Sanyu's pov

I stir in my sleep and realize that it was still dark outside....but wait, the bed is unusually soft but why is the pillow this hard...wait it doesn't feel like a pillow....i move my hand around it and...wait it feels like a hand...on going further up...it feels like a face...huh am I dreaming of rd sir......whatever I decide to live this dream and take my hand down but wait someone caught my hand.

Rd-what do you think you are doing aggarwal

This dream feels so real.....i again try to move my hand but it was still caught up

Rd-aggarwal stop

End of pov

That's when sanyu realizes that she wasn't dreaming and opens her eyes in a swift and sits on the bed only to see rd lying close to her and his one hand was cushoning his head while other was holding her wrist

Sanyu-sir(she feels a shooting pain in her head)aah

Rd-what happened...come here

He pulls her back into the position they were earlier but this time he rests his one hand on her head slowly caressing her and her body slowly relaxes which was stiff momets before

Rd-you are strange sanyukta

Sanyu-huh?

Rd-people who get drunk usually wont get up before noon and here you are up in the middle of the night

She could hear a slight chuckle in his tone

Sanyu-I m not strange (she tries to get up but rd pulls her back into his arms)

Rd-ok fine you are not strange....just sleep for now

She tries to rest her head on his chest where he was holding it but the hard fittings on his jacket were making it hard...she makes an irritated groan and sits up once again and rd looks at her confused

Sanyu(pointing at his chest)-just throw that thing away

Rd-what?

Sanyu-this stupid jacket of yours(irritated)

Rd(chuckling)-ok ok wait (to himself)I guess you are still drunk or else you wont say such thing this confidently

He takes off his jacket and keeps it aside and now he was just in his t shirt and jeans and his t shirt was giving off the perfect shape of his six pack abs and his biceps

Rd-now come here

She rests her head again on his chest but sits again

Rd-now what?

Sanyu-I m going to my room

Rd(confused)-what?(to himself) God you really are a tornado(to her)why?

Sanyu-becoz it's a dream and when I'll wake up everything will be gone...you will be gone

Rd-its not a dream sanyukta....and I wont go anywhere...now come here

Sanyu-ok...but only because I m tired

Rd(chuckling)-fine only because you are tired...come here

Sanyu slowly rests her head on his chest....savouring every feel of it

Sanyu-it feels real

Rd-it is real

Sanyu realizes that she was nicely tucked under the blanket whereas rd was sleeping over it...so she again gets up

Sanyu-get up

Rd(confused)-huh?

Sanyu-get up

He stands at the side of the bed and she raises the side of the blanket to let him in but he just stares at her

Sanyu-come

Rd-its ok sanyukta I m fine like that

Sanyu-I know...now come

He was aware that she wont give up on something she has decided so he finally gives up (which was so unlikely of him) and gets under the blanket with her and they resume their earlier position with her head resting on his chest and he could feel how his heart was calming down and getting away from all the worries around him.....there was one thing that he was sure about and it was the fact that she was his calming pill but still there was something that was stopping them both from opening their hearts for each other and he knew that once the alcohol wears off.....his life will again be empty just like his bed will be once she will be gone...his trance was broken by sanyukta calling him

Sanyu-sir

Rd(to himself)and you say you are tired(to sanyukta)-yes

Sanyu-nothing...I m sleeping

Rd-really...but the way you are playing piano on my abs is giving off a different signal

But on this comment of his too she keeps her hand s on his abs but stops moving them

Rd-sleep sanyukta

Sanyu-can I say something

Rd-is it that necessary?

Sanyu-actually...no

Rd-then don't sanyu....you need to sleep or else you will be tired tomorrow at the shoot.

Sanyu-I love this

Rd-what?

Sanyu-you calling me sanyu(she looks at him with a faint smile which he happily gives back)

Rd-I love this too

Sanyu-what?

