I had cleared this point in my previous book "Sushant and Disha Murder case", making it totally clear that it's a murder; it's anything but a suicide. I am still gonna mention some important points.

· The body symptoms are clearly not of suicide, In suicide- The tongue comes out, eyes pop out, saliva comes out of the mouth, but there was nothing like that with him.

· In suicide by hanging there is a 'V' shape on the neck, but in his case, there was an 'O' shape, which is the mark of strangulation.

· He was 6ft (183cm) tall almost 6'1 but the space between the fan and the bed was just 7 ft, how can someone commit suicide just in 1 inch.

· There was no stool or anything like that, on which he could stand to hang himself.

· There were only 3 fingers, fingerprints on the cloth; it's not possible to suicide with just one hand.

· The cloth was quite small, and not strong enough to carry the weight of a person weighing 80kg.

· There were injury marks all over his body, how he can have bruises, stabs, nail marks all over his body if he committed suicide.

· He was 80kg, then why the fan didn't bend due to the weight, which means he was never hanged there.

· There are no fingerprints on the fan, why? It should be there if he hanged himself.

· There was no suicide note. Why there would not be a suicide note? He is not one of those people taking such a big step without telling, coz he knew the worth of life.

· When someone hangs by suicide, the person's neck is broken, but nothing like that was with him.

· Why anyone didn't hear his voice when he hanged himself?

· The mark on his neck was deep, and seems to be like from a rope or something, not the green cloth. 

v HOW IT'S A MURDER!?

· The symptoms on his body were not of suicide,

o Eyes didn't pop out.

o Tongue didn't come out.

o Saliva didn't come out of his mouth.

o The neck was not broken.

o The neck was supposed to have a 'V' shape mark which is the mark of hanging but it had 'U' shaped mark, which is the mark of strangulation.

o The body was pale and the suicide body is never pale.

· There was no stool on which he could stand on and without stool how can he commit suicide?

· His height was 6ft, the wiki and Google are showing wrong height measurements, and he said it himself in 2 of his interviews and even one of his real friends told that he was about 6ft -6'1

· As the height was between the fan and the bed was just 5'11 it's not possible to commit suicide because his height was 6ft. The police claimed his height to be 5'10 just to prove the point but it still only left a 1-inch difference, how can someone commit suicide in just that much?

· In a photo, the flaunted green cloth's tip was so low and the length was also very less which also denotes that the height between the fan and the bed was not much. The involuntary reflex can't allow him to take his feet up if it touches the bed. It can't be a suicide, it's clear-cut murder.

· There were injury marks all over his body,

o There were bruises on his eye

o There was a punch mark above his left eyebrow and under the eye.

o Swollen lips

o Scratches on his arms.

o Broken leg

o Bruised arms and legs

o Hair being pulled to a side, which mean someone, dragged him by hair.

o There was a deep stab mark on his stomach, and blood spots on his cloths which is clear in a video and photos.

o There were 15-20 needle marks on his neck.

o Wire mark on his neck.

o He had 3-4 deep needle marks on the sole of each foot.

o There is also a black circle mark on his neck, which can be only because of a stun gun, and when analyzes his face, he had that face a stun gun victim have, which means that the marks were of a stun gun and he was paralyzed.

o The stun gun has really powerful shocks, and it vibrates with so much force that it can also cause the breakage of bones.

There was a quilt placed underneath and pillows to give his body a normal shape. The way they were placed, clearly shows it.

There is even a shoe print on one of the pillows.

· His body was pale and seemed to be like 18-20 hours old which means he was killed at midnight, but according to them he committed suicide around 9 a.m or something.

· As the cooper hospital employee said that suicide never turns pale, it can't be a suicide.

· Dr. Meenakshi Mishra did a virtual autopsy and is confident that it's a murder along with the fact that he was killed on the 13th night, not 14 June.

· A family friend told that on the 13th night SSR wasn't responding to his sister Mitu Singh's messages or calls, which never happen.

· Dr. Meenakshi also pointed out the punch mark above his left eyebrow and under the eye, and the swollen lips.
