"Yugi!" Tea and Anzu yelled from far away, running towards Yugi.

"Huh? What is it?" Yugi faced them with a smile on his face.

"Why do you seem so happy today, did something happen?" They asked.

"Can't I just be happy? I don't need a reason right?" Yugi replied.

"Yeah but..."

"I'm sorry Tea, Anzu. I've gotta go!" Yugi ran off.

"It's fine but..." Tea stopped.

"He's definitely happier than normal. Something must've happened." Anzu continued as she motioned for Tea to come with her.

They chased after Yugi, stalked him and see that he still has that smile on his face.

"Something is not normal." Tea suddenly said.

"Now that you said normal..." Anzu remembered. "Yami was acting very cheerful as well today."

Tea raised an eyebrow in confusion of the two. "Yeah, I noticed it too..."

Tea and Anzu continued to follow Yugi and stalk him until they realized something.

"Of course!" They both whispered a bit loudly.

"How can we be so stupid?!" Tea stated.

"They must be going on a date!" Anzu replied.

Upon realizing the reason, Anzu and Tea had an evil smirk on their faces. They ran off a different direction.

{Yugi's POV}

I hummed and walked down the garden and to the mansion. Yami had asked me out on a date the other day and today is the date.

'I wonder if Yami still remembers my birthday...' I thought to myself as I realized that today was also my birthday. I continued thinking until I've finally arrived at my destination. It was my bedroom I was going to. The date was in a few minutes and I quickly took a shower. Putting on my leather outfit, boots, 2 belts, and a choker.

I quickly but carefully ran to the front door. When I saw Yami waiting for me on the front door, my face lit up and I ran quicker. Not realizing how fast I was, I accidentaly slipped on my own foot and was about to fall, but Yami caught me in time before I fell.

I sheepishly smiled at Yami and he just chuckled at my expression. "Well good morning Yugi."

"G-good morning Yami." He helped me up and I balanced myself.

"Shall we go?" Yami said as he offered his hand out for me to take.

I nodded while I smiled happily. We decided that we would go to the carnival then eat at a restaurant, then last but not least, we would watch a movie at the cinemas. He promised me that he would be free for the whole day. I was so excited! This was my first time going out on a date!

We arrived at the amusement park and we walked to the entrance. The lady asked us for our tickets and Yami got out 2 brand new tickets from his pocket. Yami said he doesn't want to show them his ID since he wanted to be treated as a normal person for once.

The lady let us in and we walked to be amazed at the scenery. There were rides everywhere. And I mean everywhere. Then my gaze snapped when Yami asked me, "So Yugi, what do you wanna do first?"

"I'm... I actually haven't had breakfast yet..." Yugi said as he bit his bottom lip.

"Then do you wanna go get something to eat? Maybe... Cotton candy?" Yami smiled at him and I perked up at the word 'cotton candy'. I loved cotton candies. They just melts in your mouth the moment the cotton touched your saliva. I loved the taste and immediately dragged Yami to the cotton candy stand.

Yami just smiled at my reation and he continued to follow me.

Not long after, we arrived at the cotton candy stand. I immediately whined when I saw a line. The line wasn't too long, but I was very hungry.

"Yugi, why don't you go buy us both some lemonade and I'll wait here in line." Yami proposed an idea to me which I smiled in acceptance.

I walked towards where the lemonade stand was and bought 2 cups of lemonade. When I was done, I walked back to where Yami was to see him currently buying.

"Oh Yugi, perfect! What kind of colour do you want?" He asked as hee ssmilee kindly to me.

I handed him a cup of lemonade which he gladly took as I replied, "Pink."

"Pink it is." Hee told the order to the person and the peerson quickly gave us a pink cotton candy. Yami insisted on paying for me because I already id the lemonade. I wanted to insist as well but he had the upper advantage.

"Fine," I sighed heavily after I had gave up about the fight.

Yami paid the man and he gave the cotton candy to me which I gladly took. We started walking and chatting at the same time - discussing what to do next.

When I was done with my cotton candy and my lemonade, I had a bit of lemonade near my lips which I hadn't noticed about until Yami had pointed it out.

