Class had already started. Attendance was taken and Kyran and his family had yet to show up. Haruhi looked at their empty seats in worry.

"Looks like they're skipping" Said Hikaru

The door slid open, and in they came

"It wouldn't be good to make a habit out of being late" Said the teacher, his eyes narrowing

Kyran rolled his eyes as his hand reached up to comb through his Raven curls."It wouldn't be good to make a habit out of annoying me right as I walk in"

"That's no way to speak to your teachers" The teacher scolded, his arms crossed over his chest.

"That's no way to greet a student, a simple 'good morning' would've sufficed" Rose responded as she made her way to her seat, followed by Kyran and Yukio

The teacher's frown turned into a smirk as he pointed to the board. The equation he was explaining to the class was unsolved.

"If you have time to be late, then that must mean that you already know the answer to this right?" The teacher said smugly

"Don't you have a class to teach?" Yukio asked as he sat down.

"Either one of you answer or all of you can take a trip to the headmaster" The teacher pointed the piece of chalk towards the teens, who were sighing in annoyance.

Kyran stood up as he shoved his hands in his hoodie pockets. As he made his way to the front of the room, his golden eyes seemed to glaze over as he looked at the board.

"Why were you guys so late? The kindergarten isn't that far from the school" Haruhi whispered to Rose and Yukio

"We got to meet Kaida's teacher, it was hilarious to see her so stiff in front of Kyran" Yukio snickered

Haruhi looked up to see Kyran solving the problem, not taking a second to slow down.

"Well kyran is pretty intimidating, I've never seen him do anything more than a smirk" Hikaru butted in.

Rose frowned" Well he doesn't really like people all that much, He has his reasons for not trusting people"

The sound of chalk being put down drew the attention of the chatting teens, As Kyran started to walk back to his seat, the teacher stood speechless at the completed and correct answer.

"We can get on with class now, right? You're wasting your own time" Said Kyran as he sat back down.  The teacher huffed but nonetheless returned to teaching the rest of the class

"Nicely done" Yukio said to Kyran as they shared a fist bump before facing front, leaving the twins to think about what they just saw.

*Time skip*

Fourth Period had ended and it was time for lunch. Kaoru tapped Kyran shoulder as he leaned on a desk.

"You guys wanna sit with us today? We can even buy your lunch so you don't have to share" Kaoru tried to persuade the Teens

"Oh, Really?" Kyran responded, clearly not buying into the generosity

"What do you say? will you join the hosts for lunch?" Asked Hikaru

Kyran looked at the twins, then at Yukio and rose, His expression staying the same.

"Sorry, but we won't be joining you, Kaida's joining us for lunch and we can't have your 'King' bothering her" Said kyran as he walked past the twins and left the classroom with rose and Yukio not far behind.

"Still can't believe you got her teacher to agree to this" said rose

Kyran smirked."We planned this before we started going to school remember? besides with confidence like mine, you can say I'm Overwhelmingly persuasive. Now let's go she should be at the cafeteria any minute now" 

~Meanwhile~

As Kyran, Yukio, and Rose make their way downstairs, Kaida stood at the entrance of the cafeteria with her teacher from her kindergarten as an escort. His name? Mr.Meliodas.Kaida stood against the wall keeping a distance from the male teacher as she silently waited. Her actions made the teacher scratch his head.

" Fujiyama-chan, if you're nervous you can hold my hand, I don't bite" said Meliodas as he knelt down in front of her with his hand stretched out a little towards her. Kaida looked at his outstretched hand, her tiny little nose twitching. She slowly reached her hand out, her gaze shifting from his hand to his face. She was about to rest her hand in his when-

"Kaida~Chan!" Tamaki squealed

Kaida flinched and her hand retreated to gripping the bottom of her uniform shirt. Meliodas stood up straight and looked at the teens approaching. 

"Good afternoon students, Are any of you Fujiyama-Kun?" Meliodas Asked, He's never seen Kyran before and his confusion was clearly seen by the hosts.

"Sorry sensei, but Kaida~Chan isn't related to any of us. Her brother is here though and is probably on his way with his friends" Said Honey as he waved at Kaida who was nervously playing with her uniform shirt.

"Aw, well I guess we'll be waiting a little while longer" Meliodas sighed.

"She can stay with us if you are in a hurry" Tamaki suggested which made Kaida's eyes go wide.

Meliodas quickly shook his head. "Oh no no no, I can't give my responsibilities to a couple of students. Plus Ms. Heather made is abundantly clear to me that she should be left with her brother, she seemed fearful of what would happen if I did otherwise"

"Fearful?" the hosts questioned

Before Meliodas could answer, Kyran finally rounded the corner with Yukio and Rose close behind. Kaida slowly stepped out from behind Meliodas, Her eyes starting to gain their familiar shine

"Oni-chan" said Kaida as she easily weaved her way around the hosts to get to her brother.

Meliodas watched amazed at how the child's personality changed in almost an instant. He watched as Kaida ran into the arms of the boy she called 'big brother' and to say that he didn't feel intimidated would've been a lie. His curly black hair and piercing golden yellow eyes made anyone unlucky enough to be on his bad side feel like prey being stared down by a predator. 

The two other teens standing beside him didn't give off the same vibe, but when they looked at Meliodas, it sent shivers down the grown man's spine.

"So You're the teacher who brought Kaida here, I thought I was clear on Heather being the one to bring her here" Said Kyran as he picked kaida up and adjusted her on his hip. The sound of Kyran's voice was enough to snap Meliodas out of his trance.

"Ah yes! Ms.Heather had to look after the rest of the students so ill be escorting Fujiyama-chan to and from here when you two decide to have lunch together, you can call me Mr.Meliodas"

"Mhm" Kyran responded as Kaida waved to Rose with a closed-eyed smile. His short response caused Meliodas to sweatdrop.

"you must be Fujiyama Kyran then?" Meliodas asked

"Hm? Oh yeah, you can just call me Kyran, to my sides are my roommates Yukio and Rose. I'm Kaida's legal guardian"

Yukio and Rose gave a slight wave towards the confused teacher before stepping past him and going into the cafeteria. Meliodas scratched his head.

"Legal guardian? you don't live with any adults?" He questioned.

Kyrans eyes narrowed "No, why is there a problem?"

Meliodas flinched"well, I just assumed that there would be an adult to supervise so many people under one roof"

Kyran scowled as Kaida looked at him confused. He began to walk past the teacher

"Well stop assuming, its none of your business, be back in thirty minutes to pick her up"  said kyran as he left Meliodas and the hosts shocked at his attitude.

Tamaki caught up to Kyran as he sat kaida on the lunch table. He put his hand on Kyran's shoulder.

"Kyran, you shouldn't talk to your elders like that! it's disrespectful!" He exclaimed

Kyran clicked his tongue as he turned and smacked Tamaki's hand away.

"Who are you to try and talk sense into me?" Kyran snapped. "you can barely respect people's personal space and put your hands on other people's children. Then you have the nerve to act like everything is fine the next day even though you haven't apologized"

Tamaki flinched away as the hosts looked on from their lunch table "Dang, he sure lays it on thick" said Kaoru.

"I don't sugar coat my words Tamaki Suoh so listen and listen good" said Kyran as he stepped forward making Tamaki take a few steps back.

Kyran was already a little pissed before lunch started but now he was upset. His eyes narrowing, his sharp teeth grinding against each other.

"As long as people like you keep acting all high and mighty, I won't listen to a word that comes out of your mouth and you won't get any respect from me"
