Training was something Team Gai looked forward to every single day. It was a routine that didn't change ever since they were genin. First, Lee and Gai would always be there early, either talking about how youthful konoha is thanks to them, or Doing stupid challenges. Neji would arrive exactly on time, no matter what. Then Tenten would always either be a little late or super late, there was no in between. Neji would then proceed to criticize her and she would have an excuse.

"You're 54 seconds late. What is your excuse now?" Neji was not a man to be kept waiting.

"Geez, That's the earliest I've ever been late this year, put that in the records boys!" Tenten cheered. She was obviously being sarcastic, but Neji felt the need to give her a lecture on being late.

"...And that's why you should never be late for training Tenten, Do you understand now?"

"Yeah thanks for the lecture Neji, I am now as wise as you. Plus thanks for wasting my time now let's get training started." Tenten was in a good mood that day, even the lecture didn't stop her beautiful day.

"Yosh! I'll do 500 push-ups while Gai-sensei sits on my back, If I complete this Sakura will ask me out on a date to a fancy restaurant!" Lee yelled and Gai, very happy by Lee's words, sat on his back while Lee did push-ups.

Tenten rolled her eyes and looked at neji. "Let's just spar ok?"

Neji turned to her and nodded his head in agreement.

As they gave each other enough space, Neji couldn't help but notice Tenten was in a good mood that day. 'I wonder what got her in a good mood' he thought to himself.

"Say Tenten, Before we start, what's got you in a good mood today?" Tenten smiled as her comrade finally noticed. She then realized that no one had ever asked her something like that in years maybe...Just the thought wanted to put her in a bad mood.

"Well since you asked, I was walking down the busy streets earlier and found this amazing kunai and I had enough money to buy it! I was so ha-" A loud thud cut her off.

"OOOOOWWW!!" yelled Lee, He fell on the ground. He was mad at himself now, He was at 490 pushups, when out of nowhere a stupid ant bit his hand and he fell, not to mention Gai was on top of him...

Tenten and Neji rushed straight to Lee for assistance

"Gosh Lee, Are you okay?" Tenten was obviously worried

"Don't be stupid Tenten, He was just bit by an ant." Neji didn't mean to sound so harsh, he just wanted to sound cool.

The truth was Neji had feelings for tenten. In their early years he always thought of her as a friend. But now he thought more of her...As Gai would always call her, she was his 'Beautiful blooming youthful flower'. Every time Gai said that Tenten would laugh, He would blush. He wanted her to one day not laugh, but just say "Yeah you're right Gai".

Those words ruined Tenten good mood, She decided to stay quiet while Lee got up.

"Next time Lee don't sound like an idiot and cry for help." Neji continued

"Oh yeah Neji, Because you think your so high and mighty, WELL THAT ANT BITE HURTS OKAY?!" Lee had experience pain before but this ant actually did hurt

"Come on Lee, cheer up, Let's go to our happy place" Gai sensai always knew how to make Lee happy.

They both started chanting the word "Youth!" Over and over at the top of there lungs. Neji couldn't stand it so he turned to Tenten.

"Fate can be so cruel you know? One moment you're just..." He continued his story but Tenten was In another world...Thinking

'I can't believe he just goes on talking about Fate, while Lee and Gai keep yelling about that stupid youth. I almost cant believe Ive held up with this stupid crap for years... I think I might kill myself, right here, right now.. Give me one reason not to end it..."

As if Lee had read her mind He spoke up.

"Tenten I have realized something today.."

Tenten's face lit up, Finally Lee noticed that she was being left out all these years!

"Hahaha, Your buns make you look like a panda!" Lee acknowledged.

"Hey you know what Lee... You're right!" Neji agreed with him. No wonder she looks so cute he thought to himself

That was enough to snap Tenten...

"YOU KNOW WHAT, BOTH OF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT ME AT ALL. I SWEAR TO TE GODS BOTH OF YOU DONT EVEN NOTCIE I EXIST SOMETIMES! TELL ME, WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU ASKED HOW MY DAY WAS, OR WHAT IM DOING OR WHATEVER ITS ALWAYS YOUTH OR STUPID FATE AND THE WEIRDEST CHALLENGES IVE EVER HEARD!" Tenten has never been so angry in her life.

Shes only snapped 3 times in her life. The first time was in her Genin years when she found out she was teamed up with a cold hearted jerk, and the worst kid in the class. Second time was when she found out all her weapons were used to decorate the training grounds (Which was supposed to be a present from Lee, But Lee was never good at finding out what girls liked), But afterwords he accidentally lost all her weapons, And the third time was right now. Shes never felt so mad in her life

Tears were rolling down her face, Neji wanted to wipe them off but he knew He'd make it worse. But when she asked when was the last time they asked her about anything, He noticed he never really did ask her anything other then why she was late. Lee felt the same too, Tenten was like a sister to him and to think that he ignored her for so long... That made him sad too.

"Im leaving, Dont look for me ok?" Tenten ran away as she said that, She was mad, so mad, She won't forgive them until they man up and apologize.

Ok so this is my first fanfiction, Tell me if it was okay, I plan on working on the next chapter Asap!

Next chapter: Ramen noodles are my only escape!
