🌿 THE ROSTER:

The roster will be rechecked daily to see if all participants have continued to follow the rules in the duration and after the duration of the Ace Awards. Failure to adhere to the rules will result in disqualification and the inability to enter future Ace Award batches and editions. Participants will not be notified if they have been disqualified. Pending participants will be added in the previous participants' places. Following the rules is a must. Rechecking will be sporadic. Roster genres will be re-published in a fresh chapter whenever a genre gets filled.

Remember, if you have disregarded the rules, you WILL be disqualified. In any alternative situation, not following the rules will also result in a loss of ten marks.

Note: I did not have time to rate the participants' books because of the amount of entries on the daily, so please mention the name of your book and (M) or (L) for correct rating. e.g: book - pure, genre - romance, rated - (M).

For those who do not see their books here, please PM me. PM ME. Do not clutter this chapter with comments as I will be unable to see book ratings. All these comments will be ignored.

KEEP IN MIND THE REASONS FOR WHICH YOUR BOOK IS NOT TO BE SEEN HERE BEFORE SENDING ME A PM:
i. a glitch where I have not been notified of a comment from you.
ii. you have not met the standard requirements (of following the rules).
iii. you have not filled in the necessary gaps mentioned in the form.
iv. overflow of notifications (including but not limited to unnecessary tags) resulting in me not being able to see half of the forms.
v. following from another "back-up" account, which is, from now, something that is not going to be accepted in this Awards.
vi. applying from a different account.

Unfortunately, I cannot add you to the list if any of this has occurred to you— but fortunately, if a participant disobeys the rules, they will be disqualified, and you will be able to take their place.

Keep in mind that I have been lenient and I have guided many participants through the process, but at times it can be too tedious for me, especially now that I have other engagements.

Which brings me to my final point. Now that school has commenced, I will have many other tasks to handle and many such assignments to complete. And in relation to this, I would like to announce that I will only be logging onto the AceSociety during the weekends, because I have priorities over which to place my focus. If you receive a late reply, this is due to my new schedule. I rely on your cooperation.
