Well, here i am. One day later than planned. This chapter is mostly about the relationship of Mr. Li and Yibo. I hope it makes sense ...^^

Today, 2 weeks after Xiao Zhan found his voice, was the day he would meet Dr. Huang, the speech therapist. Li Bowen tried to get an earlier appointment but Dr. Huang said he was really busy with a lot of other patients. In the meantime few things happened in the last two weeks.

Within these weeks Yibo was busy trying to teach his boyfriend how to speak but it did not worked out well. Why? Because only after two days Xiao Zhan did not want to continue anymore as Yibo could not stop laughing the moment Xiao Zhan opened his mouth. At the end Xiao Zhan tried to ignore his boyfriend as much as he could and either hid himself in the library reading the folders of Xuan Lu over and over again or he was with Li Bowen, having a lot of fun.

Yibo, of course, felt guilty and tried to apologize which was not easy as Xiao Zhan would not allow Yibo near him. Haikuan and Bowen realized the odd behavior of both boys but decided to not interfere as it was something these two should handle on their own.

This cold war ended after 6 days and it was not Yibo who went to Xiao Zhan but the other way around. In the middle of the night Xiao Zhan, who was sleeping in his old room the whole time, sneaked into Yibo's bedroom and joined the latter in bed. Yibo of course felt that as he was not yet asleep. In fact he did not sleep very well since the fight with his boyfriend started. He turned around to see Xiao Zhan already sleeping right away after he covered himself with the blanket.

Yibo recognized the dark circles under his boyfriend's eyes as he saw the same ones whenever he looked into the mirror. He was happy that Xiao Zhan came to him and gently stroke the latter's cheeks. Xiao Zhan instantly cuddled up to Yibo and that was the moment he too fell in a peaceful sleep after 6 days.

The next morning Xiao Zhan woke up and looked straight into Yibo's eyes. Before the younger boy could react Yibo hugged him and apologized over and over again until Xiao Zhan signalized Yibo he was not mad anymore. They laid together for another 10 minutes before Xiao Zhan climbed out of bed and walked to the bathroom door. Yibo's eyes followed him with every step and when the younger boy waved him over, Yibo quickly left the bed as well to join his boyfriend in the shower.

During the breakfast Haikuan had to smile seeing his little brother and his son being on good terms again. Both boys could not keep their hands off of each other, not until Haikuan cleared his voice to make them stop.

When Li Bowen arrived at 11 am and saw Yibo and Xiao Zhan being so lovey dovey again he smiled secretly before faking a frown.

"What is this? I was not here for 1 day and you already took Xiao Zhan away from me... Yibo that is not fair ...." He complained and Haikuan, who came out of the kitchen when he heard the front door open, chuckled.

"Is it my problem that you are working here only every two days? By the way can I remind you that Xiao Zhan is MY boyfriend to begin with?"

"Now, look at that. The last days you looked so pitiful and now you are being all sassy again...But hey, you are right. Haikuan? How about I come here every day? There is a lot of empty space where I could plant some more flowers and they would need a lot of care." Bowen turned to the house owner who tried to suppress a laugh.

"That is not what I meant! I will not allow you to work here every day!" Yibo said firmly and Bowen nodded.

"Wow... that is so nice of you." Bowen answered smilingly.

"Huh? What is nice?" Yibo was confused and Xiao Zhan, who seemed to have understood it, giggled.

"You don't want me to work every day... well I will as usual work every two days then. But I will still come over every day.

"You are doing that on purpose, huh? Well guess what, do what you want, I don't care.!" Yibo answered and rolled his eyes.

"For real? I can do what I want? Okay then. Haikuan, I heard the guest room is still available. Might I move in with you guys?" Bowen asked and Haikuan could not hold it anymore and laughed out loud.

Yibo was too shocked to even say something. 'Just what is wrong with this man?!' He thought.

