Today was #KuShe's mehendi...
After all the emotional talks in the morning Shehnaaz and Siddharth were finally on the same page..
But they both were unaware regarding the other person's mindset.. but still they had promised themselves that they will give it a genuine chance.

Shehnaaz was done with all the arrangements..
She was going to her room to get ready.. she was passing from Ria's room where she heard Ria talking to someone in hushed voices

Ria: 2 functions miss kar diye tumne.. and bachelor party bhi.. I was the only one jisko uska partner pick karne nai aya.. akele aai mai room tak

Person: achaa.. so tum naraaz ho because you had to come alone after the party?

Ria: haan toh.. you know sab apne apne partners ko kitne pyaar se leke gaye niche.. kitna cute tha..

Person: awww mera baby.. ab mai aa gaya hu na? Sare functions se mai tumhe uthake leke aaunga okay? As a compensation

Ria: haaaaw.. sabke samne? Pagal ho?

Person: abhi toh kisiko fomo ho raha tha..

Ria: haaaaw.. nai nai maine kuch nai bola.. kuch fomo nai ho raha..

The person started laughing

Ria: acha yeh batao tumne mujhe miss kia?

Person: bahut zyada kia baby.. isiliye jaise hi seminar khatam hua bhaag ke chala aya tumhare paas

Shehnaaz who was outside listening to everything was in shock
She had heard this voice somewhere.. she knew..
She was in 2 minds
1 was telling her to mind her own business and let them be.. it was her life and she should respect decisions
But the other one was being the elder sister.. who needs to know whom her sister was seeing.
So she being the elder sister she barged in the room without knocking
She came to the view of her sister in the arms of Rohit!!!

Shehnaaz: Rohit?

Seeing Shehnaaz Rohit and Ria pushed away from eachother.

"ROHIT & RIA"

Shehnaaz: yeh kya chal raha hai yaha?
(She said very sternly with no emotions on her face)

Ria was a blushing mess whereas Rohit was awkward
They both were looking everywhere except Shehnaaz or eachother
So Shehnaaz spoke again

Shehnaaz: mai tum dono se kuch puch rahi hu? Yeh kya chal raha hai yaha?

Ria: Di I can explain
(She said in a low voice)

Shehnaaz: yes you better do

Ria: Di I and Rohit love eachother
(She said slowly)

Shehnaaz: hein? Kya boli tu?

Ria: we both love eachother Di
(She said whisper yelled)

Shehnaaz: khud ko bata rahi hai kya? Awaz nai aa rahi mujh tak teri.. akele akele baat kar rahi hai?

Rohit was loosing his calm.. so he yelled

Rohit: we love eachother!!!!

Ria was stunned whereas Shehnaaz was smirking

She looked towards Ria and spoke

Shehnaaz: jo pyaar karte hai na woh aise confidence ke sath bolte hai

Ria looked at her with wide eyes

Ria: matlab aapko problem nai hai?

Shehnaaz: mujhe kyu problem hogi?

Ria: I mean..haan actually

Shehnaaz just shrugged her shoulders

Rohit was amused.. he thought that Shehnaaz would get angry.. or atleast question them..

Rohit: aap sachme accept karoge yeh relation?

Shehnaaz: dekho Rohit.. I know you since a long time.. mai tumhe mere bacho ke liye bhi trust karti hu.. Ria behen hai meri.. badi hai woh Zoro and Zara se.. plus samajhdar hai...
Agar usne tumhe choose kia hai so I trust her.

Ria was in tears.. her sister trusts her.. that is what was ringing in her mind..
She without thinking anything ran and hugged Shehnaaz
Shehnaaz also smiled and hugged her back with all the big sister warmth she had.

Shehnaaz: ache yeh batao ke yeh sab kabse chal raha hai haan?

Ria blushed and said

Ria: jab hum Punjab aaye and pehli baar mile.. mujhe toh tabhi se hi pasand aa gaya tha.. then dheere dheere friendship hui.. and after almost 6 months of our friendship he confessed.
So yaa almost 4.5 years se we are dating.

Shehnaaz: what? How come hume pata nahi chala? Achaaa isiliye isne 1 nakhra nahi kia jab Mumbai shift hone bola.. sahi hai sahi hai

She said dramatically

Ria and Rohit giggled on this

Ria: bahut baar Zoro and Zara ne almost pakad hi lia tha hume.. but har baar bach gaye..
But aaj toh aapne dara hi dia

Shehnaaz turned towards Rohit

Shehnaaz: I am trusting you with my sister.. please don't let me down.

Rohit just smiled

Rohit: I maybe a little young to say this but I am not messing around.. I actually love her.. and I will do everything in my power to keep her happy.

Shehnaaz: mujhe yeh bolne ke zarurat toh nahi hai par still.. right now you guys need to focus on your careers.. tujhe Z Gill sambhalna hai Ria.. and Rohit.. I don't want you to remain as the tutor of my kids for your life.. I hope you have figured something better..we shall take the next step in this relation when you both are independent.. okay?

Ria: obviously Di.. minimum 5 years..

Rohit: Di I shall remain their tutor till the time they need me... but along with that I have started attending a lot of seminars and training regarding teaching.. I want to make my career as a teacher..

Shehnaaz just smiled. She was very proud of both of them.. they knew exactly what they want in life.
She hugged Ria and left the room giving the couple some privacy.

