Same Day, Night time. 

Daksh was in his room, he was searching something in his cupboard, when a photograph fell from the cupboard. He bent down and picked up the photo. It was then when he realised it was her photo, his love who's no more in his life.

He sat down on the bed, with the photo in his hand. His eyes became moist as he caressed her face.

'ek baar mauka toh diya hota mujhe apni baat kehne ka. Tumhari saari galatfehmiyan dur kar deta. Meine sirf tumhe chaha hai, tumhare siwa mere dil mei naa koi hai aur naa koi tha. Meine tumhein koi dhokha nahi diya, naa kabhi bewafai ki hai. Kash uss din tum aai hoti toh main tumhe sach bata pata.'' He closes his eyes as tears flip down his eyes and fall on the photo.. 

Flashback...

Daksh was in the beautifully decorated lawn of the hotel' The Taj Grand '. The lawn was decorated as per by his order. The entrance was decorated with roses.The path was lightened with candles.

At the end of the path a table for two was settled.

Daksh was impatiently pacing to and fro, rubbing his palm. He was waiting for his love as finally after 4 years of relationship he's going to propose to her for marriage.

'kahan ho yaar, Kitna intejar karwaogi, aab aa bhi jao. Aur intejar nahi ho raha mujh se' he thought, smiling and bulshing as the mere thought of her excites him.

'be normal Daksh. Kahin akele akele blush karte dekh liya toh gaye kaam se. Normal, Normal' he encouraged himself and ended up blushing harder. 

'kya kar raha hoon main. Uske khayal se itna blush kar raha hoon, jab samne aayegi toh jaane kya hoga mera' he thought hitting his own head.

Just then his phone rings, it was from her. He smiles and immediately picks up the call. 

'kahan ho yaar. Kab se tumhara wait kar raha hoon. Kahan tak pahunch gayi' he asked in one breath.

'main nahi aayungi Daksh, main nahi aayungi' she replied from the other side, her voice was shaky.

Daksh was confused,

'kya hua, aise kyun bol rahi ho, tabiyat toh thik hai na tumhari.'' He asked in concern.

'main thik hoon, par aab hamare beech kuch thik nahi' she said with a heavy throat.. 

'ye kya bol rahi ho. Mujhe kuch samajh nahi aa raha. Saaf - saaf bolo kya baat hai' He asked confusedly.

'itna kuch kar ke baithe ho, aab bhi tumhe main batau ki kya baat hai' she shouts this time. 

'' meine? Meine kya kiya hai 'he asked, confused, not getting anything what shesh trying to say.

' itne bhole banne ki koshish maat karo. Tumhari aasliyat jaan chuki hoon main, meine kabhi sapne mein bhi nahi socha tha tum aise nikloge 'she said through tears, yelling over him.

' kiya kya hai meine. Kis aasliyat ki baat kar rahi ho tum 'he asked, a bit irritated.

He heard her sarcastic laugh,

' dhokha diya hai tumne mujhe. Bewafai ki hai mujh se. Ek taraf mujh se pyar ka dava karte ho aur mere pith piche kissi aur ke saath. Tum mere saath aisa kaise kar sakte ho, meine tumse itna pyar kiya aur tumne itna bada dhokha diya mujhe. Kyun Daksh, akhir kyun??'' She questions as she breaks down into tears.. 

Daksh was left stunned to hear her, more over her cries pain him,

'please, ro maat, Tum janti ho main tumhe rote hue nahi dekh sakta.'' Tear build up in his eyes.'' I'm sure tumhe koi galatfehmi hui hai, main sirf tumse pyar karta hoon aur kissi se nahi. Meine tumhe koi dhokha nahi diya hai. Please believe me' he said, fresh tears escape from his eyes.

'jhooth maat bolo Daksh. Agar ye baat mujhe koi aur batata toh sayad main vishwas naa karti. Par ye khud tumhare bhai, Vineet ne batai hai mujhe.' she shouted at the top of her voice.