"Xiao Zhan, come here. I still owe you a birthday present, right? I already placed it in the garden."

Xiao Zhan nodded and followed Bowen to find out what his birthday present was. Yibo too was curious and of course walked after them. Haikuan already knew but still joined them to see Xiao Zhan happily smiling.

In the garden on the empty space next to Xiao Zhan's spot stood a small tree. Xiao Zhan widened his eyes and looked at Bowen while pointing to the tree.

"Happy late birthday, Xiao Zhan." Bowen smiled. Xiao Zhan walked up to the tree and before looking at the gardener questioningly. "Its an almond tree and I would like to plant it with you and ..." he stopped and looked at Yibo. "...you, Yibo." He said and almost laughed at the grimace Yibo did. It was something between shock, surprise and suspicion.

At the end Bowen smiled and hugged Yibo. "You are 20 years old but why are you so damn cute? Sometimes even cuter than my little brother." He said before Yibo fought himself free.

"Let me judge that when I met him. Bring him here and I will prove you I am everything but cute!" Yibo said.

"I cant as he is not at home right now. I already told you he is not living with me and my family."

"Strange ... just what could be the reason for that?" Yibo asked ironically before walking to his boyfriend who was waiting for the two quarrels to stop.

"So what is your answer to my suggestion? Together or not?" Bowen asked again and nodded satisfied when not only Xiao Zhan but Yibo too agreed. Then he turned to Haikuan and looked at him questioningly.  

 "I will have to decline. You guys can do that together and have fun while I will just watch you and later start cooking the lunch." Haikuan answered and Bowen accepted his choice.

"What are you taking so so long? Are you coming now or not?!" Yibo shouted impatient and Bowen saw him getting pinched my Xiao Zhan. Bowen shook his head in amusement before walking up to them in order to start.

In the middle of their task Xiao Zhan felt slightly unwell and looked up just to see someone disappearing behind a tree.

"Xiao Zhan? What is wrong?" Bowen asked and Yibo too looked at his boyfriend. Xiao Zhan pointed to the spot where someone was hiding and when the other saw that someone as well, Bowen signalized the couple to stay behind before walking up to the tree. When he was only a few meters away the person, a man, quickly run away.

Bowen waited for a few minutes to check if the man would come back but when that was not the case he went back to the boys who saw everything.

"Did you seem him? Someone you know?" The gardener asked and Yibo shook his head. Only Xiao Zhan was hesitating. "Xiao Zhan?"

The called boy took out his notebook and showed it to them after he wrote something down.

>I am not sure but he looked familiar.<

"Well, in case you see him again, tell Yibo or Haikuan. Who knows what this man is up to. Lets quickly continue. I can smell Haikuan's cooking up to here." Bowen said dreamily and the three continued until the tree was planted perfectly.

After Lunch Bowen called Dr. Huang's office multiple times and at the late afternoon finally got the first appointment for the next week. He told this to Haikuan, Yibo and Xiao Zhan and everyone was happy, especially Xiao Zhan.  

So today was the day. Haikuan, Yibo, Xiao Zhan and Bowen made their way to the Doctor's office using Haikuan's car. When they get out of the car and walked up to the building Xiao Zhan suddenly started to shiver. He quickly hid behind the nearest person, which happened to be Li Bowen.

Everyone was worried as to what happened and the answer to that question was standing next to another car. It was a woman. Xiao Zhan did not get panic attacks anymore but he is still scared of woman, especially those he did not now.

But when that woman turned around Bowen was the one who looked slightly off. The woman coincidentally looked towards their direction and when she saw the group of four, especially the gardener, she smiled warmly before walking up to them.

Yibo placed himself in front of Xiao Zhan who sighed loudly. Despite feeling scared he wanted to know who this woman is and why she is smiling at the gardener.

"Hello, Bowen. Its been a long time since we last met." The woman said and smiled.

"Its been 4 years, yes. You look as beautiful as ever." Bowen answered and smiled back but with sad eyes.

