ONE WEEK LATER

I wake up to the smell of something burning. What is she doing this early? I sit up in my bed and stretch my arms as the sun beams hit my face like highlight on my face. The smell gets worse and in a hurry, I rush.

"OMG STACY WHATS GOING ON!?" I scream. She comes out with a black face. "I tried to cook me something but this is what happened..." She answers back. I hear plates crash. "Oh my, ok, did you turn off the stove?" Stacy shakes her head. "WHAT!? Are trying to burn my place down?!" I enter the smoke (bad idea) and try to find the stove.

Not long after, I finally found it and turn it off. The black smoke clears. I'm surprised that the fire alarms didn't go off. As the smoke slowly disappears, a mess of plates and food make its debut in front of Stacy and I.

"I'm so sorry Y/N.....I didn't mean for this to happen. I know today is your date with Taeyong and all but this mess is so big...." Stacy stars to talk non stop. "It's ok, I'll tell him that we'll have to cancel it." I reply in a not happy voice.

Y/N: Hi Taeyong, I'm sorry to tell you this but I won't be able to come to our date today. Something came up, I'm sorry

Taeddy ❤️: Oh it's ok, maybe next time, we haven't been on a date in a while since my schedule was packed.

Y/N: I know, I'm so sorry... I feel so bad.....

Taeddy ❤️: Don't worry, I still love you no matter what. Since you said something came up, you should probably get to it

Y/N: Yeah, thanks so much for understanding <3

Taeddy ❤️:

I put my phone in my pocket and grab two face masks. "Here put this on, the smoke is still present." I tell her. "Time for house cleaning again!"

STACY P.O.V

Yes my plan worked! Operation make Y/N cancel her date, clear! I made sure to purposely burn the eggs and bacon really badly and accidentally apply lots of alcohol to the heat so it can blaze up, but not to catch the place on fire though. I laugh to myself.

Y/N P.O.V

Moon Tae: Hey, Why is Taeyong still at the dorm? Aren't y'all supposed to go out today?

Y/N: Yeah but unfortunately I had to cancel it because something came up at home

Moon Tae: Ahh I see, welp I'm sorry 😐

Y/N: It's fine, we rescheduled it to next week anyways....

Moon Tae: Ya Know I think it's because of Stacy

Y/N: Why do you think that?

Moon Tae: I mean remember when she "bumped into you" at the movie theater and made you trip and almost dislocate your ankle that you had to go right away to the doctor? That day, we were all supposed to watch the new Incredibles movie.

Moon Tae: You and Taeyong were about to hold hands until she came from behind

Y/N: I do remember that.......

Moon Tae: Yeah and that other time, when you two were at the dorm, she would always try to find a seat next to Taeyong no matter what

Y/N: You're so right Taeil thanks so much

Moon Tae: Np, I gotta go now, Johnny is about to give me an English class

Y/N: Sounds fun

Moon Tae: haha It's tough

Y/N: you'll be fine

Moon Tae: Thanks, now bye bye!!

Y/N: Bye bye!!

STACY P.O.V

Finally we finished cleaning! "Thanks a bunch,
for helping me clean, since I held up your date, I'll go treat you to Ice Cream." I offer. Her frown turns upside down. "Ooh that'll be great! I need to go change my outfit, I'll b right back!" I watch her disappear into her room. I swipe up my phone.

Stacy: Yo you there?

Taeyong: What?

Stacy: You Wanna go for ice cream with Y/N and I

Taeyong: Sure, is it that ice cream place by the outlet mall

Stacy: Bingo

Taeyong: I'll see y'all there in 10

I blush and set my phone back into my purse. Y/N comes out with nicer clothes. "Ooh lovin the outfit." I compliment. "Thanks, Taeyong bought it for me as a surprise present." I take a deep breath and fake smile. " I invited Taeyong over too." Her eyes light up. "Then let's go!"

~10 minutes later~

Y/N P.O.V

As Stacy and I walk up to the ice cream, I spot Taeyong leaning against the shop window. He looks up and notices me. He smirks at me and waves, coming closer to me (and Stacy).

I steal a kiss on his cheek and Stacy and I hurry inside to get ice cream. I can hear him chuckle behind us. I roll my eyes and held onto his hand while sampling flavors. "Try this one!" I exclaim as I take some with a clean tasting spoon and put it in his mouth.

"Omo it's so good!!" He almost shouts. "I know right? I'm gonna order it!" "Same!" The three of us order and Stacy kept her promise to pay.

STACY P.O.V

We all talk but I don't like the atmosphere. It's like Y/N is the only girl that exists to Taeyong. It's not fair. I want, need him to notice me, my feelings for him grow every second of each day.

Hmph.

"Excuse me, I need to go to the restroom." Y/N stands and excuses herself. Taeyong winks at her and she immediately turns strawberry red.

While she's in the restroom, I find this time to be my chance to change the game.

"Taeyong, I have to tell you something."