'Vineet ne' he uttered, he couldn't believe what he heard.

'haan ussi ne. Jo bhi usne bola meine record kar liya tha. Kyunki mujhe malum tha tum apni galti mano ge nahi. Video tumhe send kar di hai ,dekh lo.. Fir baat karenge.' she said angrily and cut the call.

Daksh opened the video and was left shocked. He fell down on his knees. In the video, Vineet was talking about how he uses girls. He is a flirt person who only sees his comfort in being with a girl.

Daksh was shocked to learn the truth, how Vineet could do this to him? Tears rolled down his eyes.



His phone rings again, he immediately picks it up as it was from her.

'please iski baaton ka yakin maat karo. Vineet ki aadat hai mazak karne ki, usne aise hi bol diya hoga. Tum isse seriously maat lo' he tried to convince her, tears rolling down his cheeks.

'ye koi choti si baat nahi hai ki vineet mazak kare. Kya sahi hai aur kya galat itna toh tumhara bhai bhi aache se janta hai. Apni kartut pe parda dalne ki koshish maat karo aab tum. Chale jao mere zindagi se dur, tumhari sakal bhi nahi dekhni hai mujhe aab toh, ghin aa rahi hai mujhe ye soch ke ki meine tumse pyar kiya, jisse toh rishton ki value hi nahi hai. I hate you Daksh, saare ristey todti hoon main tum se. Aaj se mera tumhara koi wasta nahi. Mere life mei aur mere dil mei aab tumhari koi jagah nahi. she said, crying aloud.

' main tumhare bina jee nahi payunga.. Please aisa maat bolo 'he pleads..

' good bye Daksh.. Good bye ' saying so, she ended the call..

' hello.. Hello 'he shouts but no reply..

' No... NO.. 'he shouts, crying.. 

He fell down on the ground, tears continuously flowing from his eyes.. His whole life changes just in a few minutes.. Few minutes ago he was smiling and blushing and now a lifetime pain hit him.. Few minutes ago he was waiting for her to propose to her for marriage and now she has left him, declaring him a cheater, giving him a lifetime of pain. His heart is totally broken. He laid down on the ground with a thud. It starts raining, his tears get mixed with the rain. He feels like the clouds are also crying with him in his pain.

'agar ye baat koi aur batata toh main vishwas nahi karti. Par ye baat tumhare bhai ne batai hai mujhe' this words eco in his ears. He sat up with a jerk.

'ye tune aacha nahi kiya vineet, main tujhe kabhi maaf nahi karunga... kabhi nahi' he said angrily, through tears.

Flashback end..

'wapas aa jao Ruhana. Tumhare bina zindagi ruk si gayi hai' Daksh said, caressing the photo with watery eyes, he still couldn't able to forget that night which shattered his life.

He laid down on bed and closed his eyes, hugging the photo close to his heart. He opens his eyes in the next moment with a jerk when he feels a touch on his face. He looked at the person, it was vineet sitting beside him and wiping his tears. Daksh sits up immediately and hides the photo under the pillow.  

'tum yaha kya kar rahe ho?? Kuch chahiye??' Daksh question.

Vineet shook his head negatively,'tum ro kyun rahe the??' he asked in concerned.

'main ro nahi raha tha' Daksh replied, turning his face to the other side and rubbed off his tears. 

'ye baat tum meri taraf dekh ke bol sakte the. Najre kyun pher liye' he asked and turned his face towards himself. 

Daksh jerk away his hand,

'kyun pareshan kar raha hai tu iss raat ko, Jaa ke so jaa chup chap' Daksh said irritatedly.

'kya hua hai batao toh sahi.. Koi problem hai kya??' Vineet asked in concern as he can't see tears in his brother's eyes.

'bola naa koi problem nahi hai. Tujhe ek baar mein samajh nahi aata?? Daksh said angrily, glaring at him.

' tu nahi batana chahta toh koi baat nahi.. Jab jaroorat lage bata dena 'Vineet said politely, finding his brother is angry. 