"My god, stop it." The woman giggled and turned to the others. "Who are they, if I may ask?"

"Oh, that is Liu Haikuan, my boss and friend. This cutie right here is Wang Yibo and Haikuan's little brother an-"

"I am not cute!" Yibo interrupted him and Bowen chuckled.

"And this is Xiao Zhan, Yibo's boyfriend and Haikuan's son. We are here because Xiao Zhan has an appointment here with Dr. Huang. Guys this beautiful woman next to me is Li Qin, my ex-wife. She is working as an assistant to Dr. Huang." The gardener introduced them to each other.

"Hello, nice to meet you. Actually today I don't have to work. Its just that Dr. Huang left his ID-Card at home. I just bring it here as he will need it later." Li Qin explained and right after that her phone rang. "I am sorry. I need to take the call." She apologized and stepped to the side before answering.

"Lets go inside, we are late already. Dr. Huang is waiting for us" Bowen said and continued to walk while the others followed him. Yibo looked back to the woman from time to time, much to Xiao Zhan's annoyance. The younger boy took Yibo's hand in his what made the latter looking back at Zhan.

"Why are you jealous? What is going on in your smart and beautiful head, right know?" Yibo chuckled and gave his boyfriend a quick kiss on his lips. Xiao Zhan nodded satisfied before both entered the building.

A short guy walked up to the four and led them the way to the doctor's office where the Doctor already waited. He waved them in and after the door is closed he introduced himself.

"I am the speech therapist Dr. Huang Jingyu. Nice to meet." The doctor said while facing Xiao Zhan, Yibo and Haikuan.  

"Hello, my name is Liu Haikuan. I am Xiao Zhan's father and psychiatrist. Here is a file with everything you need to know in order to not endanger my son." Haikuan introduced himself and gave Dr. Huang the file.

"Alright. I will read it and use it for the next appointment. Today we only get to know each other. Bowen already told me a little bit about you, Xiao Zhan. But not much. So how about you tell me who you are?" Dr. Huang asked and the younger boy took out his notebook. For the next 15 minutes it was only Dr. Huang and Xiao Zhan who where communicating with each other while the others just watched and listened.

"Nice to work with you, Xiao Zhan." Dr. Huang then said and when he was about to tip something in his computer someone knocked on the door before Li Qin entered the office.

"QinQin, honey. What are you doing here?" Dr. Huang asked surprised and Li Qin held up the ID-Card.

"I missed you and because of this. Where was your head this morning?" She smiled gently and put the card on the desk before turning to Bowen.

"I am sorry because of earlier, Bowen. The phone call was important. It was not polite to interrupt our conversion."

"No harm done. We were already late for the appointment anyway so we quickly walked ahead. I forgot to ask you how you are doing?"

"I am fine and I guess you too. You look .... kind of happy. I guess you fully reconciled with your parents?"

"I did. It was not easy but at the end it worked out well." Bowen answered and smiled at Li Qin.

"Happy to hear. How are your parents? Is your mother still so clingy? I remember she called you at least 5 times per day." Li Qin asked and chuckled.

"No, thankfully not anymore. Its only two times each day. In the morning and in the evening. If she has time sometimes once at midday too." Bowen answered with a smile and Li Qin laughed out loud.

"Honey, as much as I love you being next to me I am in the middle of a consultation. I have to work. Wait for me at home, okay? Then I will belong fully to you." Dr. Huang interrupted the two and walked to Li Qin to kiss her. She was surprised as usually Dr. Huang did not like it to show this in the open, especially in front of his patients. That was the reason it felt not really right kissing him right know but she let it happen as they will soon get married anyway and why not enjoying a kiss here and there.

Bowen tried to not show his sadness and looked to another direction, towards Yibo. He might be divorced but he did that only for the happiness of his ex-wife. Yes, he still loved her but back then he did not want to keep up the marriage fully knowing Li Qin was unhappy. Seeing her now happily in the arms of Dr. Huang while being kissed deeply, it hurt him but he wanted to be strong.

