My eyes opened and I shoot out of bed, my face covered with beads of sweat. I looked around the darkened room and took very deep breathes. Thank god it was just a dream.

I held my knees close to my chest and I continued to take in deep breathes. I glanced over by the digital clock next to me and the time was 8:55pm. I signed and got out of the bed. I felt the cold take over my body right after I got up. I walked out of the room and walked to the kitchen to see mark making Chocolate chip cookies.

I think mark heard me because right after I came in the kitchen, he turned around and he smiled at me

"Hey jack, you were sleeping for about six hours so I decided to make some cookies and milk for you"

I walk to mark and looked at him with a smile

"Thats so sweet of you mark thank you"

Mark smiled and He gave me A hug. His hugs felt so warm and soft. They made me feel special.

Mark let go of me because the cookies were done. He put on oven mits and he took a tray of 12 cookies out of the oven. He placed rhem down on the oven top and he took off the mits.

"You can go lay down on the couch if you want to, the remote is on the couch"

I nod an ok and I began to walk to the living room. About half way to the living room, somthing caught my eye. I turned my head to a picture of mark as a little kid. He looked so cute as a kid. He had his tan skin, his brown eyes and his wonderful smiles, but his hair was brown instead of red. I continued to look at the picture for about 5 minutes untill i put it back and Then walked to the couch. I laid on the couch witha blanket over my cold body. I grabbed the remote and I turned the channel to Nickelodeon. So what If I still like that show shut up! I watched it for about 20 minutes then mark came in with a plate of cookies and a glass of milk.

"Here jack eat up you look so thin"

He sat right next to me and handed me the cookies and milk. I looked at them and Then looked at mark. I dont know why but I began to cry. Mark saw this and he grabed the items and he put rhem on the lamp table and then he hugged me. I hugged him back and Cried into his chest.

Mark rubbed my back and he whispered sweet nothings into my ear. After a bit I began to calm down. Mark let me go and he held onto my shoulders so I was lookimg at him.

"Jack Whats wrong?"

I looked at him with tears in my eyes

"I-I dont eat because Im fat and I-Im not allowed to Eat sweets.."

Mark mobed his hands to my cheeks and he frowmed

"Jack, your not fat and thats the truth. You are really thin and skinny. Jack you need to eat somthing if you dont your gonna die. Also When im around you can eat what ever you want too, im not your mom...Plus...You are very pretty and thats also the truth So can you please eat?"

I blushed lightly. Mark thinks im pretty? I looked at him.

"Ok...ill eat"

Mark smiles and he put the cookies and milk in front of me. I looked at them and I began to eat them. Mark smiles at me and covers my bodt with a warm blanket. I smiled and continued to eat. After I was done eating, I got up and Put the dishes in the sink and then walked bavk to the living room. When I walked in, mark was turning off everything. I gave him a confused look. He looked over to me  and smiled

"Its time to go to sleep jack"

I signed and noded an ok. Another night alone, another night full of nightmares...
