Because of everyone commenting and leaving feedback about my stories, I was able to push on. Writing became an escape from every day life. To have people that care about me on here, that makes it 100% better. Imagine if your life consisted of everyone putting you down. Now imagine a place where everyone lifts you up. It makes it a whole lot better.

No, my life isn't terrible, but living with two older brothers is not fun, especially when I'm the youngest and only girl (not counting my mother). My oldest brother went to college, and I grew a little sad to see him go. He actually stood up for me while my other brother put me down.

As soon as I found wattpad, I knew I would love it. I mean, it's a nerd's Heaven! SO MANY BOOKS! But because I know there are writers who around my age, and writing constantly, that makes the author so much more real. I'm able to send someone a message, and they'll respond! I can give an idea to someone, and they use it! It's an amazing community, and I'm pleased to be a part of it.

People ask me why I chose the name Rose. I actually didn't. It's my middle name, and I decided it was pretty enough to be used as my first name online. Darkwood, my last name, isn't my last name either. It's the last name of my character in a story I'm writing separate from wattpad.