' hogaya tera toh aab jaa apne room mei 'Daksh said, rudely.

Vineet sighed and said' jaane tujhe kya problem hai jo tu batana nahi chahta.. Anyways, main tumse kuch aur baat karne aaya tha '

' kya??' Daksh asked without any interest.

'Bhabhi ko kab laa rahe ho?'' This shook Daksh, his heart skip a beat by the mention of her name, he look at vineet who continues, ''Itna time ho gaya tum dono ke relationship ko, mujhe lagta hai aab humein unki family se baat karni chahiye tum logon ki shadi ke baare mein. Tumhe kya lagta hai 'Vineet asked him,  Daksh was staring at him hatefully, his hate for him was increasing by every second.. 

Vineet nudged him a little and said ' wapas aa jao aasliyat mei, Shadi ka naam liya nahi ki sapne pehle hi dekhne lage.'he winked at him.

' tujhe aur koi kaam nahi hai, jo mera sar khane chale aaye 'Daksh shouts.

'chilla kyun rahe ho tum aise, puch hi toh raha hoon na aur rahi baat kaam ki toh sabse important abhi yahi hai. Meine abhi sunna maa kissi se baat kar rahi thi. Tere liye ladki dhundha jaa raha hai, issliye aaya hoon main.'' Vineet replied glaring at him.

' what?? 'Daksh shouts in shock.

' haan!! Issliye bol raha hoon, Unko phone karo aur yaha bula ke maa se milwa do.''Vineet exclaims, Daksh keeps mum. 

' Daksh 'Vineet called him.

Daksh sighed coldly and said' jake so jaa '

' main tumhe itni serious baat bata raha hoon aur tumhe sone ki padi hai. Maa tumhari shadi ki baat kar rahi hai, tumhe kuch samajh aa raha hai 'Vineet said, Trying to make him understand.

Daksh again turned silent, Vineet got suspicious of this and asked.

' tum dono ke bich sab thik hai na. Teen mahine se tumne kuch bataya bhi nahi unke baare mei. Kuch hua hai kya 'Vineet asked, gazing at him suspiciously.

' Vineet jaa ke so jao 'Daksh said, he doesn't want to talk over the topic but Vineet is not ready.

'kya so jaa, so jaa laga rakha hai. Main tumse Ruhana ke bare mei baat kar raha hoon aur tumhe sone ki padi hai. Kab aayegi wo batao mujhe.'' Vineet shouts angrily.

'nahi aayegi wo.. Kabhi nahi aayegi' Daksh too shouts as he had it enough.

'nahi aayegi.. Kyun nahi aayegi?'' Vineet asked confusedly.

' chali gayi wo meri life se dur, breakup ho gaya hamara. Aab koi rishta nahi hai hum dono ka. Sun liya tu ne ya aur kuch puchna hai' said Daksh angrily, tears leaked down his eyes.

'par ye kab??? Kyun??? Kaise??' Vineet gets too confused after the revelation. 

'ye sab tere...' Daksh was about to burst out everything but stopped in between.. 

Vineet looks at him.

'ye sab, kya?? "vineet asked confusedly. 

' ye sab, jaise bhi hua aab ho gaya hai. Main aab iss baare mei baat nahi karna chahta ' Daksh said, overlapping his words.

' par 'Vineet tried to say but cutted by Daksh in between.. 

' Vineet please. Aab aur kuch maat puchna 'Daksh requested.

Vineet sighed and hoped out of bed to leave the room as he doesn't want to stretch the topic which is hurting his brother, Vineet turns when Daksh holds his hand.

' aaj yahi so jaa na mere saath 'Daksh requested. 

' kyun?? Vineet asked.

Daksh sigh,

'har kyun ka jawab nahi hota yaar, Jitna bola hai utna kar na tu, Chup chap so jaa' Daksh said and adjusted the pillow for him. 

