"Cyanna...?" Klaus whispered "Y-your alive"

"I very much am" Klaus and Violet both hugged me I hugged back they pulled away after a long hug.

"You're wicked Quigley Quagmire?" Violet asked.

"We heard you perished in a fire" Klaus said.

"I survived" Quigley said with a small nod.

"Well what's the story" Klaus looked at us.

"I wasn't able to sleep I was drinking hot cider with my mom, who smelled the smoke and I escaped in a underground tunnel as she went to get everyone else" Quigley explained "she never came back"

"Mother put me in the tunnel as well she said she had to get something but never came back" I said.

"We followed the tunnel, but not together I found a house a empty house with a empty reptile room" Quigley sighed.

"Our uncle Monty lives there" Klaus said.

"No one lives there now" Quigley explained.

"I went straight to prufrock prep and when everyone thought I was dead I made but a name Cassidy, my middle names and Mr Jones" I explained but got cut off

"Our favorite teacher" Klaus smiled and I nodded.

"That's where I found the book and I read it I researched it the spy glad and everything I also found out Duncan and Isadora got kidnapped so I left the house I got on a rickety trolley I passed many places I went to the hinderlands and I went to mount fraught and Cyanna and I found each other I was even at the village" Quigley explained it all. We walked outside seeing green smoke.

We knew it was sunny.

"We have to get up there" Klaus said.

"It's a long way to the top we have to go back through the passageways and hike the same way snow scouts are" Quigley explained.

"There's a quicker way" I said looking at the mountain.

"No there's not look at the map" Quigley said pulling the map out.

"Look at the water fall" I said they all did.

Violet and I walked inside.

We started grabbing supplies and walked back to the boys "Look what we found" Violet said. We all walked inside and set it all down. Violet, Quigley and Klaus started talking. But I was to busy examining.

"It's time for a test" Violet said and I snapped out of it and looked up.

"It works" Violet said.

Klaus found a book on codes.

"Someone has to stay and try and crack it" Violet suggested "Quigley how good are you at cracking codes?"

"I can try but I'm better at reading maps" Quigley said.

"And climbing at well, I saw you earlier" Klaus said.

"Cyanna and I can stay here and see what we can learn" Klaus looked at me and I nodded.

"Are you sure?" Violet asked.

"You Invented a way up the mountain now it's our turn to use our talents" Klaus said looking at me.

"We will bring sunny back" Quigley said.

"We know you will" I said with a smile.

"I can't help but asking but is there something going on between you two?" Violet asked looking at us.

Quigley and I chucked "Goodness no but he gives pretty good advice on the stuff" I said Quigley smiled at me. I hugged Quigley and Klaus and I left.

"Klaus I'm gonna look around outside" I said he nodded and I walked outside and say and I walked outside. I was looking around for anything helpful and I happened to see Quigley and Violet.

Quigley got on a ledge and helped Violet up. They sat there to take a break. I saw violets glove fall.

Quigley's POV

"You know if you have to hide at headquarters it's a beautiful place to do it it's a lovely view" Violet said.

I looked over at her "Very lovely indeed" Violet smiled and looked at me. We both blushed softly.

Cyanna's POV

Quigley and Violet where looking at each other, they kissed, they kissed for awhile then pulled away and starts climbing again. I watched them until they got to the top. I just stood there in watched I wanted to see Sunny.

Quigley's POV

"Sunny" Violet kneeled down by her.

"Where's Klaus" Sunny mumbled.

"He's at the headquarters" Violet said and I looked around. "Where here to rescue you" Violet started to pick the lock.

"Duncan?" Sunny said smiling at me.

I smiled softly "This is Quigley, his brother he survived the fire so did Cyanna there's so much to tell you"

"Cyanna" Sunny mumbled.

"Oh baby" Count Olaf said from a distance.

"Hide" Sunny said to us, Violet and I got up and hid.

Sunny looked at count Olaf. "I have more tasks for you to perform" Olaf said.

"You are to cook a very fancy very on dinner, tonight where celebrating false spring" Esmé said delightfully

"That's not all where celebrating" Count Olaf smirked "Where's hooky I told him to wait right here"

"You seem to have trouble controlling your underlings" A man said.

"Ah yes I like to let them Roam" Olaf said. "you know free range hench people.

Cyanna's POV

A bit later they where back down, without Sunny. Klaus and I walked over.

"She was the one who was sending the signals" Violet said taking her hair out. "She's safe"

"And she found out who burned down the headquarters it was a man with a beard but no hair" Quigley said

"And a women with hair but no beard" Violet said looking up. "even count Olaf was afraid of them"

"You left her with them!?" Klaus asked a bit of anger.

