Yori: Anyways then. I will do this because of the voting I have just gotten. So... First is drama competition.

Yugi: Then some school festival.

Alice: Then club activities and joining.

Yami: Then school camp.

Kira: And then halloween party.

Tea: Exams.

Anzu: Then prom!!

The air in the classroom was thick and tense. Everyone was being very serious and quiet, even the homeroom teacher.

"Class, as you've probably known, it's that time of the year again." The teacher said seriously while some kind of dark aura flew out of her.

Yugi was trembling at this point. He looked at Yami who was being serious as well. The only ones who didn't have any idea what was going on was Yugi and his friends.

"It's drama competition time!" The teacher yelled as she looked at the class.

Yells and cheers abrupt from the class, Yami didn't yell but he was smiling. Yugi and his friends sweatdrop at the teacher.

"Ok so this year's theme is romantic love." The teacher explained as the class listened closely. "So I thought that we should do Cinderella this year."

Everyone cheered at the teacher's idea.

"Okay so first. We will do lottery to decide on the characters." Sensei wrote the playing characters' name on some papers. She then put it in a box and then she shuffled it.

"Ok then, who wants to go first?"

"Me!" Voices abrupt from every direction and the class soon became noisy.

"Okay quiet! I'll just pass the box along." The teacher started passing the box and one by one the students take a pice of folded paper.

It was finally time that Yami and Yugi would pick one, they picked a piece of paper and neatly opened it. It was soon time to write down the roles.

"Okay, so who had gotten Cinderella's role?"

"Me!" A voice was heard frim the other side of the classroom and it turns out that it was Mai from the popular chick group.

Mai and Rebecca were the school's popular girls but they were also fangirls that came after Yami.

"Okay. Then who had gotten the prince role?"

"I did, sensei." Yami raised his hand in acceptance.

{Yugi's POV}

I suddenly felt a prick on my eye and it turned out that I was crying. I quickly wiped them away before Yami or anybody else would have noticed.

"Okay then." Sensei wrote Yami's name under the prince role and I felt really angry and jealous. I didnjt know why I should even feel jealous, Yami loves me and not her. But just the thought of Yami possibly being and kissing someone else made me really mad.

Sensei continued asking more roles and soon it was time to do a last minute check.

"Okay so, Yami will be the prince. Mai will be Cinderella. Yugi will be Anastasia, and Rebecca will be Drizella. The others will be suporting characters." Sensei reviewed.

The class soon became a bit louder than normal because of all the discussions that were made. They neede dressed and jewels as well as some background props.

The next few days of school was used to prepare for the drama and we all practiced our lines. I sometimes had to excuse myself to the bathroom in the middle of practice. It was hard to see Yami so romantic to someone other than me, even though he didn't put any feeling to it, it hurts.

I would be in the bathroom for about 4-7 minutes then I would wipe away the tears and clean my face until the tear stains were barely visible.

It was finally the day of the competition and other classes were very impressive. I suddenly felt nervous about the play, I didnmt want to fail my class. Yami saw my nervousness and tried to calm me down which worked, I was soon calmer than before but still nervous nonetheless.

It was time for our class and I was nervous throughout the whole play. Mai did her role out of character. She sometimes had gotten apreally angry until she smacked the other students, or how her behavious was really not Cinderella. I on the other hand, was also out of character. I was too nice and I barely gotten angry, ok make that I didn't get angry at all. In conclusion, I was too nice.

It was finally near the end when the prince was about to kiss Cinderella, or in other words, Yami kissing Mai. They both slowly leaned closer as the whole room stood quiet, waiting for the kiss to happen.

I was behind the curtains and I saw them both from the felt so far away from Yami and I soon had imaginations about Yami leaving me and him kissing Mai. I cried at that, not too loud to be heard by the people but only my friends were there to know.

They tried comforting me but I still felt hurt to see it. I could see their lips only millimeters apart and was about to break down when they did kiss until...

