When we arrived at the place which was at the far west of the hotel and looked much warmer but I also noticed that ZACK IS FUCKING RICH! The house was so huge that I think I would get lost once I step in that house. Jasmine started squealing and she ran to the front door, pulling on my arm that I almost tripped on practicually nothing.

"Slow down Jas" I said because she was running way too fast into that damn house with the door wide open. James was walking behind giving Jasmine a weird look, saying 'da fuck is wrong with her?' but hey! Jasmine is always like this at a party because back in L.A, we got invited to a few parties and she acted like a crazy mad man.

Jasmine ran into the house and she ran off to find Zack, that girl is more crazy then when she eats her maltesers. I turned towards James and leaned against the wall. Me and Jasmine's coat were in the car because it was so warm in here, I think this dude had the heater turned up a bit to much because he does live in the warm bit of the town, oh well, I'm not complaining though.

"I don't get why you would wear that?" James said, pointing at my dress but I just shrugged.

"Ally suggested I wear this shit so don't blame me" I said, holding up my hands.

"Whatever, just be careful because they are a lot of guys here, especially drunk guys, ok?" James warned.

"Ok James, I get it" I said, nodding my head.

"Good" James nodded.

Suddenly some brunette haired girl came over and hugged James arm. She started batting her eyelashes, ew, and she was wearing the smallest of clothes, probably baby clothes. James looked at the girl weirdly and looked at me for help. I think that girl was drunk because she was moving back and forth on her legs.

"Can you let go of my brother?" I asked, politely.

"No! Fuck you!" she shouted.

Screw politness, she's going down

"Listen here slut, this time, it's not a question, let go of my brother" I growled. The girl looked scared so she let go of his arm and ran off, scared shitless. James started laughing and I smirked.

"Thanks sis"

"No problem bro, I'm going talk to Jasmine"

"Kk"

I walked off to go find Jasmine which was easy, the kitchen, no, not because she wants to eat all the food, because there's no drunken assholes in the kitchen so she goes there. I walked into the kitchen to see Jasmine and Zack talking to each other and Jasmine laughing till she saw me and smiled. Jasmine put her drink down and walked over to me.

"Hey Em, what's up?" Jasmine asked.

"You missed out on some drunk girl all over James till I scared her off" I said with a smirk but Jasmine frowned.

"Oh god, what did you do?" Jasmine asked.

"I just told her off" I said, shrugging.

"Whatever, is James ok?" Jasmine asked, sounding concerned?

"Yeah" I said and she sighed of relief, wait what?

"Good, well I'm going to talk to Zack there and well you know where I am if you need anything" Jasmine said in a rush and ran over to Zack, looking nervous.

What's up with her? Oh well, I just ignored the thought and walked out of the kitchen only to bump into someone and almost falling till they wrapped their arms around my waist so I didn't. I looked up to see Mike, grinning at me but I glared at him. I pushed Mike away and dusted myself off.

"Hey Emily" Mike said.

"Hey Mike! I got to go!" I exclaimed.

I turned around and was about to walk away but Mike grabbed my wrist and pulled me back to his chest, wrapping his arm around my waist. I tried to get out of his grasp but let's face it, it was impossible, I mean Mike was on the football, soccer, basketball team and other teams so you could imagine how strong he is but I'm not going to give up so easily.

"Let me go!" I hissed.

"Not till you let me talk to you" Mike demanded.

"Ha! No way!" I shouted.

Mike started walking backwards as I tried to get out of his grip but it wasn't worrking. Mike opened the door to a room which was (luckily) empty and closed the door. Mike even locked the door and let go of me. I stumbled forward but I got my balance and turned around to face Mike.

"What do you want to talk about?" I asked as I crossed my arms and looked away with a scowl on my face.

"Us" Mike whispered, taking a step towards me but I took a step back.

"There is no 'us' anymore Mike! We were over two years ago when you cheated on me after a month! A frickin month Mike!" I shouted in anger.

"I know but that was a mistake!" Mike shouted back.

"Well what's done is done and we'll never get back together" I said, looking away from Mike.

"At least give me one more chance?" Mike pleaded.

"I don't know Mike...." I trailed off and bit my bottom lip, nervously.

"Please" Mike begged.

"Sorry but I can-"

I got cut off when Mike kissed me on the lips which was shocking. I hate to admit this but I miss this. I didn't even realize myself kiss back and wrap my arms around his neck. Mike wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer if that's even possible. Before things could get intense, I pushed Mike away which made him stumble back.

"I have to go" I said, quickly before running over to the door and unlocking it and running out of the room as fast as possible.

I ran downstairs and to the balcony. I stopped running and sat down on the lawn chair they had here as I stared at the moons reflection against the swimming pool. I put my head in my hands and enjoyed the moons reflection just because. I heard someone sit on the chair next to me and I turned my head to them to see my brother, James, instead.

