Toriel's POV
While making dinner, I overheard Undyne, Paps and Frisk talking about training. Papyrus and My Child decided to train there muscles, but Undyne was already very fit since she was the former leader of the Royal Gaurd. Then, I said she could train her heat resistance with me. I said this because this would be a safe way for her heat resistance to go up. She thanked me very much. It may mean less pie and more takeout, but its the least I could do for years of service to the royal family.

3rd person
After dinner (burgers with extra ketchup for a certain monter) they decided to start training. Asgore was training Papyrus and Frisk. They started with push ups so Asgore could see how much training they would have to do to meet there targets. Surprisingly, Frisk did 32 push ups before stopping, while Papyrus did a mere 16 (not making fun of Papyrus, because I could barely do better). Then they did sit ups and as many laps around the caravan as they could. To but it simple, Asgore was harsh.

For Undyne's training, Toriel got made some low temperature fire and circled it around Undyne. She kept making the flames hotter and hotter until Undyne says its to hot. When the temperature reached 40°C she said to stop. (Thats pretty darn hot).

Each day for the next 5 months they were improving. Now Frisk could do 54 push ups, papyrus could do 38 push ups and Undyne could withstand 60°C flames! (That is a lot for a fish, ok. Also before you say that 60 degrees is totally unrealistic for a fish this is in the same world where a talking flower tries to kill you.)

"OK," Asgore began. "The UA entrance exams are tomorrow. You have endured hellish training for the last 5 months, so even if the acceptance rates are 0.2 percent, I want to see you all get in will flying colours! Also come with me to your rooms, I have a surprise." Everyone was im shock by the totally not rehearsed pep talk. The walked to the beds and on it was a card. Papyrus teared up, Undyne shouted YEAH!!!!!!! And Frisk smiled. On the card it verified the citizenship. Now, there was nothing that could stop them from getting in...
(I forgot to mention that Alphys tutored them to prepare for the written part of the exam.)
