Tagged by Ithildaeforever to do this book tag.

1. Best book you read this year?

Hmmm. Well, 2017 is yet young, but I just finished The Two Towers, so I'll go with that.

2. A book you've wanted to read for a long time but still haven't?

Oh, let me think. That's the problem with my mind: you ask my opinion on a certain subject and I forget all I ever knew about said subject. Back to the topic at hand: Toasty-Oaties! (Kudos to you if you understood that reference). I've wanted to read this book called Irish Fairy and Folk Tales. The title is pretty self explanatory. I've just been reading a book about Scottish history and stuff and now want to learn some stuff about Ireland.

3. A book that needs to be a movie?

The Wars of the Realm series would be super cool, but what I think would be a suuuper cool movie is This Present Darkness and Piercing the Darkness by Frank E. Perreti. They're really great books about spiritual warfare. And THE SILMARILLION NEEDS TO BE MADE INTO A TV SERIES!!!! IT'S TOO MUCH FOR MOVIES. IT. NEEDS. TO. BECOME. A. TV. SERIES. PLEEEAAAAASSSSEEE!!!!!!

4. A book you love and hate as the same time?

Ummmmmm, I don't remember any..... There probably is, I just don't remember it right now. See question 2. for my thoughts on this matter.

5. Favorite male character?

Ummmm, Beleg, Tal, Quinlan, Tren, Theophilus, Alexander Democedes Amandinus (if that's how you spell his name and everything), Finrod, Mablung, Thingol, Turgon... Aragorn, Sam, Bilbo, Frodo........... The list is a long one.

6. Favorite female character?

Melian, Jesse King, Genevieve LaCroix, Aredhel, Arwen, Luthien, Sydney Carlyle, Berniece Krueger, Sally Roe, and a bunch of others that one forgotten for the moment.

7. Your favorite author?

J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Stephanie Grace Whitson, Chuck Black, and Francine Rivers.

8. Favorite quote from your favorite book?

The world is indeed full of peril, and in are many dark places; but still there is much that is fair, and though in all lands love is now mingled with grief, it grows perhaps the greater. - Haldir, The Fellowship of the Ring, J.R.R. Tolkien.

Deeds will not be less valiant because they are unpraised. -Aragorn. J.R.R. Tolkien, The Two Towers.

9. A book that makes you cry?

The Prairie Winds series by Stephanie Grace Whitson. The endings of all three books made me cry. They don't anymore, though. I seem to have lost emotion as I've gotten older. Well shoot. :-/. Jk, I still have some floating around in there.

10. A book that you have read more that's three times?

Hehehehe, Mark of the Lion series by Francine Rivers, Wars of the Realm series by Chuck Black, Prairie Winds series and Dakota Moons series by Stephanie Grace Whitson.

11. A book you wish more people would read?

The Silmarillion. Then we could geek out and stuff. :3

12. A book you hated?

Aight, its rant time.

There's this one book and oh my goodness, did it ever betray me! >:(. It's called Adventures With Heroes. Isn't that a great title? It's exactly the kind of thing I like! Adventures. I love adventures! With Heroes. Assuming they're actually heroic hero's, I love hero's too! And, it was kind of an old book, published in 1954, back when heroes were supposed to be heroic. And the cover! Green with a kind of pattern on it. So nondescript! I loved it! It allowed me to make up whatever I wanted!! It gave no hint as to what the story was about!! Yes, sometimes it's kinda not-so-nice to not be able to guess anything about the story (there was no description on the outside of the book either), but it intrigued me to a great extent!

So I got it. I didn't read it for a long time, but then I did. AND IT WAS SOOOOOO BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:'( It was well written and everything, but the story was so tragic!!!!!! It was a story about this old Norse hero. It was a cool story........ until this one part. And it ALLLLLLLLL went down from there. So yeah. It betrayed me. >:'(

P.S. Do not for any reason: use a love potion, or take part in a deception of any kind. (Loki you miserable little trickster!!! >:( You deserve the punishment the Odin gave you. It would have been better had he dealt it sooner!

13. A book that made you laugh?

The Princess Bride by William Goldman.

14. A book that makes you happy?

The Prairie Winds series, the Dakota Moons series, The Gammage Cup by Carol Kendall...

15. A book that makes you sad?

The Outsiders by S. E. Hinton, The Silmarillion and The Children of Hurin by J.R.R. Tolkien.

16. A book that made you change your opinion on something?

Well, there have been many books that have changed my view and general outlook on things, so, yeah, a lot of books all combined have changed my opinion in general. Yea, I'm just gonna put it that way.

17. The most surprising plot twist or ending?

Hittite Warrior by Joanne Williamson. That plot twist had me all like 'SIIIIIKKKKKEEE YOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! :O:O:O:O".

18. Favorite book of your favorite series?

Hmmm, I guess An/The Echo in the Darkness. Second book in the Mark of the Lion series.

19. First novel you remember reading

Ummmmmm, I don't remember... I think it was the Mighty Stallion series by Victoria Kasten. But those are really short, so do they count? Oh wait! Pony Pals. I loved those books so much. I cried once because I didn't have them all. And Magic Tree House! I loved those books too!! I mean, now I'm like, Morgan Le Fay? Really? She's a bad guy! Jack, Annie, don't listen! But yeah. Mighty Stallion, Pony Pals, and Magic Tree House. Don't know if they count, but they got me into reading, at least.

20. Last book you read?

Finished The Two Towers recently. :) Every time I've tried to reread it, I always got stuck sometime after the Three Hunters made it into Rohan. But at last!! Onto Return of the King!

21. Most overrated book?

Ugh. Any somewhat recent teen fiction novel. (Hunger Games, Divergent, Harry Potter, Percy Jackson... Twilight XP. Of course, I admit to being rather biased against stuff like this, so y'all can disregard my humble opinion.)

22. Favorite book turned movie?

Ummm, LOTR, I really like the TV mini series they did for Ivanhoe (There are multiple ones, but I ain't gonna take the time to specify). Again, I would loVE IT IF THEY MADE THE SILMARILLION INTO A TV SERIES. I THINK IT WOULD DO WELL. I WOULD WATCH IT. I WOULD LOVE IT. I THINK A LOT OF OTHER SILMARILLION GEEKS WOULD BE EQUALLY PLEASED. I'M BEYOND HINTING. I'M BEGGING. TOLKIEN FAMILY, IF YOU SOMEHOW COME ACROSS THIS, PLEEEAAAAASSSSEEE GIVE SOMEONE TRUSTWORTHY THE RIGHTS TO MAKE THE SILMARILLION INTO A TV SERIES!!! PLEEEAAAAASSSSEEE!!!!!! Oh whew, okay. Got that off my chest.

23. Your favorite book of all time?

Ugh. This is a question I deem unanswerable. If you want to know my favorite books (of which there are many) go to the part entitled A Reading Recommendation in Thanksgiving.

Weelp, I was tagged in this a long time ago, but have only finished it now. Hope you enjoyed. :)

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: anyone. If y'all wanna do it, y'all go right ahead. :)
