First!! The rewards for being a part of the judge team (permanent judges only. if you're judging a genre only once, this will not apply to you).

Permanent judges: must be available to judge any genre when needed.

I. Give a permanent follow to this account nazahace. I will be checking. Please give a follow to @AceSociety (this account) within the duration of the awards. Do read the chapter "How The Award Works" to understand the awards, otherwise you will not be able to cope with the nomadic changes. The password for the award system is found there.

II. Add this book, "Ace Awards Supreme," to your public reading list and library. This is to promote the book for the benefit of everyone who enters. Efficiency is a must. You must be quick with the results. Keep in mind that rewards are given for your efforts.

III. Judges MUST have a Discord, and they should be active when we discuss Ace Awards-related topics. Judges are encouraged to talk to other judges. This is to show teamwork, as you guys will be judges on a continuous process. Please apply for the judge form in the supportclub for further contact with us.

IV. Do not interact with contestants of your OWN genre privately in the duration of the awards (you may interact with contestants outside your genre), unless it is extremely important (i.e: change in book title, change in author's username). This is to stop any methods pertaining to bribery for better placements.

V. Judges, if, let's say, you are competing in the poetry section and a judge (who is competing in romance, the category you're judging) gives you first place, you are NOT entitled to give any favoritism to their book and give them first place, unless they deserve it.

VI. Judges, you are allowed to vote on the chapters you read in the book of the participant to show appreciation. The password for judges is your favorite song. Comments are also permitted. Judges are allowed to enter a genre they are already judging, as they will have a different set of books to judge.

VII. You may create a reading list specifically for the purpose of judging the books you are designed to judge. However, this is just an optional recommendation.

VIII. You are required to start judging as soon as I have given the date to start. You will judge 10 books, 2 or 3 chapters in each. Remember, there are rewards for your efforts!

IX. You may ask the contestant questions publicly, if it will help you give them a better mark. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to PM us.

X. You will be required to give a small review of each book. For the non-winners (those who have not bagged runner up or honorable mention), 10 words. For winners, 25+ words. Non-winners should, however, be given constructive criticism and support from your side.
