Dark Valerie p.o.v

I woke up in a dark cell."Oh look our little sister has woken up."Damon said with his stupid cocky smirk.He was close to the cage so I grabbed him by the neck and lifted him up in the air.He tried clawing at my hands when Stefan came in."Let him go.Valerie this isn't you!"He said getting me off of damon."Your right it isn't.I am her dark side.Besides you should be thanking me.If I wasn't activated she would be dead just like our little mommy was."I said.I was pinned to the wall by damon."Don't you dare talk about her that way."He growled."She was my mother too.It is not my fault her parents decided not to tell her abut this.Every girl on mom's side of the family has us.So they are stuck with us."I said.Then I felt something in my neck.Vervain.I gasped and passed out.

Valerie's p.o.v

I woke up tied to a chair.I looked up and saw Damon and Stefan.Stefan had vervain in his hand."Stefan Damon what are you doing"I asked.Stefan came closer and put the vervain on my face."AAAAAHHHHHH!"I scream."It is me stefan.Please you have to believe me."I said"How do we know it's you?"Damon asked."When our demons are let out we have a mark on our necks and our eyes are darker."I pleaded.They looked at my neck and sighed.They started to untie me.I got up and wabbled a bit before turning to them."So where is my room"I asked.Damon showed me to my room and I laid down and took a nap.

*After nap*

I woke up and my dark side Lila started talking to me.

*Your father he threatened a vampire to compel a family to search for you through the family's generation.There is a bug in your room so if you come back they know where you are and what you are doing and kill you.If you find it I will go away.For good.*

After the conversation I started looking around.I took the pillows out the pillow cases and shook the cases to see if it came out.Nothing came out.I took my sheets and covers off the bed and looked under the mattress.I looked under the bed in the closet in the creaks in the floorboard but I found nothing."Come on come on come on."I muttered as I kept looking everywhere.I ran downstairs and grabbed a knife and ran back upstairs.I ripped all my furniture up but found nothing."No no no please."I said under my breath while pulling at my hair.'Maybe it's inside of me,I thought.I went to the cellar and grabbed the vervain in water form and v/s(vampire sped/speed) upstairs.I dipped the knife in vervain and cut open my arms making deep gashes so it won't heal.I couldn't find it.I cut my hands and blood fell on the carpets.Good thing they were red.I lifted my shirt and cut my stomach.I couldn't find it any where.

"NO!NO.PLEASE NO NO NO"I said screaming and punching holes in the wall.Stefan and damon came and grabbed me and pulled me from the room."LET ME GO.I HAVE TO FIND IT.STOP IT."I screamed trying to get out of there grips.They set me down on the floor and I cried in their shoulders while they whispered things in my ears.My eyes started getting droopy and I fell asleep.
