As Jungkook walked back into the cabin, he didn't notice Jimin's and Namjoons curious gaze following his every step. Instead the thought of Taehyung's intoxicating stares blurred his vision. Distantly Jungkook plopped down onto the one chair, still ignoring the noisy two who were trying to decide whether to bug Jungkook, or leave him alone.Finally Jimin hesitated "Um Jungkook.....is everything OK?".No answer."Jungkook?", Jimin continued persistently. About to repeat Jungkook's name again, Namjoon put a hand up signaling Jimin to be silent.More softly Namjoon sighed "Jungkook? Is there anything you'd like to talk about? Maybe.....you want to discuss..Taehyung". As Taehyung's name was mentioned Jungkook's head shot up."What do you mean? Why would I want to talk about Taehyung?", Jungkook asked innocently."Well", Jimin sighed. "It seems something complicated is going on between you two, so we were just wondering...what--".Stopping him Jungkook mumbled "Nothing is going on between us Jimin!". Pausing Jungkook continued once again with a more annoyed tone "We're just friends.""Jungkook...remember what you told me yesterday?", Namjoon asked. Blushing Jungkook nodded. "Well if any of that was true then....you should--", finishing Namjoons sentence Jungkook murmured "explore my feelings...I know you already told me that, and I tried....but I don't think taehyung feels for me in that way." Smiling at each other Namjoon and Jimin realized they were finally starting to get Jungkook to open up."What do you mean?". Jimin asked."Well...", Jungkook sighed twiddling his fingers. "I realized yesterday....that I do have feelings for taehyung, and then I saw something online that made me think that maybe I had a chance. So maybe I started to act.....differently around Taehyung".Both Namjoon and Jimin didn't expect this much but feeling the need to ask Jimin stuttered "What do you mean, act differently?".Looking at the floor Jungkook added "I guess...maybe...I was a bit forward....flirty maybe. But anyways the next morning when you guys came it all changed. I didn't mean to say the thing I said, it's just I didn't want Taehyung to know how I really felt. Then after that he started to act....cold, and left!"."Then what happened?", jimin coaxed wanting Jungkook to talk about what they saw from the window.Not knowing why he was telling them so much, Jungkook still continued "I guess....I wanted to tell taehyung how I felt, but.....I don't know what happened. I just got nervous, and decided not to....""Ohh!", Jimin exclaimed. "So that's what we saw Namjoon!", he sighed.Ignoring Jimin, Jungkook concluded "And I guess the problem is that....taehyung doesn't feel the same way for me as I do for him..."."Is that what he told you?" Jimin a bit more seriously asked."Well, no.", Jungkook mumbled."Jungkook...listen....I have known taehyung since highschool, and never once have I seen him become so close with someone so quickly. The way he acts around you...the attention he gives to you....as a close friend of his I can confirm that he feels the same way", Jimin softly smiled."Really?!". Jungkook exclaimed.Nodding Jimin looked right at Jungkook. Jungkook was still a little bit unsure, but still...if what jimin said is true...then...."Well...I'll focus on this later...I need to get ready for my audition! Namjoon can you give me a ride?" Jungkook speedily said."Sure", Namjoon stated.****It was later that day, and Taehyung was just arriving at his audition. He wasn't sure how well he would act though, whenever he was distracted he seemed to make more mistakes, and he was more distracted than ever with Jungkook on his mind.Taehyung wasn't sure how much he wanted this part anyways. Just minutes before he left his manager had told him that for the movie they would be filming in...apparently....Hawaii. That felt so far away, and that would be a few....months without...Jungkook.Right before walking into the building where the auditions were being held, Taehyung for a second thought that the car he parked next to was Namjoons car, but he knew that was impossible.His manager had also told him he would be auditioning for the lead, and now he had to wait about half an hour until he actually got to audition. Sitting down in a room where others were waiting for there turn, taehyung grabbed one of the scripts to look over it.At that same moment Jungkook had currently just started his audition. His new manager Min Yoongi had informed him he was actually auditioning for the lead, which seemed like a big step up for Jungkook. Jungkook had also found out it was an action movie. So now there he was standing in front of a few people. Most of them were old, but one of them seemed young. Maybe even younger than him.Jungkook of course being an amazing actor, read each line perfectly. Being in an action movie was very new for him to. The only roles he had really ever had were an extra, or his role in the show that just got canceled.Jungkook only had one slip up during his audition, but that was because he started to think of taehyung, and got distracted. Finally Jungkook finished. Letting his hand holding the script fall to his side Jungkook patiently waited for the people watching him to say something.The first to speak was the young one."So, what's your name?",he asked.Not sure if his tone meant he did good or bad Jungkook hesitated "Oh..um.. Kim SeokJungkook."The young one studied Jungkook for a second. As he did so Jungkook couldn't help but do the same. He had rustled black hair, that was parted in a way so his forehead was slightly shown. He had big eyes and a cute default smile. Wondering who this person was Jungkook heard him speak again."Well.....Kim SeokJungkook, we will let you know soon, but let me just say now that I honestly was surprised. When I saw you only had two roles I thought you'd kinda suck, but..wow....I was wrong! That was...really really good!" he said as he slowly grew in volume and excitement.Smiling Jungkook shyly murmured "Oh..Thank you". Jungkook was happy this person liked his acting because it seemed obvious he was somehow important.After a moment of silence another person asked "So as you know this movie will be filmed in Hawaii...if you get the part will you be prepared to fly all that way?"