Rd-how perfectly you fit in my arms (but all that left his mouth was)nothing sanyukta...sleep

Slowly both of them once again drift off to a peacefull sleep in each others arms

Morning

Rd slowly stirs in his sleep but stops when he feels a weight on his chest and the happenings of last night comes back to him and a small and unnoticable smile crepts his lips but it was gone as soon as it arrived and he was distracted by someone clearing her throat and rd slowly shift his sleepy eyes towards the door from where the sound came and he was witnessed by three familiar faces with their eyes fixed at the two of them sleepin in each others arms and as soon as realisation dawns upon him he shifts roughly which wakes sanyukta up and she looks at kaka,parth and arpita with a confused expression and then she looks beside her where rd was sitting on the bed and she could swear that his cheeks were having a light pink shade which implies that he was blushing, then she realizes that rd's hand was still curled around her waist.

Suddenly she was switched back to her alerted mode and shrugs off his hand around her and gets out of the bed and she saw something flash in his eyes....was that disappointment?

Sanyu-i....i am sorry sir

But rd just looks at her and she could feel her cheeks heating up with his glare and it wasn't helping in this situation but once again arpita clears her throat and both of them look at the trio standing at the door

Rd-arrey arpi....

Arpita-yes

But rd for the first time in his life was left without any words, but parth come to his rescue

Parth-c'mon baby....they are just out of BED(he stresses the word bed intentionally) let them freshen up

Arpita-hmmm

Parth-oey jaldi bahar aa...kuch baat karni hai

Rd-haan ok

Parth takes arpita out carefully as her baby bump was slowly becoming visible as she was now fully five months pregnant and her thin frame making it more visible and she like a typical pregnant women had her one hand resting on her belly

Again both of them were left alone in the room and rd kept staring at her while her eyes were glued to the floor, finally not being able to take in his stares and the heat that was creeping up on her face she decides to break the silence

Sanyu-sir..i am soo sorry for yesterday....i didn't knew what was in that bottle...I m sorry if I did something stupid....i didn't mean any of it...sir i...(but she was cut off in between when rd keeps a finger on her lips which were now quivering at his touch)

Rd-shhh.....dont you get tired of talking all the time.....go freshen up sanyukta

All she could do was stare at him and at their proximity....she didn't even knew when he came out of bed and this close to her....but she felt something strang at the pit of her belly which felt painfully amazing but the feeling was gone when he removed his finger from her lips

Rd-go sanyukta

Without any other word she disappeared into the washroom and rd come out and washes his face at the kitchen sink and then comes and sits next to arpi who was glaring at him

Rd-what?

Arpi-WHAT? You are asking me WHAT?

Rd- I guess that's what it is

Now arpita was standing in front of him and was fuming in anger and quickly parth comes to stand next to her and keeps his hand at the small of her back to keep her calm, she takes a few calming breaths and then again looks at rd

Arpi-now tell me bhai

Rd-arrey beta....first tell me what should I tell you

Arpi-why the hell did you sign the movie opposite that bitc...(she stops herself from swearing)RIYA(she spits it as a venom)

Rd- oh....(now rd realized why she was this angry....she hated riya so much so that she even once thought of killing her) she was brought in between, arpi...actually what happened was that the actual female lead met with an accident and she was forced to drop off and that's when riya came into the picture

Arpi-ok....then don't you know what you should have done?(her every word was filled with anger)

Rd-I can't arpi....i've got a contract with them

Arpi(her voice was louder than ever)-just breach it.....i don't care what the penalty is......I just don't want you to work with her(her breaths become shallow with this shouting and rd and parth become tense and they both make her sit but she shrugs off rd's hand)

Rd-beta listen to me

Arpi-no bhai you listen to me...after all that she did to you.....how can you still afford to tolerate her stupid damn ugly face(her breathing gets even more shallow)

Parth-baby pls calm down....pls

But she wasn't ready to stop but then again sanyu come out all fresh after a bath but runs to arpi who was taking shallow breaths and all the three men were tensed around her