"Excuse me?! We are still here. Can you postpone you togetherness until you are home? We did not come here to see you guys kissing." Yibo suddenly called out, sightly annoyed. Xiao Zhan looked at his boyfriend surprised. Even Bowen was. While Bowen kept on looking at Yibo, Yibo's eyes laid on Dr. Huang who slowly let go of his soon to be wife.

"I am sorry. Usually we don't do this in front of his patients. Bowen, how about we meet some-"

"Go home now, QinQin and don't miss me to much." Dr Huang interrupted her and Li Qin smiled but looked kind of disappointed when she bid farewell. Yibo saw the doctor secretly eyeing the gardener while he kissed Li Qin and frowned. Bowen, who kept on looking at Yibo the whole time, saw this and was confused but decided to ask the troublemaker later.

"I am sorry for this. Sometimes it overcomes me seeing my fiance. I just love her too much. Lets go back to the consultation. I would like to know Xiao Zhan's schedule so we can decided when the appointments are going to take place." Dr. Huang said and turned his gaze back to his computer.

"There is no schedule. He is free most of the time. How often will have to come here in a week? And how long would take it for him to fully speak?" Haikuan asked.

"Lets do it thrice a week for the time being. If I see no improvement we will meet more often. If he does show them, we can do it twice a week. And for how long... well, that depends on Xiao Zhan's will and determination. I cant predict it now. Most people need at least a year but there are others who need longer and a few even lesser than one year. We will have to wait and see."  

After the important details were explained and the days of the sessions has been decided they bid farewell. It was decided that Xiao Zhan would come thrice a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. They left the office and walked towards Haikuan's car and Bowen tried to start a conversation with Yibo.

"What happened inside that you were frowning the whole time?" Bowen asked Yibo.

"You were with me in the same room. Does there have to be another reason?" Yibo answered without looking at the gardener.

"Ouch, that hurt. Cant you at least compliment me once? Is that so difficult? Pretty please...." Bowen pleaded teasingly.

"I like the pimple on your forehead. It suits you."

"Yibo .... for real now. I shower you with my love and everything I get back it this .... Why do you hate me so much?" Bowen asked.

"You wanted a compliment, I gave you one. Take it or leave." He answered and Bowen shook his head in amusement while Xiao Zhan pinched Yibo gently.

"Bowen, you ex-wife seems to be very friendly." Haikuan said and interrupted the two.

"Only friendly? She is also smart, beautiful, gentle and funny." Bowen answered with a smile.

"You loved her much, right? You two look good together. I am sorry. I know I should not say this but it is the truth." Haikuan apologized after seeing the sadness in the gardener's eyes.

"Well, I still do somehow. That is why intend to keep her last name. But I did not take good care of her when I tried to get close to my family again. She felt neglected."

"Stupid... wasn't she the one who advised you to talk to your family again? But when you did so she was not happy and even fell in love with someone else? What logic is this?" Yibo asked irritated.

"No logic, Yibo. Its love. I know Dr. Huang since Li Qin started working here 7 years ago. We became friends really quickly and .... he is a good guy." Bowen answered and saw Yibo shaking his head while mumbling "Idiot!" before turning around.

"What is it, Yibo? Did you forget something?" Bowen wanted to know when he saw Yibo going back to the building.

"I need to pee!" Yibo shouted back and disappeared into the building.

"Haikuan, are you sure he is 20 years old?" Bowen asked and Haikuan smiled.

"Yes, pretty sure. I was present when he was born."

"But what if he was switched when you were not present?"

"I am 100 % sure this is not the case. Don't worry."

"Then why is he like this? Cute but very very childish." Bowen wanted to know.

"Well, believe it or not. He is like that only with you. And to point this out to you, you are equally childish." Haikuan answered teasingly and saw Bowen chuckling before the latter walked towards the building.

