I woke up with no damon and no stefan.Where did they go?I got up while holding my head and walked to Stefan's room.My head hurt and it felt like my head was banged into a wall.Oh wait that did happen.In my dream which everything that happened to me in the dream happened to me in real life.Great just great.I opened stefan's door and saw him reading a book."Hey stefan.I was looking for you."I said."You aren't still mad about what happened yesterday are you?"He asked and I shook my head no."Unless you meant what you said."I said."No I didn't mean it."Stefan said and I nodded and hugged him.He hugged me back."Stefan what was mom like?"I asked and he looked at me with a stern look."Not yet.We said on your birthday but nice try."Stefan said."But Steffy!I can't wait until my birthday.That's a lot of days and it's so far away."I whined playfully."It's only in a week."Stefan said rolling his eyes at me."Exactly.So far away."I said lazily and laid down next to him."Fine but only a couple things.Mom...I didn't really know her that well but she was beautiful.She looked a lot like you.She was strong minded like damon.She had a caring personalty.That is all I am telling you."He said and I pouted."But Stef-"He cut me off."Oh don't you Steffy me Valerie."He said shaking his head at me."But I love to Steffy you and I want to know more about her."I said childishly,crossing my arms over my chest."Wait until your birthday."He said tapping my nose with his finger.
"Steffy do you blame me for mommy's death?"I asked looking up at him."No I don't.We talked about this.Being born was not your fault and mom dying was not your fault.Dad only said that because he missed mom."He said sighing and wrapping his arms around me."Well he has a great way of showing it."I said sarcastically."He does."Stefan said laughing slightly.I snuggled closer to Stefan and yawned."Did you sleep well?"He asked and I shrugged."I slept just had a bad dream."I said."What was it about?"He asked."I was playing the music box you and Damon gave me when daddy came in and took it away when I wouldn't tell him where I got it from because you two would have gotten in trouble.Then I tried taking it back when daddy came in and hit me on the head."I said holding my head."Are you ok?"He asked and I nodded."A little icepack on the head should do the trick but then I will be fine."I answered him.We stayed in a comfortable silence until I broke it."Will this thing ever be out my head stefan?Will the dreams stop?"I asked."I assure you that you will be fine ok.Just get some rest.I will be here when you wake up."He said and I nodded.I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
*Dream*
I was at the park playing ball.Father didn't want me in the house so I came here.I was about to kick the ball again when it was grabbed from the ground.I looked up to see this really tall and sweaty boy."Hey give me back my ball!"I said reaching for my ball.He held it over my head and smirked."Only if you give me something." He said and I glared at him."Never."I sneered at him and he threw the ball into the forest.He pushed me into the ground and started kicking me.He bended down to my level and started to get on top of me."Get off me you crazy lunatic."I said trying to push him off."Oh you know you want to.Just stay still and relax."He said laughing and I started screaming.The boy was pulled off of me and thrown somewhere else.I look up to see my brother Stefan."Stef-Steffy he wouldn't g-get off m-me and that-that I was go-going to en-enjoy it.I did-didn't w-want to enjoy it-it."I said as he picked me up and cradled me in his arms."It's alright.You are going to be alright."He said soothingly as we started walking to where my ball landed.He handed me my ball and we walked into the house."Steffy why doesn't daddy like me?"I asked once he snuck me into my room."I don't know Val.Just get some rest and I will be here when you wake up."He said and I nodded.I laid down ands snuggled into him more.I closed my eyes and fell asleep.
Flashes went in front of my eyes.Flashes from when I was born and flashes to now.I remember now.I remember everything.
*Dream over*
I woke up next to Stefan and smiled.I yawned and scooted closer to him.He wrapped his arms around me protectively and pulled me close to him.He was the protective one while damon was the funny and playful one.I hugged his waist and closed my eyes."Good morning Val."I heard Stefan say."Morning Steffy."I said quietly."I remember now."I said opening my eyes and looking up at him.He looked down at me with a surprised face."Everything?"He asked and I nodded."I remember everything."I confirmed to him."Will everything get better?"I asked him."They will...one day it all will."He said."I wub you Steffy."I said in a small voice."I love you too Val."He said and we sat in a comfortable silence.