Vineet shrugged his shoulders but laid down on the bed and closed his eyes. Daksh too laid down on his side and off the lights. Both were facing each other back. 

Daksh was sobbing silently, 'sab kuch karke, tu hi aaj puch raha hai kaise ho gaya ye sab. Tujh pe toh gussa bhi nahi kar sakta main, Karun bhi toh kaise tujhe toh kuch yaad hi nahi.' He thought.

.. 

On the other side, Vineet was shocked by the revelation, he is not able to digest the truth.

'ye sab kya ho gaya?? Daksh aur ruhana alag ho gaye. Par kaise?? Jaane Daksh pe kya beet rahi hogi.'' he thought, he can't imagine what his brother is going through.

He came out of his trance on some sound,it was Daksh's sobs which were clearly audible. Vineet turned to him and started patting his head. He knows that his brother wanted to cry out loud but  was controlling himself. In an instant Daksh turned to him and hugged him tightly, he wasn't able to control his emotions. He wanted his brother's shoulder to calm him and that's what he's getting. Daksh sobs in his arms, Vineet caresses his back to calm him.

... 

Other side Sakshi was searching for vineet as he wasn't in his room. She worriedly entered the Daksh room and found her both sons sleeping soundly while hugging each other, She smiles.

'ye yahin so gaya.. Chalo aacha hai Daksh ke saath rahega toh raat ko jyada problem nahi hogi' she thought and left the room closing the door.

... 

Mid night,

Daksh sleep gets disturb by some movements.. He turned on the lights and sat up with a jerk.. He turned to vineet and found him smiling and mumbling.. Daksh bent down a little, trying to hear him but failed to understand what he was saying.. Vineet's expression changes to anger, Daksh notices this. He immediately shook him.. 

'Vineet uth.. Vineet' Daksh jerks him.

Vineet opened his eyes with a jerk. He sat up, his face was covered with sweat. 

'kya.. Kya hua??' Vineet asked, breathing heavily. 

'tu thik hai' Daksh asked, cupping his face.

Vineet nodded,

'Mujhe kya hua hai' Vineet said, wiping his sweat.. 

Daksh shook his head negatively,'''tujhe kya hua hai, yahi toh pata karna hai mujhe' he thought.

'tu thik hai na' Vineet asked him.

Daksh didn't reply. He got down from bed and moved to the balcony and stood there. Vineet follows him and stands beside him.

'teen mahine ho gaye iss baat ko aur tumne mujhe kuch nahi bataya. Akhir aisa kya hua jo tum dono alag ho gaye' Vineet asked, looking at him, as he wants to know what's the reason behind her separation.

'bata deta toh kya ho jata.. Kuch badal toh nahi jata ' Daksh replied, staring at the sky.

'bata dete toh hum kuch solutions nikalte.. Ya fir Aise hone hi nahi dete..' Vineet said confidently. 

'let it be vineet.. Kuch thik nahi hota, na tab aur naa aab. Thik hona hota toh pehle hi ho jata' Daksh said and takes a deep breath.

'lekin hua kaise??? Tum dono ke bich toh sab thik tha. Fir achanak ye?? Vineet asked curiously. 

''tha koi jisne mujhe uski nazron mei gira diya. Mere pyar ko dhokha aur mujhe bewafa bana diya.. 'Daksh replied, looking at him coldly.

' kon hai wo.. Batao mujhe, jaban khich lunga uski.. Hath paon tod dunga.. Himmat kaise hui uski tumhare baare mei aisa bolne ki.'' Vineet shouted.

Daksh smiled sarcastically and said' tu usse chah ke bhi nahi dhundh sakta.. Kho gaya hai kahin, jaane kab wapas aayega 'saying so, he entered the room.

Vineet watched him going,

' kahin bhi ho, usse dhundh nikalunga, jitni bhi problems usne create ki hai usse clear karwa ke tumhara aur bhabhi ko ek kar ke rahunga.. Wada hai ye mera.'' He made a promise to himself and moved in the room.