"Hey, what are you doing?" Haikuan shouted.

"Checking on your little brother. He is taking a little bit long." Bowen shouted back and disappeared inside the building as well.

"What long? It was just 5 minutes...  Well, I guess we have to wait here Xiao Zhan. Lets hope both of them will not make any trouble inside." Haikuan said and heard Xiao Zhan giggle.

While Haikuan and Bowen were still talking outside, Yibo entered the building, passed the entrance area and entered the office of Dr. Huang who sat at his desk with his back facing Yibo while talking with Li Qin on the phone.

"Why are you mad right now, QinQin?" The doctor asked confused.

"Why did you have to interrupt my conversation with Bowen? We did not see each other for a long time and you just send me home. I wanted to talk to him more and maybe meet sometimes. Now I dont even have his number..." Yibo heard her answering as the phone was on speaker.

"I had my patient sitting here. It is not exemplary that someone is barging in. You could have left the ID-Card at the front desk."

"It was not exemplary to bring my fiance his Card? Then why did you kiss me in front of you patient? You think that was exemplary? You have never done this before." Li Qin complained.

"Listen, QinQin. I am sorry if I made you unhappy. I really am. You know how important my patients are for me. This time I ... just wanted to kiss you. Because I love you. I will apologize to properly when I come home, I promise. Please forgive me for now." Dr. Huang asked pleadingly.

"Only for now! You better apologize in a right way or else I will be mad at you for quite some time." Li Qin gave in.

"I promise you, honey. I love you. See you in the evening."

"Before you come home, you have to buy some things. I will send you the list in a moment." Li Qin said and the doctor cut the call. He then turned around and almost got a heart attack seeing Yibo sitting in one of the chairs in front of him.

"Weren't you the one with Xiao Zhan? You name was ....Yibo, right? Don't you know it is not polite to listen to others conversations? You should have some respect." Dr. Huang said firmly but Yibo only shrugged.

"If you want respect from me you have to earn it. I am here to ask you what this behavior from earlier was supposed to mean? Mr. Li might not have seen it but I did." Yibo wanted to know.

"And what behavior do you mean?" Dr. Huang asked back.

"You interrupting Mr. Li and your fiance in a conversation. Then you stepped forward and kissed her. Mr. Li looked away, of course he did, but I did not. I saw you looking directly to Mr. Li, hoping he would see it? Why did you do it? Don't say that I am wrong, we both know that is not the case." Yibo said.

"How about you mind your own business. How old are you by the way?" Dr. Huang asked.

"Old enough. Well I guess I already know the meaning of it anyway."

"Oh? What do you know?"

"You never liked him, do you? I have to be honest. I know not much about Mr. Li but I know enough to understand the situation." Yibo said while remembering the things he secretly read in Xiao Zhan's notebook. He looked at Dr. Huang and continued.

"You kissed your fiance in front of Mr. Li because you wanted to show him that she now is yours. Your future wife. You also know that Mr. Li still loves her much. You are scared. Scared Li Qin might change her mind and goes back to Mr. Li. And in order to prevent that you want to show him how happy she is with you. Because when she was with Mr. Li she wasn't." Yibo said and when he saw Dr. Huang's reactions he knew he was right.

'Maybe I really should be a psychologist ...' Yibo thought and chuckled inwardly.

"Fine, it is like you said. But why does it concern you? You are not even related to him."

"I don't have to be related to him. I know about the story why Mr. Li and your fiance divorced years ago. Therefore I have a question for you because ... well I really want to know." Yibo said.

"What question?" Dr. Huang asked and looked quietly annoyed.

"Aren't you ashamed? Ashamed of yourself?" Yibo wanted to know and watched Dr. Huang frowning.

"Why should I?"