"Why aren't you inside James?" I asked as I continued to stare at the pool.

"I saw you run here and wanted to know what was wrong" James explained.

"Oh" was all I said.

"So what did happen?" James asked as he came to sit next to me.

"You remember Mike right?" I asked as I looked up at James and he nodded but he had a scowl on his face at the mention of his name.

"Yeah, well, he kissed me so I ran away" I said, looking down again.

"I'm going to kill him!" James shouted as he stood up.

"NO!" I shouted quickly as I stood in front of him.

"Why?" James asked.

"I might like him back again" I admitted.

"What do you mean? He's the one who hurt you in the first place!" James shouted.

"I know!" I shouted before dropping to knees and putting my head in my hands as a tear slid down my cheek. I heard James kneel in front if me and felt him wrap his arms around me, pulling me close and stroking my hair to calm me down.

"Sh, it's ok" James whispered softly.

I suddenly started hearing police sirens and me and James looked at each other in confusion. We quickly got up and ran inside to find where the heck Jasmine was so we can leave. I checked downstairs as James checked upstairs. I felt someone grab my arm and start running towards the door.

"What the-?!"

"It's me, Alex"

"Let me go, I have to find Jasmine"

"She left already with Zack"

"And what about James?"

"I saw him run out the back door"

"Fine"

I started running with Alex out the door but he was still holding my hand. We ran out the door and saw police everywhere, I wonder who the fuck called the frickin cops on us, probably the fucking neighbours or something. Alex and I ran to the side, hoping to go unnoticed but then a cop that looked about 20 years old, ran in front of us and we stopped dead in our tracks.

"Stop there, where do you think you two are going?" he demanded.

"Home" Alex replied.

"Sorry but you two are coming with us" he said. I closed my eyes and tried to think of something till I got an idea even though I might hate it but it's the only way. I held onto Alex's hand and Alex looked shocked when I did.

"Please don't take us, we're just an innocent couple, taking a-" I swallowed, in disgust before continuing my sentence. "Romantic walk in the park" I said, smiling innocently. Alex smirked at me but I ignored it. The cop looked at us to see if we were telling the truth.

"Are you sure about that?" he asked and I nodded.

"Yup" I said.

"If so then prove it that you two are a couple" he demanded.

"How?" I asked. The cop smirked at us.

"Kiss" he said and my eyes widen.

"What!?" me and Alex shouted in unisom.

"You heard me, unless you two were lying then-"

I grabbed Alex's shirt and pulled him down so that we were faced to face. I kissed him and the cop stopped babbling on. Alex's eyes widen but then he kissed back, wrapping his arms around my waist. I wrapped my arms around his neck and smirked when the cop stormed off to the police cars. I pulled away from Alex and sighed of relief.

"We're safe" I said. I looked over at Alex who was smirking down at me.

"A couple huh?" Alex mocked. I glared at him.

"Shut up!" I hissed.

"Hey, you thought of it in the first place" Alex said, raising his hands.

"Just never speak of it again, ok?" I said as we both started walking home, together.

"No way!" Alex exclaimed and I growled in frustration. I started walking faster so I was ahead of him so that I can get away from him.

"Nice view!" Alex shouted from behind and I stopped walking. I turned around to see Alex still smirking.

"You perv!" I shouted.

"Not my fault" Alex said as he walked past me and I turned back around. I started walking next to him again.

"I wish I never wore this stupid dress" I mumbled as I tried to pull the dress down.

"I like it" Alex complimented.

"I wasn't asking anyone" I snapped.

"Well someone's on their period" I heard Alex mumble under his breath.

"Just shut up" I said.

"Whatever" Alex said, rolling his eyes.

We continued to walk but then it started to get even colder because we were getting near our apartment and I started shivering. I hugged myself, trying to keep myself warm from the winter weather. I knew I should of kept my coat on but noooooo, gosh damn it. I felt something warm wrap around me and I snapped out of my imagination. I looked down to see that  a jacket has been put around my shoulders. I look to the side at Alex to see that he wasn't wearing his jacket anymore so he must of gave me his. I snuggled into the jacket and smiled.

"Thank you" I mumbled, quietly.

"No problem but this doesn't mean we're friends' Alex pointed out.

"I know but still" I said.

We kept walking till we saw the hotel and walked inside the lobby. We walked into the elevator and went up to where our apartment is. Alex got the keys out and we got out of the elevator, to our apartment. When we entered the apartment, I sighed of relief. I ran to my room and quickly changed out of the dress and into something warm. I sat on my bed and started reading the book 'You Had Me At Hello' which was good so far.

"Emily! Emily! Emily!" I heard Jasmine's worried voice coming from outside. Jasmine soon came running into my room and I quickly stood up.

"What happened Jas?" I asked, concerned.

"It's James, the cops got to him and now he's in jail" Jasmine explained and my eyes widen.

"What?!" I shouted in disbelief.

