🍃 When do we know whether the (genre name) genre is open?
Refer to the newest batch's form for participants. If the genre is not there, please refer to the previous batch's form for participants. You will see the amount of participants in one genre; if the genre is marked as "FULL," it means that it is not accepting any more participants. However, it also means that the genre will be coming out in a new batch, hence do stay in touch to fill in an application for the coming batch. ^^

🍁 Who owns and controls the AceSociety? 🍁
nazahace alone. There is no other holder of this account. When I use the royal 'we,' it is an official representation.

🍃 How are you in contact with the judges and what do the permanent judges do?
They are usually in contact with me on Discord, or, if they do not have Discord, through email. The permanent judges are in charge of judging the genre they have chosen to judge, and they receive rewards for doing so. Being a permanent judge means judging one or more genre in each batch. They are not holders of the AceSociety account. They are all treated kindly, with respect, and they are valued very much for their contribution in judging.

🍃 What do I do if I do not spot my username or book in the roster? 🍃
First option is to remove the book from your library and re-add it. The fresh version of the roster should appear. This occurs because I have to constantly update the roster to add new participants, hence there can be glitches with the chapter's accuracy. Second option, if the problem still persists, please contact the AceSociety via a comment in the roster, or a message on the message board, stating that you don't see your book in the genre you've applied for. You will be asked to tag me (AceSociety) in your application to confirm this.

🍃 Why is the form after mine accepted but not mine?
As an Awards page, a lot of application forms come in. There is a glitch where I do not see one contestant's comment, hence the reason why I do not reply. If that is the case, please kindly notify me via a comment on the chapter for participants, and tag me (AceSociety) as a comment on the form in which you've filled. I will not leave your application hanging unless I have not seen it or unless I have accidentally skipped over it. With anyone who makes an error filling in the form, I do my best to guide them through the process.

🍁 Who makes the graphics, banners, and stickers for the Ace Awards? 🍁
nazahace alone. There is no other graphic designer. I do my best to ensure that the graphics I make for the Awards come out representable, so that participants can take pride in it. ^^ ♥️

🍃 Does my story have to be completed to enter? 🍃
No, it can be ongoing. However, a minimum of 1 chapter for short story, one shots, and poetry is necessary, whereas the other genres must have a minimum of 3 to 4.

🍃 How do I enter?
Go to the form for participants in whichever batch your genre is still available in. If your genre isn't available at all, please have patience for the new batch coming for said genre. ^^

🍁 Who handles the prizes? 🍁
nazahace, distributing the prizes via email. There can be a delay if I am swamped with giving out results or with educational work. There may be changes regarding the prizes at occasional intervals.

🍃 Is the Awards still open?
In the description/blurb of the book, you will see the status of the Awards. [✔️] open, means the Awards is still accepting participants.

🍃 Where can I find the participants for the genre I am participating in?
In the roster of the batch you have applied in. ^^

🍃 How do I know when a judge is judging my book/when judging has commenced? 🍃
You will be notified (tagged) in the chapter wherein I announce the beginning of the judging period for the specific genre, which usually lasts for a duration of one week.

🍃 When are the results for my genre going to be out? One week after the commencement of judging? 🍃
No, there can be a pause of around 5 days or more before the final results will be delivered. ^^

🍃 How many votes does my book need to have? 🍃
It can have any amount of votes.

🍃 Can I enter two books in the same genre? Can I enter one book in different genres? 🍃
Firstly, nope, the limit is only 1 book per genre, not exceeding 4 books in total. Secondly, you can enter 1 book in 1 genre but you cannot re-enter it in a different genre in the same batch or a different batch unless it has not ranked in the first batch it has been added to. Please see the rules for more information. ^^
