So approximately one and a half months ago, the follower count on SciKick hit 1000. Right at that historical moment, the SciKick headquarters blew up, and everybody was launched into an instant Dance/Rave/Party mode. It was chaotic.

But, in the midst of chaos (poetic, eh?), we decided that it would be fair only if we thanked all of you for bringing us here. And so we thought the best way to show our gratitude was...

TO HOLD A CONTEST!

So here we are, about to announce the results to THE 1000 contest (I was gonna write the THE 1000 contest, but that sounded a tad bit weird)! We know it's been quite long since we started this competition, and we apologize for the delay, but it's just because we had to read through piles (metaphorically speaking, of course) of amazing and captivating entries that were written by you all! The remarkable standard of writing that was in the entries was also why we took so long to decide - they were all UNBELIEVABLY MIND-BLOWING AND ENTERTAINING TO READ!

Once again, I just wanna reiterate how thankful all of us are for the incredible amount of support you all have given us since the start of SciKick, and we hope that we have managed to do you all good by promoting your works, interacting with you all and providing useful feedback when needed.