"Well, while Mr. Li was busy trying to reconcile with his family, Li Qin became slowly unhappy. Because Mr. Li would always be with his family and did not have much time for her. But you, a friend of both, Mr. Li and Li Qin used this chance and seduced her. She fell in love with you and wanted a divorce from Mr. Li. Aren't you ashamed, seducing the wife of your friend?"

"Listen here, boy. You are too young to know anything about this matter. Moreover it is not your business. How about you go now?" Dr. Huang said irritated.

"Is it so difficult to answer that? Not only seduced you Li Qin you even trying to prevent her from meeting or even talking to Mr. Li ...."

"You know what? I don't have time for a brat like you but I will tell you something. I never seduced her! I saw her being unhappy and treated her to meals and some drinks. I wanted her to smile again. I fell in love with her at first sight when she started working here and wanted to ask her on a date a few days after that but then she introduced me to her husband. I was disappointed. Bowen was a good and friendly man and seemed to love her much so I just decided to be friends with both of them.

A few years later I saw her getting unhappy and thought I could cheer her up by eating meals together, going out for drinks or to the beach and when she told me a few weeks later that she fell in love with me... what should I have done? Rejecting the woman I loved? Why would I? For me that was the chance to be together with her. Of course I would advise her to divorce with Bowen or else she would forever be unhappy."

"No wonder you don't want her to meet or talk with Mr. Li. You are scared she will change her mind and goes back to him. You kissed her on purpose because you know he still has feelings for her. But let me tell you something! Mr. Li is not an asshole like you. And you do not deserve a friend like him. And this Li Qin is not better than you. She was the one who advised Mr. Li to go and reconcile with his parents and when he did so she was unhappy about the fact that Mr. Li spend more time with his parents than with her.

When she asked for a divorce he first did not want to but he wanted her to be happy so at the end he agreed to it despite feeling hurt. He always wanted the best for her and he even is happy that she found someone she can love in his friend, in you. But what are you doing? Trying your best to show him what he lost and that she is now yours! You are an asshole!" Yibo said angrily.

Dr. Huang said nothing. He was shocked about the fact that someone dared to speak to him like this. While both man stared at each other there was a soft sob to be heard and Dr. Huang realized he accidentally did not disconnect the call. He quickly put his phone at his ear and when he called out for Li Qin she already cut the call.

"You! That is your fault! Why did you have to say that!? Now she will be mad at me even more." Dr. Huang shouted angrily but Yibo only shrugged.

"It was not me who did not cut the call. Its your fault. I will go now but let me warn you. Stop being an asshole and stop your behavior in front of Mr. Li and when you fiance wants to meet him you better not forbid it! It is not your decision!"

With that being said he stood up and walked to the door which was just ajar. When he opened it, he directly run into the gardener and it seemed like he was listening to the whole conversations inside the doctor's office. Without even looking at Bowen once, Yibo passed him and walked away.

Bowen looked to Dr. Huang before following Yibo with a smirk on his face. When they just left the building Bowen could not hold it in anymore.

"You like me!" He said with big grin on his face. Yibo ignored him.

"You like me!" Bowen repeated but Yibo still ignored him.

"Wang Yibo likes Li Bowen!" Now he was almost shouting and that was something Yibo could not ignore.

"Shut up! Stop shouting nonsense." Yibo hissed.

"That is no nonsense. You defended me inside which clearly showed you like me. I have known you for over a year and I should have realized it sooner. Whenever I asked you if you hate me and why, you never answered. And knowing you quite good I know that you hate to lie. When I asked you why you hate me you did not answer me because first, you did not want to lie and secondly you did not want to admit you like me."

"Whatever ..." Yibo answered and Bowen chuckled.

"You always say that when you cant counter. But hey, I will give you a chance. Look into my eyes and tell me: Do you like me?" Bowen asked and waited for Yibo's answer, which did not come. Instead he walked faster when he saw his brother's car.

