CHAPTER EIGHT: THE JEREMY PROJECT

June 30, 2005

 It’s the end of June, and No Rules are on their last day of filming season 3 of Dare 2 Dream. There are twenty 1-hour episodes, and the series are being moved to E4 due to the content becoming more mature.

 As for their upcoming European tour, they stop in Dublin, Ireland in a few days. Everything is ready, the tickets across Britain are quickly selling out. The dance routines are perfected.

 All of this was accomplished, along with a worldwide hit CD (Redemption); another hit single (Fearless); beginning promotion for a new single (Drive); and still writing songs.

 The members were having their own meeting in their dressing room, and they made sure Charlie wasn’t around. Mariana began: “Today is the last day of filming, and we’re about to go on tour in a few days. We need to convince Jeremy to join No Rules once Charlie leaves.”

 Edward said, “The only thing we can do is that we talk to him. But only one member at a time should talk to Jeremy. And Charlie must never know.”

 The members agreed.

 It’s now late afternoon, and the members were unsuccessful in convincing Jeremy to join NR when (and if) Charlie leaves. They got together in their dressing room to talk.

 Ashley said, “Okay, Jeremy’s not budging since he keeps saying he’s got other projects.”

 Edward said, “That, and he’s not interested in doing music. He prefers acting.”

 Marina suggested, “Well, I am his girlfriend. I think I have a way to convince him.”

 It’s now 10pm. Earlier in the evening, Jeremy got a text message from Mariana to meet her in a nearby hotel. So he arrived at the hotel. He went to the room she told him to go. When he saw her, he went in, and they hooked up.

 It’s now Saturday, and the members were getting ready to shop. Just then, Mariana arrived at the mansion. She gathered them, excluded Charlie, and went to the empty bedroom.

 Hannah asked, “Mari, you’re grinning. Is Jeremy joining No Rules?”

 Mariana beamed as she replied, “Yes, he is. BUT he’ll join when and if Charlie leaves No Rules. Plus, he was good.”

 The members cheered. Just then, Charlie barged into the room. He asked suspiciously, “What the fuck is going on here?”

 Alex told him off, saying, “It’s none of your fucking business.”

 “Really? Cuz I overheard that Mariana convinced Jeremy to join No Rules if I leave this band. This was your idea, wasn’t it, Walsh?”

 Alex replied angrily, “Oh, so everything is my idea? Have you thought for one second that maybe everyone in this band wants you out? I guess you haven’t since you only hate me.”

 “This ain’t over, Walsh.”

 Then Charlie stormed out of the room. The members stood there, determined to have him removed from the band.