Sanyu-arpita...what happened

Parth(worry evident in his voice as if he was on the verge of crying)-look sanyukta....she was shouting and now look, I don't know whats wrong with her

Rd-I'll call the doctor

Sanyu-no sir.....its okay....just wait a few mins...arpita look at me...can you stand(she nods her head)good parth give me a hand

Rd comes forward to help but arpita signals him to stop and he stops on his track

Sanyu-its ok arpita.....take a deep breath....kaka ek glass pani

Kaka-haan beta

Sanyu-take more deep breath and walk slowly arpita

Parth-sanyu....should we call the doc

Sanyu-no parth its ok...she will be fine in a minute...its just that she talked without a pause and her intake of oxygen reduced.....don't take tension....she'll be fine....calm down

Slowly her breaths starts becoming normal and sanyu gives her a glass of water and now she was totally fine....and parth hugs her as if his life depended on her(which actually was true)

Parth-don't do that again

Arpita-I m sorry....see I am fine now

Rd comes to her

Rd-arpi

Arpi-bhai pls

Sanyu looks at rd's face and sadness was written all over it and for some reasons she felt her heart feeling a pain at his sad expression but she brushed it off and made arpita sit once again

Kaka-mein breakfast banata hoon

Sanyu-mein help karti hoon kaka(as she felt that the trio might have something to discuss but she was stopped by arpita)

Arpita-sanyukta you stay...kaka bana lenge....i want you to make him understand what I m trying to tell him.....

Sanyu-me?

Rd-and why is that?

Arpi-becoz it looks like you wont listen to me

Rd-and you think I'll listen to her?

This question of him kind of offended sanyukta but she didn't know why, maybe she wanted him to listen to her.

Arpi-oh sorry who am I kidding....you are the great RSS who never listens to anyone.... My mistake

Sanyu was just staring at both of them as she was not aware about what the conversation was

Rd(comes near her and cups her face in his hands)-don't be angry with me arpi....you know I cant take that

Arpi-then why are you doing this bhai

Parth-rd, you know what happened then why the hell are you being like this

Rd-not you parth...you were the one who taught me not to mix my personal and professional lives

Parth-but rd...this is not about being personal or professional...its about betrayal rd and what you went through.....and we are worried because we know that you went through hell after that

Arpi-and I can't afford to loose you like that again bhai...pls try and understand

Rd kisses her forehead

Arpi-just don't do the movie bhai...I cant even afford to see her around you..pls bhai

Rd-but beta what about the contract....do you want me to look like a breacher in the film industry

But before parth could open his mouth arpita cuts him off

Rd looks at sanyukta for her to say something but what was she supposed to say when she didn't even know what was going on and her head was already about to blast with the hangover and now this was giving her a hard time

Arpita-sanyukta you say something

Now everyone was looking at her

Sanyu-me? But I don't even know what is the argument about

Now only the realization dawned upon the trio and their lips curled into "o"

Arpita was about to explain things to her when rd interrupts her

Rd-she don't have to know....its not like she is family....i don't want anyone to know more than they already know about me(he was looking at sanyu all this time and sanyu just looks away)

For this reply of rd arpita gives an angry scoff

Sanyu-i..i...I will see kaka needs any help

She goes from there without looking at anyone and as soon as she was gone parth asks

Parth-seriously rd, if she is noone what does the sight we saw earlier meant

Rd-it meant nothing parth...it was just a misunderstanding ok....dont try to interpret things

Parth-really rd....you know what...you've got a serious case of denyal going on.......just accept it before its too late man

Rd-accept what? Just stop it parth pls....you yourself look at the situation...what are you guys here for to stop me from working with a woman I have a history with, right? Both of them just nod at this because they don't know what thay should say to change what he thinks about himself

Rd leaves to his room

Arpita(to parth)-everything is because of that woman...how can she do this to her own son(her eyes start watering)

Parth hugs her
