Chapter 10:

It was the time of night, the moon was shining in the sky and two love birds were sitting on the terrace at the backside of the large couch.

Avni and Neil were looking at the sky. Neil was sitting by resting his head on the couch and he looked at Avni who was looking at the moon. Neil smiled and then he looked at Avni’s hand. Neil kept his hand near Avni’s hand and slowly, he moved his hand to Avni’s hand. Neil looked at Avni then he looked at the hands. Neil turned his face straight and he kept his hand on Avni’s hand. Avni was surprised and she looked at the hands and then she looked at Neil who pretended to look at the sky. Avni smiled and then she looked at the sky. Neil looked at Avni and smiled then he also looked at the sky. Neil caressed Avni’s hand and Avni shivered. Avni looked at Neil who also turned his face to her. Neil smiled. Avni looked down.

Neil thought that Avni didn’t like it and he thought to take his hand back but Avni turned her hand and she held Neil’s hand. Neil was surprised and Avni intervened her fingers in Neil’s finger. Neil smiled and he got some courage and then he raised their hands and kissed Avni’s hand who blushed. Neil smiled and he was enjoying Avni’s blush. Avni looked at the sky and Neil too looked there.

Neil remembered something.

Neil: Avni?

Avni said hmm while looking at the sky.

Neil: I think, we should tell our parent’s about us as soon as possible.

Avni looked at Neil. Neil also looked at Avni.

Neil: We should officially announce that we are dating each other. What do you say?

Avni smiled.

Avni: hmm, there is nothing to hide in it.

Neil got happy.

Neil: so, we talk to our parents in the morning.

Avni was shocked.

Avni: Neil.

Neil sighed while closing his eyes and keeping his hand on his heart.

Avni smiled and Neil smiled to see her. The moon was shining in the sky.

The sun rises and everyone gathered for the breakfast. Neil was sitting there and the chair beside him was vacant. Neil was waiting for Avni. Avni came and Neil smiled to see her. Neil thought now Avni will sit with him but his all planning goes in vain because veer came and he sat beside his Neil chachu and Neil looked at him. Neil was shocked and he was sad too but he can’t say anything to Veer. Neil looked at Avni who smiled and signed him its ok. Avni came and she sat with her mother. Neil was sad and they start breakfast. After breakfast, everyone got busy in the preparation for the wedding. The whole day passed in preparation.

In the night, Avni was getting ready. She wore her earrings and then she checked herself.

Avni heard the sound of closing the door and she saw in the mirror that someone has closed the door. The person turned and it was Neil.

Avni was surprised. Avni turned.

Avni: Neil?

Neil smiled and he was coming to Avni. Avni smiled.

Avni: it’s good, you came now tell me how I am looking.

Neil smiled and he saw Avni toe to top. Avni was waiting for Neil’s reply. Avni felt shy and conscious. Avni sets her hair with her hand. The way, Neil was looking at her, it gave her shivers in her body. Avni looked at Neil who came to her. Neil stood close to Avni and Avni took her step back. Avni collided with the stool and she was about to fall but Neil held Avni’s waist on time and Avni’s arms went to Neil’s shoulders automatically. Avni looked at Neil who was looking at her lovingly. Avni felt conscious and she was looking at Neil nervously and cutely. Neil touched Avni’s cheek with his ankle and Avni closed her eyes. Neil was looking at Avni who opened her eyes and looked at Neil.

Neil said in a husky voice: You were saying something?

Avni: hmm?

Neil raised his eyes. Avni looked down.

Avni: ye, yeah. Woh, woh, woh, I forgot that.

Neil: eat almonds, it will sharpen your memory.

Avni looked at Neil. Neil smiled and Avni blushed.

Neil held Avni’s arms and he looked at the pendant and then he looked at Avni.

Neil whispered in Avni’s ear: now you are looking perfect.

Avni opened her eyes and saw the beautiful pendant. Avni touched it and smiled. Avni looked at Neil who raised his eyebrows and signed how it is. Avni smiled and she looked at the pendant.

Avni: it’s beautiful.

Neil smiled. Avni turned to Neil and they smiled.

Avni: thank you so much for this beautiful pendant.

