guardians were trying to operate on rocket. In a last ditch attempt,Adam warlock does intense CPR on Rocket. In the end,nothing worked,and Rocket succumbed to his injuries,dying.  
Nooooooo!"Cosmo cried. "I AM GROOOOOOT!!!!" groot yelled in grief. As they surrounded their now dead captain,they all knew what they were going to do next. The next day,they held a funeral for their former and beloved captain. They held it at knowhere,where Nebula and Drax joined in the mournfest. As tears of sadness flooded knowhere,they all laid flowers on Rocket's deathbed,hoping he will be at peace.
   As Rocket opened his eyes,he could see nothing but white mist. At that moment,he realised he arrived in the afterlife. As he explored this mysterious area,he saw a figure up ahead. When it got closer,it turned out to be his love interest and friend,lylla! Rocket shouted,"lylla!"
"Friend!" Lylla exclaimed,as the two embraced each other in a warm hug.
Lylla whispered,"You have fufilled your purpose in the universe. I'm so proud. Let me show you around the afterlife." Rocket agreed,following lylla into the distance,starting on a whole new adventure.