"I'm sorry." Yami pushed Mai away harshly. "I do not love you."

Mai felt tears in her eyes slowly going down her face as she stood up furiously. "What do you mean you don't love me?!"

"I'm truly sorry, but I love someone else." Yami winked at me and I blushed. My face was still wet with the tears but they soon stop after I had heard Yami.

"Who is that someone?! You're supposed to love me!" Mai furiously yelled as the whole room stood in shock.

"That someone is him." Yami started to walk towards me and pulled me to stand up. He held me in his arms and my head was on his chest. I could feel his heartbeat and I blushed. He walked towards where Mai was and he clearly stated to her, "I'm sorry. You truly are beautiful but I sadly do not love you. I only love him."

Yami used his free hand to pull my chin up to face him. I blushed as I realized what was about to happen. Then he kissed me, the room was filled with claps, 'Awww's, and 'Oooo~'s.

We parted and saw a very furious Mai heading towards our way. She grabbed me by my wrist harshly and pulled me away from Yami as she slapped me on my face.

"Argh!" I winced in pain as I felt the burning sensation throughout my cheek. It was stinging badly, you could see the clear red on my pale skin.

"YOU'RE ONLY SUPPOSED TO LOVE ME, YAMI!" Mai screamed as she looked at him.

I fell down on my knees and my legs went limp. Mai was still holding my wrist so it was a bit hard to get comfortable.

Yami got out of his shock and ran towards me and Mai. He grabbed my wrist and pulled me away from Mai.

"I only love Yugi. And I certainly won't love an evil and cruel person." Yami stated as he carresed my cheek. The crowd was still in shock at Mai's action, but they clapped as soon as they got out of it.

Mai fell down on her knees sobbing, making the dress wrinkled and making it wet.

The other students from my class as well as my friends quickly ran out to the open as they all bowed down.

"Thank you for watching." Everyone chorused.

We all came to the backstage as Mai suddenly came to my aid and held my cheek. "Are you okay Yugi?! Oh no, I slapped you too hard didn't I?!" Mai panicked as she ran around the place trying to find a first aid kit.

I stared at her in confusion as she keot running ariund in circles.

"What?" I asked confused.

I heard Yami laugh from beside me as he spoke, "Yugi, Mai is my cousin. And Rebecca is Mai's cousin, which makes Rebbeca my step cousin."

"Wait what?" I look at Yami in surpirse as he chukled at my reaction.

"Mai just helped me to confess to the people out there that I love you Yugi. And Rebecca was being even more evil just because she likes to do dramas and is very serious about it." Yami explained.

"Sorry if I was a bit too harsh at playing..." Suddenly Rebecca appeared out of nowhere.

I nodded at her to signal her that I forgave her. Yami smiled at my understanding and kissed me on my lips for a brief moment as I blushed.

"Mai, he's fine. He just needs some ice." Yami tried to calm his cousin down.

"Ice?! Okay I'll go get some ice!" And without warning, she ran to somewhere. About a minute or two, she came back with ice on her hand.

"How did she get it that fast?!" I yelled as Yami chukled.

He took the ice from her hand and put it on my red cheek.

"Hold it." H etold me as I carefully grabbed the plastic, making sure not to drop the ice on the ground.

"Anyways class. That was an amazing show you put out there! I'm sure we'll win." Sensei cheered as everyone 'yea'-d together.

Yori: Anyways that was good. Btw, I originally planned to make Mai and Rebecca sluts and tomake her Yugi's enemies but being the very nice person I am, I couldn't do it and so I made it as if it was all planned... XDD

Kira: You know Yori, you could've made the slap a bit less painful and softer.

Yugi: Yea, it still stings *holds up bag full of ice*

Yami: Awww. Din't worry Yugi, she's gonna pay by making us get the first prize.

Yori: I don't own YGO btw. And Oh Ra, I suddenly have a bad feeling.