She was really happy today.. Rohit was a nice boy..
The way he takes care of her children she knew that Ria has made a good choice

She then left to her room.

For a change today she was not in a hurry.. she was early infact.. she thought that she will spend some time with Zoro and Zara.

But when she reached the room they both were sleeping.
They both had their soft toy in their arms with which they were cuddling and were properly tucked in with their blankets.
She went and sat near them.. she caressed their foreheads and planted a kiss on each of them.

She then turned and went towards the backyard.
There she saw Siddharth sitting on the bench.. he had his laptop with him means he was working..
Seeing him Shehnaaz's heartbeats started increasing.
She felt like a teenager hiding somewhere and looking at her crush from afar.
She gave herself some pep talk and went towards him.

She went and sat on the bench in front of him.
Siddharth saw her and closed his laptop.
He just looked at her with a small smile.
Shehnaaz was nervous he was sure.
But he couldn't figure the reason..

Siddharth: kya hua?

Shehnaaz suck in a breath.. she also did not know what happened?
Why was she here?
She cannot just tell him that she was here for nothing.

Whereas Siddharth was not feeling good seeing her hesitation
She is his baby.. she does not need any reason to come to him... he felt that the distance between them was still a lot.

Siddharth: hmmm?

He tried again.. he just wanted her to start a conversation.

Shehnaaz: emm woh actually I wanted to tell you something.. it is actually about Ria

Hearing Ria's name Siddharth straightened a little.

Siddharth: what about her?

Shehnaaz: actually jabse hum yaha aaye hai I had seen her talking over the phone many times..
Also during antakshari the way she sang the songs mujhe doubt gaya tha uspe.
Uske baad bhi pure din mai I saw her talking over the phone a lot of times.

Siddharth also recalled whatever he noticed.

Siddharth: haaa maine bhi dekha hai usko kai baar haaste haaste phone pe kisise baat karte

Shehnaaz: so aaj jab mai wapas aa rahi thi yaha tabhi I heard a boy's voice coming from her room.
Then she told him the entire conversation she heard.

Siddharth stiffened on it

Siddharth: please tell me you went inside and saw who was it?
Kon hai woh kamina?

Shehnaaz's eyes widened on his words

Shehnaaz: Siddharth calm down.. boyfriend hai uska.. kamina kya hota hai?

Siddharth: haan boyfriend? Umar hai uski yeh sab karne ki? Bachi hai woh.. fasa raha hai usko woh..

Shehnaaz (in her mind): I am glad yeh nahi tha wahan.. warna aaj Rohit pit jata

Siddharth: arey yaar kaha kho gai?

Shehnaaz shrugged her thoughts

Shehnaaz: Siddharth woh koi bachi nahi hai.. 23 years ki hai.. apne decisions khud lay sakti hai woh..

Siddharth: bachi hi hai woh.. and tell me kon hai woh langoor who is after my sister?

Shehnaaz sighed.. he is a man child.. seriously

Shehnaaz: Rohit

Siddharth thought for a few seconds

Siddharth: Rohit kon? Mere bacho ka teacher?

Shehnaaz: haan wahi Rohit.

Siddharth went quite.. he knew Rohit was a nice boy.
He has seen how much his kids respect him... he was also there when Siddharth met his kids for the first time.. he has also met him a few times when Siddharth was at her home.. he also understood why Shehnaaz was so calm with this..
Ria had made a good choice.

Siddharth: kabse chal raha hai yeh sab?

Shehnaaz: umm 4 - 4.5 years?

Siddharth: how is this possible Shehnaaz?
Tumlog Mumbai mai itne time se thodi they?

Shehnaaz: Rohit humare neighbour Sarita Kaki ka beta hai.. I met him when I went to Punjab.. he was with us pehle se hi.. since I was very busy with the company he took the responsibility to tutor the kids..
Fir usne apni education bhi usi tarah aage ki..

Siddharth was impressed.. Shehnaaz did not leave a single loophole when it came to the kids..
Everything was so much in control..

Siddharth: ab aage kya?

Shehnaaz: aage kuch nahi.. padhai and career pe dhyan dena hai dono ne.. minimum 5 more years.

Siddharth agreed... he trusted both Shehnaaz and Ria.
He knew that if Ria has chosen someone and Shehnaaz was okay with it then he need not worry.. his sister is in safe hands.
And moreover Shehnaaz trusts that boy with her kids.. so Ria toh samajhdar hai unse..

He was brought back from his thoughts with the voice of his princess

Zara: muummmaaaa...

She came running and lunged on Shehnaaz..

Then he saw his son walking towards them.. he was so sure that Zara woke him up deliberately..
That brat !!!

Siddharth: aja champ..

Zoro went near him and Siddharth pulled him up and made him sit on his lap.

Zara: ab hum aage kya karenge mumma?

Shehnaaz: ab hum fatafat ander jayenge and ready honge.. aaj Shefu masi and Kushal chachu ki mehendi ceremony hai.

Zara's face lit up.. she instantly got down from her lap

Zara: mehendi wow.. mumma mai bhi lagwaungi.. chalo ab ready hote hai.. warna late ho jayenge..

She dragged Shehnaaz with her and rushed to get ready..
Whereas Zoro rolled his eyes

Zoro: dramaqueen !!

He said and huffed.. and Siddharth bursted into laughter..

Siddharth (in his mind): cartoon hai mere teeno babies

Siddharth: hum bhi chalte hai..
