I am super duper nervous right now it's not even funny. If I don't pass this test, I'll have to retake the class and I don't need to do that. I. Have. To. Pass. No. Matter. What. Really, I ain't joking.

I did my research on that Russian dish Pelmeni. Well, the dough is homemade and I want the extra credit so I have to make the dough there. The meat is beef and pork and I have to season it and grind it.

The recipe turned out to be very simple and easy but I want to do more. Maybe make a Russian Drink of sweet on the side because this dish is fast to make.

I arrive at the school and already go to the cooking room, where there was a judge table set out. I see my professor on his phone.

"Good Morning Mr. Do." I greet him politely, bowing my head. Me. Do looks up from his phone and nods. "Good Morning Ms. L/N. Are you ready for today?" "Yes sir. I just have to shake off the nerves." I reply with a nervous giggle. "Haha it's ok, I'm sure you'll do great, Hmm where's your assistant?" "Ahh he's coming, I told him to meet me at the front of the school, so I'll be right back." Mr. Do hums an "ok."

I open the door and step outside to wait for Taeyong. I didn't have to wait long because he came just on time.

He had a chef apron on and fake round glasses. "Why do you have glasses?" Was the first thing I say giggling. "Well I must look professional." He replies fixing out his hair.

I smile at him and put my hands behind my back. I lean forward to him. "You ready?" He gets in the same position as me and whispers: "Hell yeah squirt."

OMOMO I'm so sorry for not updating sooner 😩 Spring break ended for me and it's freakin back to school. Oh well it is what it is.
