Theme of the clans!

Sooo... why is windclan always the ThunderClan leaders best friend clan?
Are they just like always the two clans that just so happens to never fight? Or is bacause that firestar and greystrip saved their clan?

I'm just confused about it so I guess it's not really a rant at all....