."The....the movie is going to be filmed in Hawaii??" Jungkook gasped.Nodding, the person continued "yes....didn't your manager tell you?".Shaking his head, Jungkook wasn't sure what else to say.All of a sudden the young one interjected "Well....we hope there won't be any problems, but think it over, and when you make a decision let us know, so we can know to include you or not".Nodding Jungkook knew he wouldn't get the part anyways. Walking out the doors Jungkook went to go sit down again. Jungkook wasn't sure if he could go somewhere as far as Hawaii. Even though it would only be for...maybe a couple months....that meant less time with taehyung. But again Jungkook really needed this part, so before taking a step further Jungkook popped his head back in the doors as he stammered "um...to answer your question form earlier...I think I would be able to do that..".A few smiles appeared as the young one once again said nicely "Well thank you for letting us know."Shakily nodding Jungkook walked back out. Not paying attention to his surroundings whatsoever Jungkook sat down in a random seat next to someone he didn't pay attention to.All of a sudden he heard a deep voice exclaim "Jungkook??!! What are you doing here??".Surprised by the sudden noise Jungkook turned his head in the direction it was coming from to find none other than taehyung. Right next to him."Taehyung?! Do you have an audition here too?".Nodding Taehyung stammered "I...I had no idea you were auditioning for a role though!?"."Yeah....that's why I could spend today with you...", Jungkook mumbled.Remembering what had just happened earlier that day taehyung backed off a little as he sighed "Oh...I thought you just didn't want to..."."Of course not....",Jungkook hummed. "I would have rather spent the day with you more than anything...".Jungkook remembered what Jimin and Namjoon had told him, but he knew that this wasn't the time or place to say anything....else.All off a sudden Jungkook got a realization."Wait Taehyung! If we both get a part in the movie that means we could act again together!".Not being able to hold back his light blush and smile, Taehyung breathed "I would love for that to happen.....".Jungkook sat there for a seond thinking. He knew he had just decided not to say anything, but the second he saw Taehyung's beaming square smile he couldn't hold it back anymore."Um...taehyung?", Jungkook shyly whispered."Yeah?", taehyung answered trying to take in he had just ran into Jungkook.Jungkook took a deep breath as he murmured, "Well taehyung I failed to tell you this back at the cabin, and I know now is not a good time, but I can't hold off any longer.......taehyung....I...I--".All of a sudden a loud voice boomed from the door yelling "Next up: Kim Taehyung!!"."Oh...I'll tell you after your audition taehyung", Jungkook stuttered.Standing up Taehyung knew he couldn't audition now, he was way to distracted. What was happening? What was Jungkook about to say? Walking up to the room, taehyung turned back to look at smiling Jungkook almost every stepFinally he went inside, about to start his audition. As Jungkook waited for him, he wondered what part Taehyung was auditioning for. Taehyung had never told him.A little bit more time passed, and finally Taehyung walked back out a slight frown on his face.As he sat next to Jungkook again, Jungkook asked "How did it go? I bet you did amazing!".Shaking his head Taehyung sighed "No...no I didn't do good. I messed up way to much.....I was too distracted to actually do good"."What were you distracted by taehyung?", Jungkook innocently questioned.Looking straight at Jungkook, taehyung didn't have to use words to tell Jungkook. His longing, curious, straight forward gaze said enough.Clearing his throat Jungkook seemed to have gotten the message as he looked right back at Taehyung.After a minute Taehyung finally managed to say "So Jungkook..what were you going to tell me?"Returning to his shyness Jungkook was just about to finish his sentence from before, but once again he was interrupted by someone walking out.Turning his head towards the direction of the person, Jungkook realized it was the young one from before who was nice to him.Poor Taehyung however felt his heart sink right as they walked out. All he wanted was for Jungkook to say what he was going to say. He honestly didn't really care about this audition anymore. He did hope Jungkook got whatever part he auditioned for, but for himself he didn't mind as much.The young one started to speak."Hello everyone! I just want to thank you all for coming by, I just want to say we have made a decision. Usually I would say it was a hard choice, but...this was a very easy choice", pausing for a second he turned to Jungkook and Taehyung's direction."Let me congratulate our new lead, Kim..........SeokJungkook".Taehyung felt himself tense up. His arms and legs stiffened. Only one thing went through his mind at that moment. Which was: Jungkook was auditioning for the lead too, and he beat me? The rest of Taehyung felt dulled, it was hard for him to process the announcement along with everything else.Jungkook on the other hand was just as surprised as Taehyung, but he didn't know that he beat Taehyung. As Jungkook sat there watching the one who announced he got the part, other people who auditioned before him started to get up and leave. Not Taehyung though, he still sat next to Jungkook frozen.