Neil held Avni’s arms.

Neil: you know when I saw it, the first thing that came to my mind was your face. I tried a lot but I couldn’t resist myself from buying it and I bought it but at that time I was not sure if I will ever give it to you or not because you were used to getting irritated with me.

Avni smiled.

Neil: but I was determined to win your heart but it was not an easy task. Wining your heart was like cracking a hard nut.

Avni smiled.

Neil: bohat papar belwaye hain tum ne mujhse.

Avni chuckled and Neil too chuckled. They looked at each other and Neil sighed. Neil smiled and he cupped Avni’s face with one hand.

Neil: always keep it near you. It will make you feel that I am with you.

Avni kept her hand on Neil’s hand and assured him by blinking her eyes. Neil smiled.

Later, Karan and Riya were sitting in the pavilion and the guests were sitting on the chairs around the table. The Khanna family and the Mehta family were standing there. Ketan and Hetal were doing the rituals. Riya and Karan were taking the rounds and everyone was showering flowers on them. Neil showered flowers on Avni who was surprised but she ignored him. Neil again showered the flower on her and Avni looked at Neil with widened eyes and Neil signed what. Avni shook her head and she turned her face. Neil again showered flowers on her. Avni looked at Neil and signed everyone is here. Neil looked at Karan and Riya. Avni shook her head and she looked at the bride and groom. Neil again showered flowers on Avni and Avni again looked at Neil who showered flowers on Avni. Avni smiled and she also did the same and they smiled. They enjoyed themselves there.

The sun rises and people have started their day. The birds were hovering in the sky.

In the Villa, everyone was present in the living area except Avni and Neil. They were talking and enjoying the morning time.

Neil was sitting in his room and he was thinking something.

Avni and Neil came to the living area where everyone was present. Everyone saw them and they smiled.

Shweta: Aray, Tillu, Avni, come, sit.

Avni looked at Neil who looked at her and then they looked at the families.

Neil: mom, dad, Bebe, I want to talk to you all about something important.

Bebe: Yes, say, my child.

Avni and Neil looked at each other and then Neil held Avni’s hand and Avni looked at the hands and then she looked at Neil who also looked at her. They looked at the families.

Neil: We love each other.

The elders were surprised and the youngsters were shocked. They looked at each other.

Neil nodded.

Avni looked at her mother.

Avni and Neil got relieved and they smiled. Their mothers came to them and hugged them. Everyone got happy and they met Avni and Neil.

Neil was smiling and he was sitting on the bed in his room. It was all his imagination. Neil came out of his thoughts and he looked around. Neil was shocked and he thinks. Neil realized that it was his imagination. Neil closed his eyes and then he smiled. Neil ruffled his hair and he was blushing. Neil sighed happily. Neil was excited for announcing his and Avni’s relationship.

It was the time of the morning, the birds were hovering in the sky and the people have started their day. The sun was shining in the garden of the villa. Inside the Villa, everyone was present in the living area except Avneil. Avni and Neil came to the living area where they saw that the youngsters are surprised and the elders were smiling. They saw Avni and Neil. Neil smiled.

Neil: what is going on, guys?

They looked at Neil. Avni and Neil frowned to see the expressions of the youngsters. They looked at each other and then they looked at the family.

Shweta: nothing, we were discussing about your alliance.

Neil: oh.

Neil said ok while nodding his head.

The elders smiled.

Shweta: so, what do you think about it? You are ready for your alliance or…

Avni looked at Neil. Neil acted.

Neil: ab, if you all are saying then ok, I am ready for it. Ab, you all are elders, you know better than us what is good for us and what is not.

Shweta was nodding her head and Avni blushed. Neela maa suppressed her lips.

Avni looked at Neela maa who was standing while folding her arms.  Neela maa sighed what. Avni felt awkward and she blushed.

Neil: punishment for what?

Shweta: for hiding the truth.

Neil smiled.

Kareena: yes, Avni Di will become my Bhabhi.

Avni blushed and Neil smiled then Neil looked at Avni while smiling and he felt the joy to see Avni blushing. Neil looked at Shweta.

Avni and Neil were surprised.