"Yes! We need to go now!" Jasmine demanded.

I quickly got my jacket and put it on since I was wearing pants that were fit for outside. I put on my black boots and got some cash just in case. We both ran outside the room but before we could leave the apartment.

"Where are you two going?" Alex ask. He was sitting in the kitchen, having a drink of water.

"Going to get my brother out of jail" I told him.

"Need a ride?" Alex offered, walking over to us and I glared at him.

"No" I said.

"Yeah" Jasmine said.

"Why?" I asked Jasmine.

"You don't have your license here, remember?" Jasmine said.

"Fine, let's just hurry up" I said before I rushed out the door and decided to take the stairs instead.

We went downstairs and found that Zack brought our car here, thank goodness. We ran to the car and hoped inside. Alex had the keys and I was in the passanger seat as Jasmine was in the back seat. Alex drove off but I couldn't help but worry about my big brother.

We finally got to the police station and got out of the car. We ran inside and to the front office. They looked at us with a blank expression.

"Hello, we're looking for James Summer's" I said. I know, it's a weird last name but I like it.

"He's down there, the last one on the right" she said and we nodded. We ran to where she told us to go and I saw James pacing around, nervously.

"James!" I shouted and he turned to me. James ran towards the bars and smiled.

"Thank goodness you're here" James said in relief.

"What'd you think, we'd leave you?" I said with a smile.

"How'd you even get away?" James asked out of nowhere and I blushed.

"She said we were a couple and kissed me and the cops believed us" Alex explained and I elbowed his stomach to shut him up. Jasmine and James looked at me in shock.

"You did what?!" James shouted.

"It was just to get them to not arrest us" I said.

"You shouldn't of done that still"

"I know but-"

before I could finsh my sentence, I heard a 'click' and something cold on my wrist. I looked down to see that I had a handcuff on my right hand and the other was attached to Alex. I looked behind me to see that fucking cop from before and he was holding up the key with a smirk on his face. Me and Alex turned around to face the jackass.

"What the fucking hell?!" I shouted in anger, holding up our cuffs.

"I knew you two were lying" he said and I growled in frustration.

"And what are handcuffs going to do exactly?" I asked, irritated.

"You two are under arrest" he said and my eyes widen.

"We didn't do anything" me and Alex shouted in unisom again.

"Too bad-"

"What's going on here?" some guy asked, walking in, I think he must be the chief or something.

"Sir, these two were from that party and lied about being a couple" the moron snitched.

"We're you two drinking of some sort or anything?" the chief asked and we both shook our heads.

"Then you two can go and your friend too" he said, motioning his head to James and I smiled.

"Thank You sir!" I exclaimed.

"No problem, let them go Robin" the chief said before walking off.

"You can let us go now" I said as me and Alex put our wrist out.

"Let me get the keys" he said, getting the keys and looking for the stupid keys which he was taking a while to do while he was whistling.

"Hurry up already" I demanded.

"Got it" the guy said, holding up the key but then he 'accidently' let go of it and fll in the drain under him. I opened my mouth in shock.

"Whoops accident" he said, smirking. I growled and I was just about ready to lung at him and beat him to a pulp but Alex held me back by wrapping his arms around my waist.

"Why you little-?!" I shouted in frustration. The guy rolled his eyes and opened the cell for James.

"Have a nice day you two" he sang, walking off.

"I want to stab that little asshole so much" I said through clenched teeth.

"We'll find away to get the handcuffs off some how Emily, don't worry" Jasmine said, reassuringly and I sighed.

"Fine but if I see tubby over there again, I'm going to beat the shit out of him" I said, pointing my thumb behind me.

"Let's just go home" Alex said, letting me go and I dusted myself off.

"Fine" I mumbled.

We walked out of the police station and me and Alex sat in the back seat. James drove off and I looked outside the window. I was just thinking of ways to hurt that miserable little motherfucker for handcuffing me to the one I hate and can't even get out because we don't have a fucking key! I swear, if I see him again, he's going to end up with two broken legs.

"We're home" James said, snapping me back to reality.

I got out of the car and pulled Alex with me. We were both just glaring at each other as we walked into the elevator. We got out of the elevator and me and Alex walked into our apartment as did James and Jasmine.

"How am I going to do anything with you attached to me by wrist?" I asked.

"I don't know but for now, we're stuck with each other, so shut up and deal with it" Alex snapped.

"Whatever" I mumbled.

We both sat on the couch and sighed. We decidided that since we stuck together tonight, we might as well watch movies and eat left over pizza we had. Alex put the movie 'Blended' on and we both cracked up watching that movie and I especially like the songs they played in that movie. Soon I started to get tired and I yawned. I ended up drifting off to sleep just when the movie finshed.

sorry I haven't been updating guys but I had writters block (for the first time) and also I got lazy but My friend (you know who you are) kept saying I should update so this is dedicated to her, THANK YOU MY FRIEND!