"Yugi, there's a bit of lemonade near your lips." Yami pointed out.

"Oh really?" I was going to wipe it off with my wrist but Yami stopped me by grabbing my wrist.

"I'll help you." He pulled me towards somewhere where there were barely any people.

He leaned down and licked the lemonade stain of my face, but then proceeded onto kissing me. I needed a moment to processed what just happened into my mind. Then when it finally got processed, I blushed 10 shades of red.

"There. Now let's go back." He motioned for me to follow him and I followed, still blushing madly.

We were going to go on a ride when suddenly, Yami's phone rang. I raised an eyebrow at the call but ignored it since I remembered Yami's promise.

After a while, it turned out Yami had forgotten about a meeting that was scheduled for today. He said he tried to change the date but they wanted it to be today. My heart sank down at the thought of my perfect day ending.

Even though I wanted to go on the date so much, Yami's corporation was in stake, and he was the CEO so it wasn't really his fault. He was busy.

I sobbed quietly as we got into the car. I was pretty sure Yami didn't hear it because he didn't react. 'Why does the meeting have to be today? Why did my perfect day have to end?' I thought to myself as I continued to whimper and cry.

We arrived and Yami shook me to tell me. I was still in dreamland but I became alert when Yami shook me. "We're here Yugi." He said fimrly.

"You can go down first, I'll follow you in a minute." I whimpered.

"Yugi, what's wrong?" Yami apologetically said, he turned me around so taht I could face him. He was shocked to see my face so wrinkled up.

"I-i'ts nothing, now how about you go change so you won't be late for your meeting?" Tears started to drop down from my eyes then to my hands that were now fists. I tried to hold it in, I tried.

"I'm sorry Yugi, I really am. How about we go on a date next week for me to repay?" He questioned.

"Really?" I started to calm down and he gave me his napkin.

"Really. And we can also go anywhere you like." He smiled at me and I smiled back.

"Fine then, but promise me that you will be free and I mean free for the whole day."

"I promise." He took my hand in his and he led me to the mansion's front door.

The door opened and to my surprise,

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY YUGI!!!" All of my friends yelled.

"Happy birthday Yugi." I looked back to see Yami say.

"W-wha?" My head was spinning around in confusion.

"Well you see, Tea and Anzu proposed a plan to me and the others. We all remembered your birthday but we didn't know wheter we should surprise you or not. And that's where the twins came." Yami explained.

"Then your meeting?" I asked hopefully.

"I don't remember having a meeting today except a date with a beautiful someone." Yami joked.

I blushed madly and hugged Yami as well as everyone else. They each gave me a present one by one and also a card with a message on it.

Yami also gave me a present and it as a beautiful pendant. I felt bad for taking it but he insisted. I was the happiest person alive. So my perfect day didn't end after all.

We all took a group photo and Yami and I took one by ourselves, of course Joey was the one taking the picture for mine and Yami's.

Well let's just say that Yami had another surprise in mind. At the time where the camera snapped, Yami swiftly took a hold of my chin and kissed me solftly on the lips. My eyes opened wide in shock, but I soon melted into the kiss.

I pouted when we parted and all of my friends cheered for us. I immediately remembered that we kissed in public and of course, I blushed 50 shades of red (if that was even possible).

Today really was the happiest day of my life. And of course, I'm sure there will be more from now on.

Yori: I'm just going to cut to the chase. Guys, I've got a bad cold from this morning and I've felt terrible since. I decided where to make the patner book of Yugi's Diary of make another chapter of this. I decided for this and will just make the other book tomorrow or something. I know I've been postponing that book a lot, but it was because my mind is blank for how Yami should do.

Yami: Anyways, Yori doesn't own YGO.

Yugi: If she doesn't update regularly for a while thenplease bare with her. Her sickness is making her look really bad. She's pale.

Yori: Kira, can you get me more tissues?

Kira: *hands over tissues* You should really sleep, you spend lots of hours writing this chapter.

Yori: Well it was rare for me to have an idea so...

Kira: Yea well you're going to bed now.

Yori: Yeah yeah I'm going...

Yugi & Yami: Bye.