"You see! You don't want to lie and you don't want to admit it. Which shows clearly you like me. Finally!" Bowen said and laughed when he saw Yibo's ears getting red. But when the younger man did not react Bowen run towards the car and said something to Xiao Zhan. It looked like whatever it was Xiao Zhan was not happy but he nodded after Haikuan too said something.

When Yibo arrived at the car he had to find out that his boyfriend and the gardener changed seats and Yibo had to sit together with Bowen at the back seat.

"What is that supposed to mean?" Yibo asked irritated.

"Lets sit together and get closer. No worries, I will not tell anyone that you like me." Bowen said out loud. Haikuan laughed and Xiao Zhan looked at Yibo curiously.

"I will not go inside that car!" Yibo said determined and Haikuan sighed.

"Suit yourself. For your information the next bus stop is 20 minutes away and you will have to change the bus three times and then walk 20 more minutes until you are home. Still not want to come inside?" Bowen asked innocently and Yibo glared at him before climbing into the car.

During the drive Haikuan and Xiao Zhan had to listen to the quarrels at the back seat for quite some time until Haikuan could not endure it anymore.

"One more word and I will lock both of you in one room until you have nothing to quarrel about anymore!" Haikuan threatened and Yibo stopped talking immediately.

"Haikuan, I just had so much fun...." Bowen complained and Xiao Zhan laughed which made everyone smile.  

8 Months later

During the last months Xiao Zhan went thrice a week to Dr. Huang. Sometimes escorted by Haikuan and sometimes by Li Bowen. Yibo did not want to meet that Doctor again and decided to wait for his boyfriend at home every day.

In the first two months Xiao Zhan was very tired after every session and went to bed almost immediately. Haikuan did not liked that and after just a few days he threatened to cancel the sessions if Xiao Zhan does not eat. It worked. Xiao Zhan pleaded Haikuan to not cancel it and promised to eat more. Yibo too was worried but just watched them and smiled happily.

The times Haikuan escorted Xiao Zhan was the days Yibo was alone with the gardener. At the beginning Yibo would hang out with his friends or lock himself up in the cellar to have some time alone. But soon he was bored and he jumped over his shadow and asked Bowen for a few games. Of course Yibo lost every game but Bowen saw him improving and praised him for that.

In these months Bowen could not bring Yibo to say that he like him but he was not giving up.

From time to time the man, who hid behind a tree, showed up and observed Xiao Zhan, Yibo and Li Bowen in the garden but no one could ever catch him. But he would secretly follow Xiao Zhan wherever he went. Not always but very often.

After 4 months Xiao Zhan was not tired anymore and even had fun going to the sessions. At every weekend he would go to the training with Yibo and afterwards to the cinema or in a game room together with Paul, Yi Jang, Ziyi, Xuan Lu and later even with Yang Mi. Of course it took some days to lose his fear against Yang Mi but at the end he succeeded.

Xiao Zhan slowly started to speak. He was slow, stuttered a lot and his voice was very husky, but he could speak. Within these 8 months Xiao Zhan had often sore throats and even a tonsillitis. Dr. Wang Yi Zhou explained that it could happen as Xiao Zhan's throat was not used to the amount of talking.

Whenever Xiao Zhan had a tonsillitis FanXing was not allowed to meet him. Of course the 4 years old boy would throw a tantrum and only Yibo could calm him down. The moment Xiao Zhan recovered FanXing did not not leave his side for one second, not even during a shower much to Yibo's annoyance.

When both MianMian and Haikuan saw the relationships between the three they felt happy and satisfied and only a few days later MianMian moved into the house together with FanXing. The little boy was overjoyed and used every chance to have fun with either Xiao Zhan or Yibo.

Once in the middle of the night FanXing woke up walked down the stairs to see his mother only to come back a minute later waking up Yibo and Xiao Zhan while explaining his mother would be tortured and was in pain. Of course the couple was worried but when FanXing explained his mother would screaming and Uncle Haikuan laughing, they knew what was happening down there. They explained that his mother would only play with Uncle Haikuan and there was nothing to worry about. FanXing relaxed instantly before going back to sleep.

