Taehyung was right when he said he would take him out on the best date he had ever been on. After about a week since he arrived to his still practically empty apartment with Namjoon, the two had finally gone out.Taehyung had picked him up, because he wanted to, and also because Namjoon didn't 'trust' them both with his car. Namjoon was never told directly that they had started dating, but he was smart, and Jungkook got the idea he knew. Especially after a specifically embarrassing phone call the other day.Even though they hadn't seen each other in person since the flight, they had been constantly texting and calling each other. They both were for very giddy when Jungkook got inside. It was technically their first date. They were making small talk throughout the ride, and Jungkook had never imagined Taehyung to be one of those people who were constantly touchy when in a relationship, but he was.A little at least, not constantly, but more than Jungkook expected. He should've gotten the hint when on the plane Taehyung kept on trying to kiss him, when people were around. It was endearing, really.So he was currently sitting in the passenger seat of Taehyung's car, as one of Taehyung's hand was on the wheel and the other placed lazily on Jungkook's hand.Throughout the ride Jungkook was confident about one thing, paying for dinner. He didn't like how anytime him and Taehyung had gone out in the past, Taehyung had payed. So now he was going to pay for wherever they were going. Taehyung hadn't told him anything except it was dinner.Once they arrived, Taehyung had practically jumped out of the car, purposely before Jungkook, so that he could open his car door for him. Then he had grabbed Jungkook's hand and lead him into a mysterious building."Where are we?""You'll see." Taehyung answered the same way anytime Jungkook asked anything about where they were going.When they walked inside, Jungkook was met with a completely people empty room. Large and dimly lit. It was obviously a restaurant, but Jungkook was starting to get confused.In the middle of the room, there was a table for two. It was very fancy, with candles, flowers, two plates with food already on it and a beautiful table cloth."Why is there no one here?" Jungkook felt bad that was the first thing he said, but Taehyung seemed to expect it."I rented out the whole restaurant for tonight.""Y−you rented out the whole restaurant? Your can do that?" Jungkook was astonished, but his heart beat faster with a kind of excitement."Yeah, if your have enough money.""Taehyung! I'm grateful, but I don't want your to waste your money on stuff like this! ""But you deserve it, Jungkook. I wanted to do this.""W−well...at least let me pay for dinner!""Too late, I already paid for everything."Jungkook sighed, but walked over and sat down."So your already had the food ordered? What if I didn't like it?", Jungkook pointed out, with a smug smile."I know you would eat anything, and I know you like meat, so I decided to take my chances", Taehyung chuckled, with a sparkle in his eyes.Jungkook took a bite, and the food was delicious. Him and Taehyung chatted smoothly without any interruption. Everything was so calm and peaceful. Except the emptiness made it more embarrassing, when he laughed, realizing how loud he was.The evening was dream like, and it floated by. It met and passed Jungkook's expectations. It wasn't even the setting that made it so perfect. It was that he was with Taehyung. Everything Taehyung did was mesmerizing and sweet. Like when they parted Taehyung kissed him slowly and deeply, then he even urged Jungkook to do a few other things, but the next day was an interview a lot of the cast had to partake in. Taehyung as well. So they both needed there rest.As Jungkook entered his apartment, he really couldn't believe what he had wanted for so long was happening. They still hadn't even told Jimin anything, or confirmed it for Namjoon. It was new, and exciting, and Jungkook couldn't wait for more to come.