"There planning something bad they where talking about making more orphans Sunny wanted to spy to find out more" Violet explained.

"She's just a baby! She can't be a spy" Klaus exclaimed.

"She's not a baby anymore she's gonna meet us down here when she finds anything" Violet said trying to calm him down. We all looked up at the top of the Mountain.

Klaus went inside to explain stuff to Quigley and Violet I stayed out to be sure we where safe.

"Guys someone's coming down the slope!" I yelled they ran out. We stood in the entrance.

"It must be sunny!" Violet yelled back.

Klaus got the spy glass out "I don't think so whoever it is there to tall to be sunny, that's strange it looks like there on fire" Klaus said. Violet took the spyglass.

"It's not fire it's fashion" Violet said.

"Esmé" Klaus said quickly.

"Esmé who?" I asked.

"Esmé Gigi Geniveve Squalor" The lady shouted as she got to the bottom. We all ran out of the way. She was gasping and then screamed as she crashed. We all hid.

"I thought you volunteers are supposed to be smart" this Esmé girl said. "someone is still lurking around and that's very stupid your headquarters are destroyed your worst enemies are on top of that mountain and I'm right here and dressed to kill"

Quigley grabbed his mask and I nodded and put my on.

"Boo!" Esmé said and she had found us. "You're short for volunteers but I always said reading stunts your growth"

Quigley and I got up and ran. "Cmon follow me" he said.

"Cmon I just wanna torture you until you give me the location of the sugar bowl" she said the Baudelaire's for you and ran to us "Are you in the kitchen? Perhaps your hiding in, whatever room this is Ah right it's the hot tub room... you better come out now! When I get my hands on you skinning you alive will be the second worst thing I've done-" she stepped on a piece of food it made a cracking noise and she stopped talking and fell in the hot tub with a scream.

Violet ran over looked in a backed away. "I think we just trapped Esmé Squalor at a surprisingly deep hot tub" violet said

Klaus raises a eye brow "Is she alive?" He asked us.

Violet looked at Klaus we all inched forwards Quigley and I had slipped our masked off. We peaked in.

"Get me out of here!" Esmé yelled "At once! Being trapped in a hot tub is even less in then getting in a hot tub on purpose"

"She's Alive" I said quietly.

"I can make a pulley To get her out" Violet suggested.

"Or" Quigley said.

"Or?" Klaus said confused.

"Get me out of here!" She yelled again.

"Count Olaf has someone you love and we have someone he loves we could arrange a trade" Quigley suggested.

"We can't exchange hostages" Klaus whispered.

"When my boyfriend finds out that you trapped me in down here he is going to be so angry" Esmé complained.

"Count Olaf traps people to get what to wants"
Quigley pointed out.

"You really wanna do the same thing as count Olaf?" Klaus asked.

"Sometimes we have to fight fire with Fire!" Quigley said in a loud whisper.

"If everyone fought fire with Fire the world would go up in smoke" I said, I had never gone against anything Quigley said but I did that one time.

"Klaus is right there must be another way" Violet said.

"Klaus!?!" Esmé said "Ohhh this is rich your not volunteers at all" we walked forwards.

"Trouble" I whispered to Quigley.

"You're the Baudelaires, Olaf will be so disappointed you didn't die when he dropped you off that mountain or he'll be thrilled he'll get to kill you all over again you are, Didnt you float off in a bunch of balloons and you didn't you disappear" Esmé looked at me and Quigley.

"I'm Quigley Quagmire I survived the fire and this is Cyanna Baudelaire" Quigley said and looked at me.

Esmé sighed confused "Jeez" she mumbled "Somedays you cant just catch a break"

"We'll Let you our Esmé but only if you help us get our sister back" Klaus said.

"Or what?" Esmé asked, mocking us "if I refuse Thats the problem with your side of the schism" I stopped listening to her and just walked forwards.

"Give is our sister back or I swear-" I inched forwards to far I ended up falling in the whole as well, on my ankle, I knew I sprained it.

"Cyanna!" Klaus yelled.

"I'm fine" I stood up and groaned slightly "Just a sprained ankle... I hope"

They helped us both up. The then Esmé said we had to carry her up the mountain. Violet and Klaus walked out with Esmé I stopped Quigley.

"Are you alright what's wrong?" He asked me.

"I'm alright for now" I sighed my ankle hurt like heck but I didn't care "I saw you and violet... kiss"

"Oh you saw that" he blushed a deep red.

"Do you like her?" I smirked softly

"I like her a lot actually" he smiled at me