Sometimes when FanXing was sleeping deeply the couple retreated into the bathroom to take a long shower together because during the day they had no time for this, especially with FanXing around.

Then, 2 months ago, a joyful occasion happened as Haikuan asked MianMian to marry her. He was nervous and everyone could see it when he went down on his knees on MianMian's birthday. She immediately said yes and could not stop crying. FanXing did not like that and accused Haikuan he would mistreating his mother. Only after MianMian explained everything laughingly FanXing happily announced that Xiao Zhan would now officially be his older brother. Neither Haikuan nor MianMian decided when the wedding would be because MianMian wanted to marry after Xiao Zhan can fully speak because he would love to hear a speech from him. Hearing that Xiao Zhan is trying even harder to learn to speak properly.

While the engaged couple was celebrating, Bowen looked happily and sadly at the same time.

"Please, don't tell me the one you fell in love with was MianMian Laoshi..."Yibo said after he saw the gardener standing in a corner.

"I definitely did not! She is a nice woman and suits your brother very well." Bowen answered.

"Oh no... my brother?!" Yibo was shocked. 

"No, not your brother." Bowen laughed. 

"Then who is it? But let me tell you in advance you will not get my boyfriend! So you better did not fall for him!" Yibo warned and Bowen chuckled.

"What if the person I fell for is ... you?" Bowen teased.

"Sorry but I am taken! Look for someone else. Hey, I think Dr. Wang is still single... " Yibo said and Bowen started laughing.

"Are you trying to pair me off with him?"

"If that means you will move in with him leave here ... yes!" Yibo said and found himself in the embrace of Bowen. "Hey, you idiot! Let me go!" Yibo struggled.

"Thank you, Yibo."

"Huh? What now? Wow, don't tell me you really fell for him? Cant believe it..." Yibo was surprised.

"I did not. But you cheered me up. Thank you for that. I really really appreciate that. When are you finally admitting that you like me? Hm?" Bowen wanted to know.

"No that again... whatever. Where is Xiao Zhan?" Yibo freed himself and started to search for his boyfriend, ignoring Bowen's laughter.  

Today it was Sunday and Yibo and Xiao Zhan went to the training a little bit earlier than usual. The moment they arrived at the basketball court they saw someone warming up already and when they looked closer they recognized Meng Yao.

"Hey, Meng Yao! Long time no see. Since when are you back in china? What happened?" Yibo asked him happily.

"Hey you two. I am back since two days. Actually it was planned I would come back 6 months ago already but it did not worked out well and we had to stay longer. But now I am back" Meng Yao answered.

"You lo-look not really hap-happy." Xiao Zhan said with his husky voice and Meng Yao flinched before looking at the younger boy in shock. Yibo laughed.

"Well, surprise. He can speak now." Yibo said and explained shortly what happened since Meng Yao went to America.

"I still cant believe it. Can you say my name? Please only once" Meng Yao asked and Xiao Zhan complied.

"Meng Y-Yao." Xiao Zhan smiled and was hugged by Meng Yao instantly until the latter frowned while looking into a specific direction.

"Its him again... he is showing up from time to time but would always run away... We even called the police but they said they could do nothing."Yibo answered annoyed.

Meng Yao said nothing as he knew very well who that guy was. And he was not happy. Before he could talk to the stalker Trainer Lu signalized them the training would start.

After the training Meng Yao, Xiao Zhan and Yibo bid farewell to Ji Yang and walked up to Yibo's bike. To Yibo's annoyance there parked the black limousine again, blocking the way to his bike.

Our beautfuly and innocent .... okay maybe not  that innocent anymore.... Xiao Zhan can now speak:) :) He still stutters but that is totally okay. I cant wait for his speech at the wedding ^^
