After I got some rest we start walking following the map and arrived at a tower

Y/n: " Ooo... the tower let out a waterfall...? And it suprisingly peaceful for someone who take dragon as hostage... "

And so I move closer to the gate and try shouting

After a bit I'm all dried up and even my clothes completely dry thanks to magic, we then get in and got some tea

Morgan: " So... did you really threaten a whole kingdom? "

Princess: " What? No! Well... in a way yes I guess... to be fair that kingdom is just full of shitty people! Not to mention that kingdom prince keep trying to court me into his harem! "

Princess: " If you curious why don't you go there, and see for it yourself just how awful that kingdom is, That's place is like a lawless land, where the rich and the strong can freely do anything they want "

Princess: " At least today there's no prince coming here which is nice "

Princess: " Yep! You can read them if you want! "

Morgan: " I'll do just that "

Morgan look at the books and pick something that interests her

I look at the books look for something interesting and easy enough to read, and I found couple of fairly tail books and the likes

Y/n: " Hmm... Melu! Let's read book together! "

Melusine: " Sure Papa! "

Melusine sit on my lap, as I open book in front of her and we start reading together as the book also have some illustrations too

After a bit it's getting late, and so with that we are done with the stories for now, and I look around for other books

I found some cooking books, and I read it, and found how different ingredients here from earth

Y/n: (... There's a corn dragon...? What? )

A dragon made out of corn? Eh? That... is interesting? It only come out at certain season as they spend their life underground or deep in the mountains

Y/n: (I wonder how popcorn would taste since its made out of a dragon...)

I look at some more cooking and the recipes and ingredients location

Y/n: ( I'm pretty much doom to be a house husband either way... so might as well learn how to cook, and see if they have Potatoes and oil here to made potatoes chips that Morgan like to snack on in the short comics, thought I don't know if that still valid for this Morgan... )

I read some more pages before closing the book

Y/n: " Yep nope... I don't think, I can actually cook any of these all the steps are a bit too complicated for someone like me who can only cook fried rice, and other simple dish "

But I'm still kind of doom to not be that useful at battle and providing for family...

Y/n: " Ugh... I definitely need to learn how to cook at least... if I can then, I won't be some kind of parasite in this relationship not doing anything useful at all... "

I went back to reading and writing down the book title so I can buy it later, I then went to the guest room that was provided and see Morgan sitting in the chair near the window

Y/n: ( Aaaaaah! What a lovely sight! This feels like a CG from a galgle! I wanna take a picture and make it my phone wallpaper! But I can't cause, I don't have my phone! But my wife is too beautiful that I feel like dying right now! )

Morgan: " Ah you finally decide to come, you done reading the cooking books? "

Y/n: " Ah! Did y-you saw me reading that, sorry I was just trying to learn something so that I can help you... I don't want to be a useless parasite in this relationship " I look down at the floor feeling embarrassed for being useless

Y/n: " B-but you don't need to learn, i-i will learn how to cook the best I can! S-so you don't need to learn it with me "

Morgan: " Hmm~ are you afraid that if, I learned how to cook, you will go back to being useless? "

Y/n: " Yes... Sorry for being selfish and useless... "

Morgan: " Fufu~ there's no need to apologize, but I will learn how to cook with you, I wish to share your struggle and also happiness, we are husband and wife it is a natural thing to do, I know my words may not ease your deep insecurity that much "

I said as I turn around looking at her in the eyes while it make me really embarrassed but I want to try to be a bit brave as best as I can
